I cannot say enough great things about Tracy! She truly worked magic fixing a set that another salon completely messed up. From the moment I sat down, she really listened and understood exactly how I wanted my nails reshaped. She was patient, detailed, and made sure everything was perfect. Not only did she correct the shape beautifully, but she also made the entire experience feel comfortable and professional. I finally found my new nail tech and salon -- and I won't be going anywhere else! Thank you, Tracy, for taking such great care of me! read more

Vivian. Is the best!! In and out but with great ideas she's very neat and open she knows all the latest trends!! Thank you read more

I have been to this salon about six times for mani/pedi's and each time I was disappointed. It's a factory line type of establishment. My manicure was done very fast, the gal went through the motions of pushing my cuticles back but didn't even touch them. The polish doesn't last for either mani/pedi. I was hoping to get the dry skin scraped or grated off my heels, but only got a scrub with a sponge. Expensive for subpar work. Never returning. read more

Nice looking place but my gel polish started lifting the day after and they told me it was normal. Fixed the problem but the lady that fixed the lifting used the file on my skin, cut me and made me bleed, and then cured the polish on my skin. The manicure on the "fixed nails" looks worse than it did the first time. read more

Great presentation, quality work and outstanding customer service. I drive from Stockton to this place because it's worth the drive. read more

If i could rate a 0 i would, never once have a got a gel polish change and have to sit in a rolling chair and hold my legs up myself. Staff rude, quick, and not friendly. Lady was filing my toes so quickly and was rushing it was hurting so bad. Highly don't recommend. Terrible. Not also to mention i'm having to sit with my feet barely reaching the girl because i'm rolling backwards in my chair and she's in a rolling chair going the opposite direction. read more

They do a good job and always accommodating. They listen to my requests as they are completing my service. They are reasonably priced. Pleasant experience. read more

Absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. I had to tell her three times to trim my nails shorter- they are jagged and not straight- she cut my skin and used to the dirtiest nail file I have ever seen. I had to ask her to stop rubbing my legs because she did not use oil or lotion and was burning my skin with her rubber gloves. She then made comments to the tech next to her- in their language- you can see how dry my skin is- these were taken in their parking lot as soon as I walked out. read more

I've been going to Finishing Touch since the beginning and moved over to their Lowe's location, following my nail gal. The owner could use a little more etiquette on how to serve her customers; I stay because of my nail gal. read more

I've come to this salon 5-7 times over the course of a couple years. I get basic polish on both mani and pedi. All of my appointments have been very pleasant with generous massages. They have a good amount of color in their polish collection and use good quality brands. Prices are fair. I decided to finally write a review today because my experiences have been so consistent in nature. Everyone is usually great but I mostly remember Emily, Lien and Kelly. * I'm sure it's possible that polite people have had subpar experiences here. However, I have witnessed some very rude customers in action so don't let the 1-star rants turn you away from trying this spot out. read more

If I could give zero stars I would because if the owner Tee. The owner is by far the rudest owner of any establishment I have ever been to... heaven forbid you need to reschedule an appointment, she will yell at you. The nail tech Vivian is VERY good at what she does, I would give her 5 stars. Unfortunately it's terrible that she has to work under such a disrespectful, rude owner! I have been referring people here for years and after this last argument w the owner I will never refer anyone here again! read more

Really great pedicures! Raquel, Lien, and the rest of the staff are good at what they do! The place is always clean and the massage chairs are always functioning. You feel like you get your money's worth because they take their time grooming your nails and rubbing your feet and legs. I never feel like they cut my services short because they are busy and want to get on to the next customer. They charge $28 for a pedicure (not including tip). You can find pedicures cheaper in town but so far I have found Finishing Touch to do the best job. read more

Nice little place. I called ahead to see if they were accepting walkins& luckily they had a 5pm appt available. Owner extremely unprofessional. Made me wait 30 min to speak to her for a "job". Lol what a joke. I'm not about to kiss your bottom for a job. That was the first red flag. Upon reading more reviews I realized she treats her employees the same way. read more

If you like being yelled at for being 10 minutes late, this is the place for you. If you like 1 lone nail that points in an opposite direction, then this is the place for you. If you like feeling humiliated and completely awkward while the girls doing nails are talking crap on you and constantly rolling their eyes... then you will love it here! read more

I gave this establishment more chances than they deserved, quite frankly. They are so beyond rude and care very little about their customers needs. Heaven forbid you ask them to do anything they deem unnecessary. They will make it known that any correction or request is outlandish and annoying. I realized months ago, that appointments are completely pointless in making. You wait anywhere from 15 mins to a half hour any time you make an apt. Walk in's give you a better chance of shorter wait times. I vowed not to go back the last time they were so harsh with my young daughters. They are all awful quite frankly, and I'm relieved to be giving my business to someone else. read more

Every time I go to do my nails in this place is because someone gime me a gift card and every timer I walk out upset. They never do what I ask for, they messed up my color nails and when my daughter when to get acrylic nails they did horrible and painted the wrong color and they refused to changed because she's a teenager and she went by herself they did everything wrong. Worse place in Lodi read more

I have come here about 10 times. It is the best I have found in Lodi so far, but not great. The prices are a little high for what you get. I enjoy their spa pedicures and you don't usually have to wait long even if you don't have an appointment. Last time I brought my son and we were put way in the back almost in our own little room so that was nice. I have never had anyone cut me or do a horrible job on my toes, so I will return. The selection of colors could be larger but I don't place much value on that. I wish I could give 3.5 stars but I was always told to round up in math class. read more

They have a cool waterfall feature and comfy massaging chairs that make my time spend there relaxing & enjoyable. Would most definitely recommend. read more

I'm going to disagree with all the negative and give a positive! I have been going here since it has open. All the girls are amazing. They do great job with acrylics and gel. My fiancé loves going there for a pedi and foot massage.. my favorite is Racquel, but all the girls are wonderful. Olivia does great artwork on your nails and can do anything you want. Racquel does a great brow and bikini wax.. so until you go in and see this group and try them keep the negative opinions at the door!! Anna read more

I like having my pedi at Finishing Touch because I don't have to choose from 5-6 different pedis they offer just one great pedi. Technicians take there time as there pedi chairs massage your back. Not impressed. The employees were hard to understand and the price was a bit high. The pedicure was subpar and not anything special. No paraffin or hot stone. I go monthly for pedicures and stopped in because I was in town. I won't be back. read more

I have been coming to this salon for several years. The location is quite convenient for me (it is a 5 minute walk from my house). I get a pedicure every 3-4 weeks. I have always had great service. There have been a few times that I have had to ask them to cut my nails shorter or fix a sharp edge but they have always done so without question. The leg massage is great! Overall, the pedicure is very enjoyable. The atmosphere is relaxing (they have a really nice water feature near the pedicure chairs). That is why I keep coming back. Two weeks ago I also tried their waxing service. I had a terrible threading experience from a threading salon in town & after several months I finally needed to have my eyebrows fixed. I am always cautious with getting my eyebrows waxed but they did a great job! I'll be going back to them from now on. read more

I walked in only to get a pedicure with clear nail polish I just like the way they scrape the dead skin and make them smooth again you know? So the lady I got was the most light-handed nail technician I have ever experienced anything with She barely put in effort in the scraping (if that's what it's called) she was polite to keep smiling at me That pedicure costed me $31!!!!! I have never paid that much for a simple pedicure, no not gel polish or anything just literally clear polish that was done in two seconds THEN she glared at me when I didn't tip! I'm sorry I truly thought it'd be cheaper and I'd tip! But for the low effort and high prices .... no I will not be coming back to this nail salon read more

I just got my nails done and I had Lien she didn't hurt me and I appreciate her being gentle! The full set was $34 . She was clean and thorough! I was scared going somewhere else but received a gift certificate and wanted to use it! Came in at 4:30 out in one hour. read more

I just wanted a basic manicure so I thought I'd stop by and try this place, since I have yet to find a nail salon in Lodi that I like. There were limited paint colors to choose from, but I did find the color I was looking for. My manicurist did a great job of doing my nails. The massage only lasted a couple minutes an arm and wasn't very good. I'm not sure how sterilized the equipment was because it wasn't in any sort of packaging. Because I just wanted a basic manicure it was okay, but cost $15. I wouldn't come here for a pedicure. I might come back for another manicure only because in the end, my nails did look nice. Overall just okay. read more
