Bagels are nice and fresh. Asiago bagel was delicious. We ordered the rise n shine on an asiago bagel and ratatouille on a sesame bagel. The rise n shine was good but was not a fan of the ratatouille was falling apart and the bagel got mushy from the veggies. Small inside has some seating and there is also outdoor tables. They have good drink options and had a delicious kava tea. Cashier was nice, and inside is clean.

Oh wowza! Had a wonderful experience at Fin's Bagel. Service was fantastic, great suggestions and very friendly. Daughter and I had the Ahi Prosciutto on Fin's loaded Rainbow bagel and Classic Salmon on Fin's loaded sesame bagel. OM talk about deliciousness and we were super full from just 1/2 of our bagels. Downed the other 1/2 for dinner. Clean shop and quick service. Definitely will return!

Updating to 5* because I'm now hopelessly addicted to these bagels. I've also had the ratatouille sandwich and it's delicious

This is the second time I got the Kiawe smoked brisket. It's pricey, $16.95, but I definitely think it's worth it. Packed with flavor. It looks small but you'll feel full. Wait time wasn't too bad, just a few minutes. I saw someone else had called in their order.

Lox and bagels are a weakness of mine. If made correctly, it comes pretty close to a perfect sandwich, in my opinion. I've wanted to try the other Fin's locations, but ended up downtown. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this location has been open since May! I searched the menu and the 'Fin's bagel' was what I chose with the smoked salmon option. I was a little taken back by the price, as the bagel sandwich was $18.00. But being downtown, and based on how much everything costs...I wasn't entirely shocked. The bagel took about 5 to 10 minutes to prepare but it was a sight to behold. Warm, toasted everything bagel Ice cold vegetable toppings Perfectly smoked salmon Large portion of cream cheese This was a very, very good bagel sandwich. The texture of the crispy bagel played well with the fresh produce and the smoked salmon. This wasn't a small bagel...it was pretty big. And I also appreciated that they did not skimp on anything. The bagel was very stuffed and it took me a couple of tries to devour it. Is the bagel worth the price? It took me a long time to answer that question ... Why? Because I was asking the wrong question. Have I had a better smoked salmon bagel sandwich on island? No I have not. So to answer the question...yes, I think it's worth it, because I have not had a better smoked salmon bagel on island! I'll be back to try different options!

Would you look at the color on this bagel?! Absolutely stunning! This rainbow bagel really brightened up my morning. I was in a rush but next time I'm definitely trying one of their bagel sandwiches.

Let me start by saying I LOVE BAGELS! I am so happy that my hubby took off early from work to take me to an appointment I had in town because I was able to check this place out. Normally I am not in town during the week and this location is closed on the weekends. I have never been to their 1st location in Kapahulu but after trying them downtown I may have to make it my business to visit their other location since they're open on the weekends! Parking downtown sucks! We were lucky to find a metered stall about a block away but only had enough change for 20 minutes in the meter. Service was friendly and when we got there it was an hour before closing so they were out of some items. I wanted to try their lemonade but they had just sold the last cup a little before I came. I also noticed that they had empty bins where a couple of their bagels were supposed to be. I was happy that I was still able to get 3 items I wanted. The rise and shine bagel with spam and scrambled eggs on an Asiago bagel was amazing! I shared with my husband but wished I bought two, lol. The daily special was a lemon ricotta cream cheese with blueberries and honey. I got it on a blueberry bagel. Not only was it delicious but it was also beautiful! There were little pieces of basil on it which I loved. The seasonal fruit cream cheese was mango and I couldn't pass it up. I got it on a rainbow bagel and again not only delicious but beautiful! I also got a cup of Thai tea which I was able to sample before buying! I really appreciated being able to sample the drink before I bought it because what I know of Thai tea is that it is SWEEEEEET! This was just a little sweet and very refreshing. I added a little whole milk to make it a milk tea. Love this place and wish I could come back some time soon but doubt I will be able to. I will definitely try to visit their other location.

My husband purchased the plain bagel with olive cream cheese $7.95. They sell the bagels alone for $3.25. The bagel was toasted and huge. They stuff it with cream cheese, so it's thick. It was just too much. We should have gotten another bagel with no cream cheese and put some of it on that one. It would have been perfect. I'm surprised that he chose olive, because he hardly ever eats olives. It was on the salty side as to be expected, since it is made with olives. He was mistaken and thought it said olive oil. The seasonal fruit is mango. A lot of people at the store were ordering it. Mango cream cheese: how divine. I will be back to try it. They will only have mango until the ending of July, so I will be back soon.

I'm so glad to hear that Fin's Bagel is now in Downtown! I initially stumbled across this gem at their Kapahulu location on Winam Ave. I love their New York style bagels; hand rolled and kettle-boiled, the traditional way! Don't even get me started on their home made cream cheese. My favorite schmears include the chipotle honey, tobiko limu and banana caramel. Must haves: Fins bagel, adored with their house-cured fish of your choice (salmon, ahi, mahi, or ono) a savory bagel that we literally inhaled. For something lighter my go to is the Rise N Shine bagel which is a classic breakfast bagel sandwich. For someone who prefers a sweeter bagel, you can't go wrong with the blue Hawai'i that features my favorite schmear, banana caramel cream cheese with bacon, peanut butter and apple banana. Currently they have a monthly special, which is my current favorite; lemon ricotta bagel. It's so nice and perfect for the summer heat. Get it before it's gone!! Located in bishop square, there's parking in the building but it is quite confusing finding your way back up. If you work in downtown, this is the perfect breakfast spot. The workers are fast and soo sweet so there's no need to call ahead.

Great addition to the downtown food scene! Located in that small walk way along ASB's parking lot they have such a cute shop! If I worked downtown i'd be so getting breakfasts here! Their bagels are probably the closest I've had to NYC bagels! That is definitely saying something! They have a wide variety of types and it seems like they're always baking fresh ones as they were out of rainbow bagels but she checked the back and had just finished a new batch! While their bagels are comparable, their fancier bagels with fillings aren't quite there. I got the fin's bagel on an everything bagel, they gave a decent amount of salmon, unfortunately it was a little off centered in distribution, one half had so much salmon every bite forced more of it out the back, while the other one didn't have much. They were also out of the other fishes and just had salmon T_T Fishermen were off. With the bagel sandwich being so big the roof of my mouth was a little cut up from the everything bagel, so maybe next time I'll pick something else instead as my bagel. I really want to try the blue hawaii next time! Also...someone please suggest where they found good onion bagels, those are my favorite but almost no one has them!

I finally was able to make my way to Fin's Bagel in Downtown Honolulu, which is one block away from where I work. This shop is located in Bishop Square near Jack in the Box. I went right when're they opened at 7:00am, so there were no lines. It's a cute, small shop with beautiful murals painted on each side of the walls. There is a small seating area on the right side of the shop, but I'm sure a lot of people mainly do takeout. I've already been here twice. The first time I went, I didn't know what to order, so I asked the friendly worker what she recommended. Since it was breakfast time, she recommended the Rise and Shine. I got it on their rainbow bagel, and it comes with bacon, cheddar cheese, and I also had a choice of having my eggs over medium or scrambled--my choice being over medium. It did take a while to make, but yumminess takes time. The second time I went, I got the same Rise and Shine, but this time got my eggs scrambled. It was pretty good, but I do prefer it with the eggs scrambled rather than over medium because I felt like it had more flavor. I think the over-medium egg was lacking salt, even with the bacon and cheese. Also on my second visit, I got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Now, I could say that this is just an ordinary plain bagel with plain cream cheese you can find anywhere else, but let me tell you--it isn't. The bagel here just hits different. It has that crunch from being toasted, but also a chewiness factor that makes it stand out from other bagels. What surprised me the most, though, was how much cream cheese was smeared on the bagel. When I tell you half a tub of cream cheese was used, I'm not lying. (See photos!) I'm glad to know that they're super generous with cream cheese. All in all, this is a perfect place for downtown workers to pick up some pretty good bagels. They have a bunch of flavored bagels and cream cheeses to choose from, and also a bunch of sandwich items made with the bagel of your choice. I do think that street parking can be difficult to find if someone were to drive here, but there are parking structures nearby (which may be costly). Also, the wait time for your food can be a factor if you're running late for work, especially during peak hours. Other than that, Fin's Bagel in downtown Honolulu is pretty solid.

I forgot to bring my lunch today on a classic busy Monday, but I'm so glad I did! I ventured off for a quick walk to beat the lunch crowd in downtown and I found Fin's tucked away near Tamarind Park. I walked in and was met by Amanda who was super welcoming, kind, and the perfect energy to help you start your Monday/Week. I had heard a little bit about how Fin's shipped in their bagels from New York, and Amanda made sure to really help me understand and appreciate what they had to offer. I ended up ordering the Kiawe-Smoked Brisket sandwich on an Asiago Cheese bagel, and it was a banger!! While the owner Sean was making magic in the back for me, I had to make sure some of my coworkers from the office got a taste as well. I ordered a few different kinds of bagels (plain, rainbow, and everything) and a tub of their roasted garlic cream cheese. It lasted five minutes by the time I got back to the office, and they all made sure to add Fin's in their phones so they could make the walk themselves. During that time, I also tried a sample of their Nitro Thai Tea...life changing!! Do yourself a favor and forget your breakfast or lunch at home!

I had several, but i'm told it's the real deal in NYC. I'm from Hawaii, I get how people are particular about their food. Hawaii food is way up there in rank. But this bagel went beyond my bagel expectations, and let me tell you why. First of all, they took the time to explain to this small time local mind, what everything was, like schmear and types of bagels, to be exact. We came close to closing, so the options were limited, which probably worked in my favor and indicisiveness. I chose the egg bagel and it was very delicious and the schmear, which was really underplayed in description was WOW!! There are multiple choices of bread for sandwiches (special bread shown next to the register. Be sure to check!). Needless to say, I took a long time to decide! The Breakfast Sandwich came with egg, bacon, ham, and American cheese. Chose the croissant, which was the smaller size variety. This was good with a generous amount of egg and bacon. It was a hearty sandwich. The Tuna Sandwich on Everything Bagel was good. Nice crisp on the bagel. A decent simple sandwich with fresh ingredients. I would have preferred more mayo and the canned tuna to have flavor. Regular brewed coffee was very good. Brewed very well with solid coffee flavor. Exactly the flavor I remembered when I first tried it. The star was the Kyoto Style Cold Brew. It was smooth, clean, bright, and strong. The flavor maintained throughout--even with the ice cubes melted in. Overall, a decent experience. The sandwiches were good. Coffee was excellent. Friendly service.
