Beyonce-level crazy in love with: - Our instructor Mychal. He's incredible - patient, talented, upbeat and has great taste in music - Inclusive nature of the class and studio. I'm super out of shape and was intimidated to jump back in but the class is truly "open level" with a range of experience levels and a supportive environment. - Fun format. 30 mins of stretching / warm up, 30 mins of across the floor moves which can be really fun & creative, and then choreo during the last 30. That's right - it's a 90 min class - not 60 like it says on their site or ClassPass.. but that leads me to: - Value. 10 bucks for a class or 2 ClassPass credits is a steal for 90 mins of fun Hundo p recommend.

It's always clean, positive vibes and the sound system is great! There's a front door entrance for the small room and a side entrance for the larger studios. I really got a great work out (however athletic you might be, you will work up a sweat) and I still use plenty of moves I learned in class when I dance.
