My concerns and questions were always answered with care and in a timely fashion. I attended sessions for three months due to a broken leg and I noticed progress from the first appointment. Lauren regularly switched up exercises and the routines so sessions didn't feel repetitive or boring, while still being effective. Also they were in the process of installing a rock climbing wall, so my only complaint is that I wasnt able to try it out. Highly recommend giving them a call if you need some physical therapy!

During the second session, my therapist was also working with another patient, and I did not feel that my completion of the exercises was being thoroughly observed or monitored. In my experience, the home exercises were not provided in a timely manner or progressed appropriately. I had to message more than once to receive home exercises, and ultimately, I did not feel confident that I would continue to progress under their care. I considered trying another therapist at Evolution PT, but ultimately found a better alternative with RP Physical Therapy, which is also cash-pay and provides a much more personalized experience. I also had concerns about the emphasis on insurance-based care. For example, I was told about a Pilates class at their facility that could potentially help with my foot, but I was told it would be quite expensive out of pocket. I was unsure why even needed a Pilates class. I ultimately received a refund for the class package I had purchased. As a physician myself, I have a particular appreciation for the importance of individualized patient care, clear communication, and appropriate progression of a treatment plan. As a patient, I also believe you have to advocate for yourself. In my case, I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere, and I have made significantly more progress with a more personalized PT program. It may also be that their facility relies more on in person exercises rather than at home, so find what works best for you. I hope Evolution PT takes this feedback constructively, particularly regarding individualized attention, timely communication, and progression of home exercise programs.

And I've been too many of them. What makes this one special is the attention to detail and the very personal customer service. The studio is extremely clean, I mean, impeccably. All of the towels smell fresh, all of the floors are freshly polished. Everything smells delightful. The sauna is top notch. It has a large infrared light bar, but it also has very strong, infrared light around the sauna otherwise, and on the ceiling of the sauna as well. and this one, you are also able to adjust it to other types of light such as blue, green, Amber, etc.You are also to control your own levels of heat. There is a television with prepaid Amazon prime channels. The Bluetooth speaker inside the sauna is loud and crisp, and of course you can control the levels and channels with the remote. The gentleman who helped me is named Ken. He gave me a nice tour of the studio upon arrival, and then showed me how to operate everything. He was extremely helpful and kind.Another nice thing is this sauna is very large. I was literally able to stretch out and recline. I think this will be my go to infrared sauna spot.

There are 2 bathrooms with some amenities and lockers available. The front desk crew is also always nice. This is definitely an expensive membership $236/month for 12 classes but totally worth it. There was no space whatsoever, it was cramped and gross. I had my water bottle ON MY MAT, and the person in front of me was so close to me they kicked it over like 3 times throughout their class. The person to my left was flinging sweat on me everytime he transitioned moved. Because the class was so full they ran out of weights too, so I was left with an 8 pound weight and a 2 pound weight.... The person on my right kept heavy breathing and I felt every breath on me as he was that close. At one point he coughed and I felt that too. They either don't limit the number of class spots or they set that number super high. It was genuinely disgusting and I wanted to leave early but I didn't want to climb across people to get out... I also forgot my mat and they charged me $10 for a rental!! Which is a A LOT!! It used to be $3 a few months ago, tell me why it's now $10?!!! That's so expensive for just a rental?

I have been working with Melissa who is fabulous and so positive. I am amazed at all the exercises in her knowledge base to help whatever I need that day. Although I am sure she is great with all ages, her expertise is older adults. I am 84 with arthritis in my knees and Melissa has worked with me to strengthen my legs to take the pressure off my knees. Added to that is strength training for the whole body. I thank Whole Body and Melissa for keeping me healthy.

For my disabled friends, the women's bathroom has an accessible shower with a built-in seat and railing. I imagine the men's bathroom has one too.
