Prime rib with asparagus and mashed potatoes

Delicious food at the Hollywood Casino, highly recommend this restaurant. Our waitress, Heather was personable and friendly. Calming atmosphere - circular space in the middle of the casino but completely closed off with glass windows, making it a very nice quiet oasis in the middle of a loud casino.

This was my second visit to Final Cut, and first as a reluctant vegan. When making the reservations, I indicated that I was a vegan. Kaitlin reached out to me to find out if I included honey or oysters in my diet, and my comfort level with vegetables cooked in a shared fryer. It says a lot that she reached out to be sure I could enjoy the dining experience. I started with a throwback- Cosmopolitan. Not bad. I decided to have the Brussel sprouts and Fingerling potatoes for dinner. I absolutely love flash fried and roasted Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were flash-fried with peppers. At first bite, the peppers were a sweet addition. The Brussel sprouts were so greasy I simply couldn't enjoy them. Flash fried shouldn't equate to oil doused. I didn't attempt to even finish them. The potatoes, on the other hand, were delicate and creamy. Delicious! In hindsight, I wish I ordered a salad and potatoes. Lesson learned.

The steakhouse is located inside the casino. We come here 2-3 times a year more for food than gambling. This time around stakes were overcooked but service was very attentive. Great drink selection.

First time here & will be back! We sat in the bar area and it took a long time for a server/bartender to greet us at our table. Once that connection was made though, Troy did an excellent job! We drank multiples cosmopolitans. I had the 16oz NY Strip steak which was delicious. The side dishes are separate but big enough to share between 2 people, we got the fresh asparagus, mashed potato's, and fingerling potatoes. Compared to the mashed, the roasted fingerling potatoes were good, but just average- the mashed potatoes are buttery and delicious! I started with the Lobster Corn Chowder and that was flavorful and creamy.

    Scallops and creamed spinach

EXTREMELY expensive! I tried to order cheap and our Bill was still over 100 bucks with no dessert. Everything is very clean and tidy. Bread is provided and it is delicious.. I ordered scallops and was a bit surprised there were just three. I also ordered spinach and it literally tasted like it came straight out of the can and dunked in a cream sauce. The steak, on the other hand was fantastic and I would advise sticking to that because it seems as though that is what they do best. See pics of my scallops and spinach attached

My waitress (Danyell) immediately took my order of shrimp cocktail and the prime rib special. The food is where the experience soured. The shrimp cocktail (6 pieces) was cooked well and arrived chilled. The issue I had was with the garlic aeoli, cocktail sauce, and old bay seasoning dust that was generously sprinkled on top of the shrimp. Both sauces were under seasoned and the dry old bay seasoning added an odd texture and taste that detracted from th flavor of the shrimp cocktail. The prime rib was extremely tough, had no flavor, and was missing the cap. This was a big disappointment as I expected more from award winning chef Dougie Krick. The meal included mashed potatoes, however, as they do not offer a baked potato, I substituted for steak fries which arrived greasy. Total with tip was $85. Given the quality of the meal served, not a value. The server was very attentive and frequently refilled my drink without asking.

Revisit for a ...Uhum. B day visit, let's just say not 70, yet OK?…read more4:30 reservations OK not quite 70 but early bird ? Yes. And a $25.00 promotion on going at least takes the pain out of such an upscale meal. Seated immediately, at the Happy Birthday booth. We are not booth fans, but this one was actually comfortable. ( table 51 is recommended in this case) Drinks and water's were quick and impressive, the hickory old fashioned was really good, and strong enough but not overpowering. Spouse liked her Chardonnay ( Proverb ) We went fancy with a goat cheese bruschetta appetizer, very nice, and fresh. Spouse had the Mixed Grill that was shell fish and crab and all the lovely stuff she couldn't share with the Birthday boy. No problem I had the seared ahi tuna dinner with lemon asparagus risotto and baby heritage carrots, not the regular Hawaiian tuna. that is good but I didn't want the mashed potatoes and asparagus this time. Loved the carrots nice and glassed with a happy amount of charing and the risotto was fresh a nice lemon background and asparagus was " 5o the tooth" the only small negative was the tuna had no crust, even though I asked for rare, it was missing . Either not a hot enough pan or planchette not those extra few moments, I don't know. But still excellent. We were cared for by Stephen ( I think ) and team 1, I was offered a desert menu but I had a chocolate cake awaiting me at home, I still received a small sponge cake with whip cream and a delicious strawberry on top, with a candle. Damages were $ 135+ tax ( minus the bday discount) plus tip for the full amount. Well worth the expense , and we will do it again next year, I hope.

OMG! This is THE place for authentic Eastern Shore crab imperial!…read more I special ordered mine dolloped over a broiled crab cake, and it was absolutely sumptuous! I paired it with a petite filet mignon that you could literally cut with a butter knife. It was cooked medium rare to perfection. There really is a difference in the quality of the beef at a restaurant like this compared to franchise chain restaurants like Outback or LongHorn. They may both have filet mignon on the menu, but the quality simply isn't the same as what you'll get at Culhane's. It's easy to understand why they've been in business since 1959! I always try to be honest in my reviews, so my one negative would be the atmosphere. It's not especially private or intimate because the dining room is very open, and it can get quite loud since there's not much to absorb the sound. But don't let that stop you. The food is absolutely worth it. If you're looking for outstanding crab imperial, a phenomenal filet, and a restaurant that's stood the test of time, Culhane's delivers.

Named after the year the historic hotel opened its doors, the space boasts a stunning ambiance--complete with a beautiful stained-glass ceiling and gorgeous views--but the real star of the show is the menu. We kicked off the night with two incredible starters. The meatloaf sliders, made with rich Bow Creek Angus beef and topped with a perfectly balanced BBQ glaze and cheddar, were pure comfort food elevated to gourmet status. Right alongside them, the beef carpaccio (also using local Bow Creek beef) was an absolute standout. It was beautifully delicate, brightened up with a shallot-caper dressing, pickled onions, and a finishing touch of grana padano and smoked sea salt. For the main course, 1933 proves it can compete with any high-end chophouse. The steaks are expertly prepared, boasting a flawless sear on the outside while remaining incredibly tender and juicy on the inside. You can taste the premium quality of the cuts with every single bite. Of course, you can't visit a resort in the Sweetest Place on Earth without indulging in a bit of chocolate. To drink, the chocolate martini is a masterclass in mixology--decadent, velvety, and smooth without being cloyingly sweet. We doubled down on dessert with the chocolate cream pie, featuring a rich, silken filling and an effortlessly flaky crust that made for the perfect final note to an exceptional meal.Between the historic nods, the phenomenal steakhouse execution, and top-tier service, 1933 has quickly cemented itself as a must-visit dining destination in Hershey.

If you asked me to rate this restaurant on food and drinks alone, I'd say 5 stars, easily. Ask…read moreabout Nathan, the server we had, and that 5-star food gets dragged straight down to a 2-star overall experience. We eat in the Hershey area constantly and are spoiled by the genuinely phenomenal service you get at Hershey Entertainment restaurants. Nathan wasn't just below that bar -- he was the worst server we've ever had, anywhere, full stop. Rude. Unprofessional. Completely incompetent. Somehow all three at once. We'd been looking forward to trying this newer Hershey spot, and Nathan singlehandedly torched the whole experience. First, the wait: over an hour for our food, on a slow Sunday evening with a half-empty dining room. Not a busy kitchen slammed on a Saturday night -- a quiet Sunday. There is no version of that wait that's defensible. Then the mistakes started stacking up, one after another. We'd told the restaurant at the time of our reservation that two people in our party had birthdays that week, specifically because this place advertises chocolate-covered strawberries for birthday guests -- it's part of why we chose it. Nathan never mentioned it, never brought it, never acknowledged it. Just dropped, like it never happened. We asked three separate times for boxes to take our leftovers home. Three times. For boxes. One of our burgers was supposed to come with chips -- it didn't, and Nathan never so much as offered to fix it. Then the carrot sticks. We asked for a side of carrot sticks for one of our kids, and Nathan told us they don't carry those -- despite having just delivered wings to our own table with a side of carrot sticks sitting right there on the plate. Instead of correcting himself, he brought fries instead and charged us for them, on top of the side that should have been included with the meal. So not only did he lie about not having what we asked for, he swapped in something else without telling us and billed us extra for it. That's the one thing we bothered flagging for the manager -- we simply didn't have the bandwidth left to fight every other failure after an hour-plus with exhausted kids who needed to get to bed. The manager, to her credit, moved fast: she got the carrot sticks out right away and pulled the fries off our bill. But that was the last we saw of her. No follow-up, no check-in to see if anything else needed fixing, nothing. She solved the one problem we raised and then disappeared, while every other issue -- the strawberries, the boxes, the missing chips -- just sat there unresolved. The food is genuinely excellent, and that makes this harder, not easier. A meal this good deserved a server who could handle the basics, and a birthday celebration deserved better than an hour of forgotten requests, invented shortages, and a surprise upcharge on food that was never supposed to cost extra. My wife's willing to give the restaurant another shot. I'm far less convinced -- and if we do go back, it won't be with Nathan.
