I had a new cover installed on my truck bed a few weeks ago. I was on the freeway; noticed the cover was jumping around. When I looked in the bed of the truck, parts were all over the place and the cover was moving around. Stopped at Finish Line, they we not helpful. The lady working there wanted to help, the gentleman did not. I heard them yelling about it in the back garage area. When the guy came out to look at my truck, he accused me of taking the cover off. He was argumentative and told the lady, it's by appointment only. So now, I have to figure out how to put everything together myself. Chrome delete on an Audi...cut the rubber gasket around my window refused to accept responsibility Casey was very rude when i spoke with him about the issue which extremely disappointing. The chrome delete was a sub par wrap job to begin with and remains such after going back twice for corrections. All of the work I've had done here has had to be corrected or not delivered as promised. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value your money and quality work. read more

I have been driving by Finish Line my entire life. I've always wanted to buy something from them or have them install something in my car to make it it my own. I like to support local businesses, so recently, I bought two pairs of JL Audio two-way car speakers for my car. Then I scheduled an appointment to have Finish Line install them. My car is brand new, so I didn't want to take a chance damaging anything if I installed the speakers. So I let the pro's do it. Their price was fair and I saved money by buying the speakers myself and simply paying for installation. They charged me about the same price as Best Buy for the speaker installation. I trust Finish Line much more than some noob at Best Buy. I dropped my car off before 9:30 AM and they were done by 12:30 PM. When I picked up my ride, the new speakers were bumpin! They were a big upgrade over the factory junk speakers that were in my car. Now my music sounds great and I'm happy. I also saved $2,000 since I didn't have to buy the optional package from the car dealership that included Harmon Kardon speakers. Yay! read more

I bought my mom tinted windows for Christmas and it just so happened to be the day before the day it was negative temperatures and snowing outside. They kept her car over the weekend inside the garage until we were able to pick it up. Also, they showed every option available, what was legal and illegal, and they even showed us their own personal cars to see what they would like look installed. Great customer service. Have had absolutely terrible experience with Finish Line took Dodge Charget in for racing stripe it came out 3 inches off on hood they eye balled it did not use Specs , so we took them schematic so they could redo it , second time we immediately saw problems with it tried to tell owner she decided she wanted to argue with us outside in public ended up saying she will not fix problem and acted like she did us a favor for redoing their bad job the first time .. we were not looking for any favors just Wanted it done right . After spending thousands of dollars at this business, I thought I could depend on them for backing up their products. WRONG. I had two occurrences that needed attention and when I set appointments to have them addressed I was told that they didn't like my attitude regarding a 50% increase in the labor charge since the last time the same work was done and refused to service my vehicle. Do you know of anyone that is happy when there is a product failure, and a price increase? UNBELIEVABLE. They had always been nice when I was spending money, but as soon as their products needed attention, they refused service. It's a shame because there had always been a nice relationship there. Pam, Dustin and an unknown guy decided to unload on me because they apparently don't backup what they sell. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN! I know that everybody has a bad day. But unloading on a loyal customer who has spent money in your business isn't the way to do it. They really need to learn that when a customer is having problems, they need to have some empathy in trying to make it right.Diplomacy and understanding go a long, long way. read more

I wish I could give them a zero. They charged me $600 to install a rearview mirror with a backup camera for my teenage driver. They hung the mirror next to the base that came with the car, instead of in the base, probably because it didn't fit right. The mirror came off within a year and they put it back on. It came off again at a year and a half (less than a year after the first time), and they say they only have a one-year service warranty! The manager, who said it had been 2 1/2 years, instead of the correct 1 1/2 years since installation, said that I can bring the car in and they'll charge me to take a look at it to find out what the problem is. The problem is they did lousy work and didn't install it properly, and now they want me to pay again! read more

Customer service is not up to par here. My husband bought a remote car starter for me for xmas. When we took it in to have it installed, they got some sort of screw or something stuck in my brand new tire which caused a hole. They put a plug/ patch in that. Ok whatever, I believe a new tire would have been more appropriate since my tire was less than a month old with very few miles. Then although the car starter worked, it was having an undesirable effect of unlocking doors without it being prompted to. When I called and complained I spoke to a very condescending female employee who said this was impossible!! It took 4 times bringing in my car before they could figure out what's going on. Come to find out that in order for the remote car starter to work as intended I have to disable a key feature in my car which I use everyday. I called later and spoke with Casey and find out I have no recourse, can't get a refund, they really don't care. He actually complained about how much time he had to spend on my car to figure that out. Oh excuse me I thought that was the service I paid for. Buyer beware I don't believe they have the experience of working on different cars or the knowledge of the product they are selling. read more

We recently bought a used car and wondered what this antenna looking thing that was mounted on windshield was? My daughter somehow determined that it was an antenna for a remote starter. We were never told from seller of car that it had a remote starter, we had no remote or didn't even know if the system was even installed. We took to Finish Line and was told they would have to drop the dash board just to see if the system was installed. Finish line looked at car and was able to determine which starter it was. They had a remote in stock, were able to recode system and now we have a viper remote starter for my daughters car! The only cost we had was for the remote and a little for labor. I was very happy that they took the time to research system and make it work. All this took 2 hours and was a fraction of the cost of a new system. The starter works great and my daughter is going to love having a warm car from now on! Thanks for the great service! Would definitely come back to Finish Line next time we want a remote starter for our cars. read more
