06.27.26 Hidden…read moreStill Spirits My wife and I were in town with some friends for the Dutchman Bowling Tournament. We've eaten here a few times before and have always had great meals, so we wanted to bring our friends to experience this hidden gem. I made a 5:00 p.m. reservation, and we arrived right on time. We were seated a few minutes early, which was a nice start to the evening. Our server greeted us promptly with water and then returned to take our drink order. My wife ordered the Dragon Fruit cocktail, I had the Rye Old Fashioned, and our friends enjoyed the Watermelon Refresher and the Black Walnut Old Fashioned. For dinner, our friends ordered the salmon and the burger with fries. My wife and I shared the Green Goddess Salad and the Korean BBQ Short Ribs. When our meals arrived, everything looked absolutely amazing. We all dug in, and every dish lived up to the presentation. Our friends said the salmon was fabulous, and the burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The Green Goddess Salad was fresh and delicious, but the star of the evening was definitely the Korean BBQ Short Ribs. They were incredibly tender, packed with flavor, and simply OMG good! Even though we were all full, we couldn't pass up dessert. We shared the Pineapple Upside-Down Cake, and it was the perfect ending to an outstanding meal. From the drinks and food to the friendly service and atmosphere, Hidden Still Spirits continues to impress us. We're glad we brought our friends here, and they were just as impressed as we have been on our previous visits. We'll definitely be back again!

My husband and I went to Hidden Stills for a Sunday Happy Hour power hour!…read more We weren't incredibly hungry, but wanted to dabble in some nice appetizers. The appetizers were well worth the price and were served pretty quickly! I had the Ahi Tuna Nachos and my husband had the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts. Both were delicious and the right amount for a heavy appetizer for a Sunday afternoon! To top it off, we also had some drink specials that included the Frosted Strawberry and draft Blue Moon. We topped off the afternoon with the recommended pineapple upside down cake and didn't turn back. It was decadent and the prefect size for two. The staff was pleasant, but I felt should have been more attentive for a sparse bar. The restaurant was unique in design and trendy, and had a nice flow of customers for a Sunday afternoon. All in all, would do again for the happy hour specials! Quality of food: 5/5 Service: 3.5/5 Overall cost and experience: 4.5/5

I ordered a crispy chicken Ceasar sandwich and was less than pleased. The Caesar portion had a strange smell and taste that didn't compliment the sandwich and the crispy chicken cutlet was very tough and involved alot of tugging to rip and chew. I honestly dont have the best culinary experiences with englewood when I have gone in the past and don't visit often. Ive previously eaten other chicken sandwiches and pizzas. The chicken sandwiches miss the mark in taste and mouth feel and the pizza is usually too greasy. The saving grace of the night was our waitress! She was brilliant, funny, and attentive to our 7 person party. Really appreciate it! The bill was well over $300 dollars and I dont think it was worth it for the quality of food received. There are better restaurants in Hershey. Quality: 2/5 Customer service: 5/5 Cost for value: 2/5

He loved it! Exactly what we needed for a mid day pick me up. The staff was super friendly and the music memorabilia added to the atmosphere. Would definitely come again when back in town. Seems like a great place to chat with a friend or get work done.

Revisit for a ...Uhum. B day visit, let's just say not 70, yet OK?…read more4:30 reservations OK not quite 70 but early bird ? Yes. And a $25.00 promotion on going at least takes the pain out of such an upscale meal. Seated immediately, at the Happy Birthday booth. We are not booth fans, but this one was actually comfortable. ( table 51 is recommended in this case) Drinks and water's were quick and impressive, the hickory old fashioned was really good, and strong enough but not overpowering. Spouse liked her Chardonnay ( Proverb ) We went fancy with a goat cheese bruschetta appetizer, very nice, and fresh. Spouse had the Mixed Grill that was shell fish and crab and all the lovely stuff she couldn't share with the Birthday boy. No problem I had the seared ahi tuna dinner with lemon asparagus risotto and baby heritage carrots, not the regular Hawaiian tuna. that is good but I didn't want the mashed potatoes and asparagus this time. Loved the carrots nice and glassed with a happy amount of charing and the risotto was fresh a nice lemon background and asparagus was " 5o the tooth" the only small negative was the tuna had no crust, even though I asked for rare, it was missing . Either not a hot enough pan or planchette not those extra few moments, I don't know. But still excellent. We were cared for by Stephen ( I think ) and team 1, I was offered a desert menu but I had a chocolate cake awaiting me at home, I still received a small sponge cake with whip cream and a delicious strawberry on top, with a candle. Damages were $ 135+ tax ( minus the bday discount) plus tip for the full amount. Well worth the expense , and we will do it again next year, I hope.
