My girls have been enrolled in Artistico for a few months now mostly doing ballet and tap...the sort of dance they primarily enjoy doing. Now they're showing interest in Hip Hop, Contemporary AND Salsa! The fact that they are willing to even try these new things tells me that it must be coming from their teachers. I think it's brilliant that kids especially can be motivated to get out of their comfort zone and try new dance moves. Heck, learning a variety of dance styles has to be better than staying glued to a devices during their down time yeah!? The teachers are lovely, kind, and incredibly patient. At the end of every session there is a mini recital for the parents. Everyone there is supportive of each of the girls and wants them to succeed. They have created a wonderful, strong, loving community for all of the members starting from the youngest ones. The hours the sessions are offered are working parent friendly compared to other studios in the area.
