I have been a customer of both Pfinesse Salon (since 2020) and Finest Nails & Spa (since 2023-2024, whenever Steve took over the space). I have never had anything but excellent service from the team members and excellent work done on my nails and toes (at both shops). Due to scheduling, sure sometimes Steve goes faster than other times, but his attention to detail is always consistent. I have never left the salon with anything less than a stellar set of nails. I take my 90-year-old Dad there with me and they treat him like a king. As a long-time customer, I can tell anyone reading this with certainty that some of these 1 * reviews are from people who have never actually been to the shop after Steve's team took over the space. First off since Steve's team took over the space, I have never seen a female nail technician do anything other than a manicure or soaking/removing existing nails in the salon. Also, there has not been anyone named Winnie at the salon. Secondly, to say there are no color choices is absurd. There is one wall (behind the technicians) that is nearly the length of the salon with color choices and two more smaller walls near the last pedicure chair with color choices. Steve is always looking for new trends and techniques which provides his customers a wide array of choices. Lastly, in any retail environment there will unfortunately be customers that are not satisfied, but I do not believe that Steve would not offer to fix a problem on the spot if he was made aware of the problem. I would recommend the salon to anyone! read more

OMG...just do not go there!!!. This was the WORST experience I have ever had. I went there for convenience, now I know why so little stars. No one speaks English, the owner was at his other store was what I was told. I went in for a mani-pedi at 4pm. It is now 7pm and I'm still waiting to have my nails done because only 1person does nails. Don't aggravate yourself, I'm saving you the trip. They have water, figured that's good for 1 star. read more

2nd location to Phinesse Nails. They took me in as a walk in and immediately sat down. Everyone was very pleasant and it was very clean. Steve did my nails and he worked with such pride and passion and gave me a beautiful set! Although, the pricing in my opinion was very high, I got a new set plus a pedicure both with gel and it came out $145 including the tip! read more

My first time visiting this nail salon and was not pleased with the outcome. The nail tech cut into my nail beds causing my skin to break on multiple nails. She also cut my nail down too short after I had already expressed the length I wanted. I received a dip powder color blue and after the service she didn't clean up my nails so I still have blue powder stuck along side my nails. There was no discount given for poor service which honestly I'm not surprised by. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

Today I went to this location for my first time after years of going to their original location. I took my daughter with me and when we got there I told them it was going to be two pedicures. (I want to acknowledge that I admit I misspoke because I wanted a pedicure and my two year old just wanted her nails painted.) when we got there we got seated right away and my daughter soaked her little feet in the water for a little while and then decided to stop. After a while a lady finally started working on my daughter's feet. She asked me what I wanted and I told her that she just wanted her nails painted and she asked if she could give her a massage. I told her yes and we proceeded. Out of no where another worker starts telling her (in their own language, that I can understand somewhat of) that I had said pedicure and she should of done pedicure and started going back and forth with the lady who was painting my daughters nails. I told them several times that it was ok that we had talked and she was doing what I asked and I even apologized for the misunderstanding several times since I had said pedicure at the very beginning. Then the lady working on my feet stops and tells me that kids pedicure is $25 and I will still pay the $25. Which is a little pricey for just regular nail polish on a 2 year old but at this point I didn't want to argue and I told her it was fine. I did not finish my pedicure because the whole thing made me uncomfortable I just let them finish my daughter's nails since she was very excited about it. I was trying to have a little cute mommy and daughter spa day and someone not minding their business because they want to get more money out of the customer ruined it for me. read more

Will NOT be coming back. I just wanted a simple full set with short white nails. They had a good amount of staff in there, but for some reason only one of the workers knew how to do a full set. First it was a lady doing my nail and she cut me, and didn't even bother to clean the cut. Then she suddenly moved to another customer. Then it was a man who came and did my nails. It was very obvious that he was rushing. He then said they did not HAVE TIME for a full set, and offered to do Gel X. Since I had now been waiting for about 30 mins now and still had nothing done, I decided to accept his offer. In the end, I'm left with low hopes for the lasting of these nails and my finger is turning purple from the cut. Will not be coming here again. read more

No I wouldn't recommend coming here, they cut my big left toe and it was bleeding. They were being petty on the service because i wanted to leave BEFORE they started doing anything to my feet. My feet was in the water soaking and I wanted to leave because the options for colors were low. Wine was not great quality, the water to soak your feet smelled like sewer. read more

Amazing ladies who went above and beyond. Even letting my little 5 year old niece watch them even when she was in the way. We would have her move and they insisted she was fine. Even giving her Lolly pops and letting her try painting one of their nails. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was on lunch and this place was next door. I walked in for a fill/Gel due to me breaking two nails today. I asked for Almond shape none of my nails match looks like my kids painted them I have globs of polish. She also left green polish on my nails from my last manicure. I've been going to Winnie at this shop for 11 months. I tip $10 on a $45 dip powder service charge every time. The last few months my nails started cracking after several days which I thought was odd, but chalked it up to being the "norm" for dip powder (it was new to me). This last time I went , two nails on my right hand seriously cracked the next day. I have a desk job, so no - I'm not rough on my nails. In less than a week SEVEN of my nails cracked. I scheduled a 5:30 repair appointment with Winnie (they're open until 7). When I arrived the shop was closed with no one there! I called and got voicemail. Left a message with my name and phone number and that I was there at the closed salon for our appointment. A week later - no call back. The dip product she put on my nails is MAYBE about as thick as 3 coats of nail polish. I will NOT go back there ever again. Nails look very nice when you walk out, but don't waste your money. They won't last more than a few days. Yes, I'm angry but also shocked and disappointed. read more
