He sprayed indoors - and also around the outdoor perimeter of the house. He identified places to watch out for - and placed indicator sticky tests around the house. That was 5 or 6 years ago. We have been customers for several years, in the spring we reported an infestation of carpenter…read morebees and rats. Literally all we have received is bills. Traps we not refreshed with bait, I requested assistance and then asked for a manager to call, no one ever did. In June my employees reported a drive around our building with no one getting out of the vehicle. ( presume they have GPS to show they were here but no one signed a form to sign off on any findings). We are switching to another service, go with a local guy not a corporate group looking to increase margin and cutting corners .
