I really feel like they want to know what you're looking for with the end result. They recently thwarted my hesitation with builder gel because I have had it lifted up previously, but they let me know that they would fix anything if it really was something with my nails and not the application. They were so sure that this application would be different and they were right! Here we are almost 3 weeks later, and if I wasn't typing all day, I would just let them be. They grew out so nicely with no lifting or peeling!!

The atmosphere is lively and friendly, the staff is talented and personable, and the extras they offer really make the experience. I get designs often on my nails and when I show pictures at most other salons, they maybe do one nail design of the ones in. The picture. My nail tech got the design to a T from the picture I showed her. I would 100% recommend this salon. For the adults they have a full size bar and serve delicious drinks. They brought around little cheesecake bites and cake pops which my nieces absolutely loved. It may be slightly pricier than a typical salon but it was well worth it!

The entire appointment felt rushed, as if the staff's main goal was to get customers in and out as quickly as possible rather than provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience. For me, service matters more than price. I don't mind paying higher prices when I receive quality care and attention, but that was not the case here. The rushed atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy the appointment, and I left feeling more like a number than a valued customer. While the pricing may attract some people, I personally will not be returning. Good service is worth paying for, and unfortunately, this salon did not meet my expectations.

I don't need fancy drinks or snacks. What I do need is someone who is detail-oriented. Someone who actually trims cuticles instead of sanding them down like a piece of furniture. Someone who genuinely cares about their work. And that's exactly what I got. Vivian and Steven delivered a true, old-school manicure--the kind that's getting harder and harder to find. My nails still look amazing, and not because they drowned them in oil to hide rough work. No shortcuts here. They took the time to properly remove cuticles the right way--the real way. I absolutely love that "let me do this right" energy instead of the rushed, next-customer mentality you see everywhere else. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Vivian and Steven!

I always get the package with the stones; it's a favorite of mine. But when the stones are the right temperature, it's absolutely the best. The place, as you can see in the pictures, is gorgeous. The chairs are comfortable, and they served champagne. I don't drink, but I wish I did. I handed mine to my friend. First of all, you sit in a badass massage chair here while your feet soak in water. Then the lady appears and does all sorts of relaxing things to your feet. She cuts and files your toenails and then she washes, scrubs, and massages your feet with pleasant-smelling goos. At one point she sticks your feet inside plastic bags of colorful hot wax. Afterward, your feet come out of it feeling all tingly and smooth-like. As a cherry on top, she will then paint your toenails with any color you can think of, but if that's too girly for you, there is the option to have them painted with clear polish so that none of your friends even know what you've done here. But in the end, your feet feel utterly fantastic. I kid you not, if you're a man who's never had a pedicure, then you're missing out big time. It's the best.
