And this place? It stood out for the right reasons. Yeah, I saw the one-star crowd nitpicking like they're judging a five-star steakhouse instead of a go-kart track. That ain't me. I'm here for the experience and this place delivers. Fast karts, helmets on, adrenaline up. They clock your speed, you feel the turns, and for a minute you're not thinking about bills, work, or anything else just racing. We were celebrating a bit (responsibly-ish), a little loose, a lot competitive... and I'm telling you, it turned into one of those memories you don't forget. Now, if I had to throw in one real critique give the military a serious discount. Not a weak 10%. I'm talking 25-50%. Those folks are sacrificing, living on tight budgets, away from home. Let them come blow off steam without breaking the bank. That part matters. Everything else? Solid. Staff, setup, the whole vibe it works. If you're counting pennies and looking for problems, skip it. You won't enjoy it anyway. But if you've got a little cash, the right mindset, and you're chasing a good time over a cheap time this is absolutely worth it. Do not recommend. I paid for two races. The double kart quit steering at the end of the first race. Staff was notified. Requested a single rider instead for the 2nd race due to kart not working. Staff put us in the same kart for the 2nd race and it still didn't steer. We hit the wall the first lap, tried again and it still had us going into the wall. We left the race after two laps and spoke to Lexi in management. We were notified due to race being started could not issue rain check for another date or refund. The main manager was beside her and also did nothing!! Save your money! One of the boys said the double karts haven't been replaced in YEARS! read more

Management is TRASH. My teenage son worked there for a few weeks. Was put in charge of the go carts. Manager walked up to another employee and said ' Who put this dumb motherf***** in charge?' Also had another teenager fall through the ceiling and didn't ask if they were even ok. Then denied it happened. Moral of this story is don't let your teenagers work there. Only for my son's sake did I not go up there to have my own little conversation with this manager. My son's sweet. I'm not. Wonder how she would do having a chat with someone that's not a kid? I would have had a much better review if so, but the fact that they're falsely advertising their game selection makes me wanna return there even less. A small group of friends went here two weeks ago and was very disappointing. Allow me to explain, so finishline now has new karts and new rules, so basically if your kart racing and make contact with anyone or anything while on the track they remove you and you cannot go back out to race. I was removed because going into a turn the guy in front of me jammed on his brakes causing everyone to hit him so we were all removed from the track with no makeup time and no refund. We have kart raced here since they opened and now it is just a big waste of money because all they do is look for a reason to remove you. Keep in mind there is no way for 15 karts to be on a track with no contact. The manager there is very rude and lacks comprehension of logistics while trying to kart race. My suggestion is to go to NOLA where they are not so picky and understand that there will be some kind of contact on the track while kart racing. Now all they do is STEAL people's money and look for any reason to remove people from the track. I would not recommend and we will not be back to Finishline because there new rules are Impossible to achieve and they know that.... Very disappointing.. read more

My fiancée and I went with our friends. I'm 7 months pregnant and couldn't join and sat outside on their bench to enjoy watching them. A woman on the go kart was supposed to be coming slow onto the off ramp and went under the gate and hit the bench I was on causing it to break as in the picture I was sitting on that...I fell and got scraps down my legs and table titled causing it to hit my stomach. Everyone rushed to her help the go cart as I wasn't "injured " enough for them. we asked to file a report and the owner immediately caught an MAJOR attitude. She then started to cuss and threatened to call cops and press charges and then extended to a yelling fest with her and her husband telling us to get out without there ever being a report. I've never seen an owner to a business be so angry about trying to solve a situation and leave a negative impression like this woman did also as a mother I'd figure you'd understand. PLEASE if you have small children do not sit outside as it's not safe and nothing will be done about it. I used to love this place. We have made several trips from Cincinnati and Nashville specifically to race here. After my most recent trip, the thrill is gone. There are currently two tracks at this location. During previous visits over the last few years, the big and small tracks were both running. We arrived to find that only the front track (small one) was operational. Of course, we were disappointed and we asked why they only have the front tracking in play. They said it was 'because it was their slow season and they weren't going to pay staff to run both tracks'. This seemed incredibily odd to me. Kind of like going to Disney world and they say well its the off season so we are only having half of the rides operational today. I explained that this was not our first trip there. (I have raced 27 races at the location) and this has never been an issue. The young lady behind the counter said we have started alternating tracks each day so the big would be open one day, the little the next. Hoping to salvage the visit I asked if the big track would be open tomorrow and they said, no. Its closed because they allow folks to bring in their own carts on Wednesdays. I was so irritated at this point there was no way I was considering staying in Biloxi another day just to race on the big track. At this point, the manager (the young lady behind the counters mother) walked by and she went into an office to the immediate left of the check in counter and somewhat carried on a conversation with us by yelling from the office to us (the customers). I asked if they updated their change in the policy of alternating tracks to lower their staffing costs on their website and the answer was 'no'. When I asked why they wouldn't do that she came out and said, 'Well if it rains we close the back track so people just know to call us'. That makes no sense and has nothing at all to do with the fact that they started alternating their track use to save money on staffing. We drove 7 hours and planned our trip around this and the best we could get from this manager was we close the track when its raining? The girl behind the front desk took our money and gave us our tickets. She stuck her head in the door where her mother was and started a conversation with her turning her back to us and no one even bothered to thank us for our business. When it came time to race, my friends cart had a brake that stuck and after 3 laps they pulled him off the track and made him change carts. The replacement cart wasn't much better. Instead of pulling the cart with the issues off the track, the guys just stood around with their hands in their pockets with a blank look on their face only to wheel that cart back into circulation for someone else to use in a future race. Unbelievable. I was incredibily vocal about how impressed I was and chatted with the owner when we were last here. It was a great experience during that visit. This visit has soured me due to the poor communication, the lack of customer service, the arrogance of the manager, the poor condition of the carts, the lack of initiative on the part of the staff in trying to repair broken equipment. They seem to be focused on building their new kiddie track and their new slides. Seems like a waste of time for them to add those attractions if they aren't going to staff them so that customers can use them. I would have reservations about going on their new rope slides if they put the same attention to detail in keeping that equipment operational as they do with their carts. It's a news story and a law suit waiting to happen. I'd feel safer on a traveling carnival ride. I had planned on live streaming the event to promote this place as we had loved the experience in the past. If I would have gone live during this visit I would have done nothing but told people to stay away from this place. It has gone down hill. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, who knows, I just know this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never be back. read more

We had an amazing time while we visited Biloxi for the weekend! The kids had the 2 time junior kart riding and had an absolute blast. I was concerned during these covid times about the sanitation of those helmets as I only saw the guy spray them after I asked about their sanitation measures so I had the kids keep their mask on underneath The helmet. I didn't see them clean the handles of the kart equipment afterwards either so I made sure the kids washed their hands after their go kart ride. The arcade area was very nice and clean but again didn't see anyone walking around cleaning any of the equipment which has me worried about potential spread of the virus. I think this summary is a take away to management. read more

Do not go here. During the first lap of go cart racing I was told to go slow (by the crew) so I drove about 10 mph. Someone behind me hit me going very fast, causing me to spin out. Everyone else continued driving and a red flag was drawn. No one stopped as instructed, and the ride ended, without refund. The people who didn't stop did not get their money back, even though it was very difficult to see the flag. This is mildly understandable, but what isn't understandable or acceptable is that I, the person who was hit in the first lap, was also not offered a refund. After much arguing, I was offered to play a new game, but no refund. I tried to explain that I didn't want another game, as I was scared I would be hit again. This place is a complete rip off. Do not, I repeat, do not spend your money here. We spent 40 minutes waiting to get on the track and when we did one person spun out and they made everybody return most people didn't even get a full lap in, and they said because the person spun out, the ride was over. My family of 3 went in today with a $100 gift card to use for go Karting. It took about 20 minutes for the 2 service desk people and assistant manager to figure out how to use the gift card as the assistant manager had to call and ask for instructions. We wanted 1 Jr cart for my 10 year old. And a dual kart for the 2 adults (we weigh 120 and 140). He went against the height chart and was tall enough and I stated how excited he was to drive by himself for the first time so we were excited about the Jr cart for him! We arrived at 2, after the 20 mins, we went out to wait for our 230 go-kart time. We waited and at 235 I went inside and asked if anyone was coming out and they said there was a wreck and they were going to push us back to 3pm. We went down below to the Finishline snowcone stand and got 3 cones in which he did not know how to use the gift card either, so we paid cash. We went up at 248 for out 3pm time and the attendant said I, the 30 year old mom had to ride in the Jr cart and my boy had to ride with my boyfriend, I asked why and he said that's how it was put into the system up front and he can't change it, ride the way it says or get out of line, get my time pushed back, and talk to them. My boy wanted to ride solo as a big kid! So I said okay I'll go talk to them and laughed because I said I'm 30 years old I shouldn't have to ride in a Jr, ill go take care of this. We all went up front. And a gentleman who appeared to be a manager along with the 2 front desk people and ass. manager were all up there. One lady stated it was misscommunication and she misunderstood. She thought I wanted to be in the Jr. And them ride together. Though I never said that. I asked if we could ride the way we planned and I didn't understand and the gentleman said yes absolutely 2 adults can ride in a dual and your kid can ride in the Jr, hes tall enough, when is your time, and I said it was 230pm, then they changed it to 3pm, and he told us back there it would get pushed back again, the man said no come on you can ride now, so we followed. We missed the instructional video and came in at the ending when he stopped it, the race attandent asked if he needed to replay it, the man said no just follow the flags, wear your seat belt, have a good time, we said thank you! We got into our carts. A guy came over and asked if our seat belts were secure and we said yep and he said okay first lap go slow its a test lap, after that go as fast as you want. I asked how many laps we got and he said 10 minutes so its about 10 laps and I said okay great! Because for $52 10 minutes each seemed fair enough for pricing. We all did our test lap. On the second lap our dual kart and the Jr kart we came around too fast and crashed into the tires accidently on the same corner, a man pulled out my boys kart and we pushed ours out. We started going again and they flagged us down, my boyfriend and I pulled off and they started turning off our gokart, I asked if the time was up? Was that 10 minutes no way? And the ass. manager said you hit the barricades your time is up, it said in the video not to hit them, your done. We were in shock. After all that it took to get into the karts and now this? I said we didn't see the video sir because we were up front talking to yall, he said they told you when you were in the kart and I said no sir they didn't, im so confused, we have to leave? And he said yes, so I turned around to wait for my kid, and a guy said maam you need to exit through the gate now, with a louder tone, and I said I'm waiting for my kid, he kept his loud tone and said exit now through the gate and leave and I said okay can I grab my purse right around the corner? My boyfriend went that way by guidance of another race attendant, he grabbed our snowcones inside, so I wanted to grab my purse and he said no you have to exit through the gate now. And I said I don't understand why yall are being so ridiculous, he just went that way, ill exit, I just want my things. The assistant manager turned around and said you need to calm down and stop making this more difficult than it has to be! He was loud and not friendly and I was shocked at the customer service we received. I said this has been a horrible experience I can't believe this and the ass. manager said what was so horrible about it? And the guy next to him yelled have a wonderful day bye! With such a rude tone. We will never go back. Save your money. If we had just been told not to hit the tires we would've done our best, we still didn't intentionally do it, but to pay that much and be kicked out and spoken to like that is just poor business. Finishline Performance Karting was so much fun. This brand new go-kart place was amazing. The adult track was long and had tons of curbs and turns for a challenge. The junior track even seemed like a nice track as well. Inside was very neat and clean. The staff was friendly. You must wear close toe shoes when you ride but they offer some for purchase if you do not have any. There is also an arcade with air hockey, basketball, Pac-Man and other arcade games. The owners did a great job with this location. I will be back to Finishline when I visit Biloxi. read more

Absolutely would not recommend this place. My son was in a defective car which would not brake properly. He came up to the pit stop to ask if he needed to switch out his car and they said no. My son had to drive up a second time and insist they switch out his car which they finally agreed to. He received minimal racing time. A worker told my son to ask for a refund. When he asked for a refund or even a credit, the owner refused and was unwilling to hear our side of the story. She got very upset and started yelled at us and kicked us out of her property. As a mother, whose son could have gotten seriously injured, I wasn't concerned about the money but rather an apology for putting my son's life in danger but instead, she got defensive and angry, I am appalled at the customer service by the owner of this place. Kart Machine broke No but i'm actually being serious. it was broken (as in repeatedly would turn off and i'd have to be jumped off, keep in mind the kart stops whenever it feels like so i'd be in the middle of the track and be at risk of getting obliterated by other drivers) I had to be jumped off 3-5 times (I lost count) and when i complained they ignored me and used it for racing the next day. don't go if you love your life. not me tho, i live on the edge. totally recommend this place for suicidal people read more

The owner was very rude and disrespectful towards me and my 14 year old sister when we went to go go karting she wouldn't allow us because my ID was from another state and "not for real ID purposes". I also tried giving her my license and she wouldn't accept that either. Never again!!! read more

There was no mention of age restriction on any signage, at all. My granddaughter went there with her parents for her 5th birthday. Super excited to ride, as a passenger, with her father. They asked to measure her height, and she was exactly tall enough. Wavers were signed, wristbands issued, and then the twilight zone happened. The manager appeared from his observation post and declared that she was not OLD enough to ride, at all, even as a passenger. It was a Willy Wonka "good day, sir!" Moment. No apologies, no nuthin'. Crushed the little girl under his heel and sent her packin'. Won't take her back for ANY birthday, though we STILL don't know what age is their policy. Apparently, it's a secret. read more

So much fun! We took 2 of our daughters (13 and 16) to see what they could do, and they had a blast. We chose the less curvy track, with the single karts. My husband crushed the curves while me and my girls slow poked around them. We were with a group who, clearly, had done this several times before, so they were zipping around us with ease. I stayed behind my 13 year olds bumper because the Mario Andretti's knocked her off the track a couple of times, but I explained to her afterward that that is part of the game. We were given sheets afterward showing our skills, where me and my slow poke were last, of course, but a cool souvenir. Employees are really nice, also. I think they may have a military discount because she asked me if we were military. My husband showed her his military ID, but when I looked at the receipt, there was no discount given. This is my favorite place to go. I go to Finishline multiple times a week to race and have fun. The staff is always great to me and treats me like family. I have many options on where to spend my money for Entertainment but I always pick Finishline. The karts are the fastest around here and isn't like any other karting place. Example: Yesterday someone hit the tires and the tires went on said person and they continued to race after, today my mom hit the tires and it fell on her but they took her off the track and said that it was one of their rules when no one told us this rule. read more

I was here 2 days ago and had so much fun. The carts are fast, the equipment is clean, and they are so big on safety. My friend did have an accident here, her cart was rammed from the back and she did receive a nasty scratch on her leg. They didn't hesitate to help her get moving again and bandage her leg up. Terrible. Absolutely ridiculous. We called ahead for their Thursday night deal to see if we needed to book ahead and were told that they only took walk ins. When we arrived, we were told that they were completely booked! This was Interesting considering we were told that we couldn't book.
