The strength-grading on their web site is accurate and the flavor notes only occasionally suggest more than we can taste. We've learned, if we're off, to adjust the grind until the noted flavors *do* emerge. We've had best luck with French press brewing, but the occasional lazily dripped pot has been good, too. Overall, these are the best whole bean coffees we've been able to find.

The barista that took my order was kind and offered suggestions and I eneded up getting the hazelnut latte from the protein menu. Delicious! And a good way to mix up my usual iced oat milk latte. The protein portion, I learned, comes from the cold foam, which was so tasty and mixed in well to the rest of the drink. Definitley something to try. This location has a big parking area and a drive through, so really its just as convenient as it gets. Gregorys has always felt like one of those chains that doesn't actually feel like a chain.
