They didn't cut out the sensors. There's bubbles all over in the PPF they didn't do the back doors like they were supposed to this is ridiculous. I definitely would not trust Matthew or any of his people to touch my vehicle and I definitely wouldn't trust him to touch yours! The calls back-and-forth for four hours were to go over a stupid contract that you wanted me to fill out so you could continue to steal money. Nobody subdued anybody they came out and spoke to me because I wouldn't leave the premises until I knew what you were doing or not doing in this case I also won the case for the $3000 that you didn't win. look at the other reviews from this other gentleman he did the same thing to him. Matthew was horrible. He is a liar and very manipulative. I definitely would not trust him to touch your vehicle or faith or anybody else with that company. And in his response, if you look below, he said I was arrested, which is a bold face lie. Nobody was arrested. Matthew is such a manipulative liar. No arrests were ever made and no such warning was given. And they were the ones that said to sue him. Make sure you also read Sol's review also. Matthew and staff messed up his car also and Matthew became very angry with Sol. Slander!!!

Dave and his work was nothing short of Tier 1 excellence. I had to book him damn near a month out…read morebecause he's so busy, that I forgot I even had an appointment with him. But let me tell you it was well worth the wait! I had a 2002 Vw golf that had been completely taken over by the previous owners dog and I don't think the thing had been cleaned out since 2008. Dave transformed that disgusting used car to as close to factory line clean as humanly possible. I would recommend his services to anyone anywhere. He's the mf man! Thank you Dave!

We love using CDC Mobile Detail to make our cars look pristine!…read more What we love, is that they are mobile, they come to your house and clean your car while you go about your business. In our case, we had our car cleaned while we were at work. We recently had an older Chevy Suburban we had Dave detail, we had just purchased it used for a great price and it had lots of wear and tear both inside and out. Dave made both the interior and exterior look brand new! He did such a phenomenal job in fact, that we were able to flip the Suburban after we got our use. He was able to buff away many scratches on the outside and lift numerous stains that were on the carpet. We recommend CDC Mobile to our friends and family. Dave is a really friendly, honest, hard working, down to earth guy. He's very professional and takes pride in his work. Go ahead and ask for a quote, he's very affordable!

Confirmed my appointment multiple times, then canceled on me the morning of the appointment…read more I had a confirmed appointment with Prestige Auto Salon and planned my day around it. The appointment had been confirmed multiple times, so I had every reason to believe they were prepared to provide the service. Then, the morning of my appointment, I received a message saying they had a "scheduling error" with their booking software and had double-booked my appointment. Their solution? Reschedule me for August 17th or later. I understand that software problems happen, but this is ultimately a scheduling and business-management issue that shouldn't become the customer's problem. If you confirm an appointment multiple times, the customer shouldn't have to rearrange their schedule and then find out at the last minute that the appointment doesn't actually exist. They did offer $50 off the service, which I appreciate, but honestly, that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having my schedule disrupted at the last minute. I was prepared to give Prestige Auto Salon my business and potentially use them for additional services, but this experience has seriously changed my opinion. A confirmed appointment should mean something. Hopefully they fix their scheduling system and communication process so other customers don't have the same experience.

Warning to anyone considering booking here: My tint appointment was canceled less than 12 hours…read morebefore my scheduled time this morning, and the cancellation came through an automated text. What makes this especially frustrating is that I personally called and booked the appointment with the owner earlier this week. I'm also a repeat customer and had reconfirmed that I wanted to keep the appointment. I blocked off my calendar and planned my morning around having the tint completed. The owner seemed very nice when I spoke with him, but canceling a confirmed appointment at the last minute with nothing more than an automated text is extremely disappointing. It certainly leaves the impression that another job may have taken priority. There are plenty of other tint shops to choose from, so I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope they learn from this and use better judgment when handling confirmed appointments, especially with repeat customers. If you value your time and schedule, I would think twice before booking here. I certainly won't be wasting my time or patience again.
