This is a great dance studio I'm sure. But I came for the infrared sauna. And let me tell you, this…read moreis probably the best infrared sauna studio I've ever been to. And I've been too many of them. What makes this one special is the attention to detail and the very personal customer service. The studio is extremely clean, I mean, impeccably. All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything. He was extremely helpful and kind.Another nice thing is this sauna is very large. I was literally able to stretch out and recline. I think this will be my go to infrared sauna spot.

I absolutely love PlaygroundLA! I've been coming here every so often for years and I remember when…read moreit was just one studio. I love that tjey expanded not only in size but also the types of dance offered. My favorites are their heels classes. Admittedly some of the beginners classes don't feel like beginners because many people already know the moves lol Every class I've attend, the instructor had great energy, broke down the moves easily, was open to questions, and made you feel confident! If you're new to the Playground here are some tips: - come early to find parking. Yes there's limited meter parking, but there are streets that let you park from 8-8pm without a permit for 2 hours - bring water you will sweat! - you can walk in with a bag of your clothes and additional shoes since they have dressing rooms - come with a friend if you're shy and so they can record you if you want - make sure your phone is charged so you can ask someone to record what you learned - remind yourself that you're here to have fun! You can get in your head when so many around you are so good and comfortable. Also, instructors usually get dancers at the end to dance with them for videos and it can feel like youre not good when they don't choose you but remember: you're there for fun

This was our first time there. The staff, including the security, the lady who checked us in and called herself "the lowest person on the totem pole" (I'm so sorry I don't remember your name), teachers/director (especially the director), parents of academy members all were kind and made us feel welcome. Our sons first love is dancing. He is also a very sensitive 9 year old. Loud noises and new situations make him nervous. He melted... The staff couldn't have been better at guiding him through his first audition. We were ready to let him quit and walking out the door when a parent came out and convnced us to stay. Once staff saw what was happending they all were amazing at calming and doing what they could to make him comfortable. I signed up online via a link from their Instagram and the website was pretty user friendly and I was able to get registered for the class I wanted. No sweat. Looking for parking can be tough as it's street parking only, so I came a bit early to ensure I was able to get a spot. Walking in, the interior was pretty cozy and it was smaller compared to other studios I've been to in LA, but not a bad thing at all! The person working the front greeted me and I told her it was my first time so she gave me a rundown of how the studio works. I appreciate the great customer service! They have a full front mirror, cubbies to store your belongings, a clean bathroom, and an ipad up front to sign in. The class was comfortable since there were people of different dance levels so it's not intimidating. I also liked that it wasn't crowded. The classes usually last for 1 hour and 30 min. I would definitely take a class here again in the future.

Debut usually offers Kpop class series at different levels which can range from 2 weeks to a month. They also offer one day pop-up classes occasionally. You would need to reserve your spot at one of the classes online via their website. They also post what classes their teaching on Instagram and I like how they sometimes ask their students what Kpop songs they want to learn on there. Yireh, the owner and one of the instructors is great. I love taking her classes as she's super detailed and funny which makes the class enjoyable. The classes are shorter and pricier compared to other nearby dance studios, but what keeps me coming is the overall culture and vibe of this studio. Everyone is super nice and it's super friendly to all levels. The studio itself is nice and spacious. It is clean and well-maintained. There's also a parking lot downstairs with free and ample parking. There's even charging stations for electric cars.
