The strength-grading on their web site is accurate and the flavor notes only occasionally suggest more than we can taste. Overall, these are the best whole bean coffees we've been able to find.

While I didn't stay to get work done, the space had plenty of tables, confirmed wifi, was beautiful and bright, incredibly clean and a place I would love to sit and work for a bit. The barista that took my order was kind and offered suggestions and I eneded up getting the hazelnut latte from the protein menu. Delicious! And a good way to mix up my usual iced oat milk latte. The protein portion, I learned, comes from the cold foam, which was so tasty and mixed in well to the rest of the drink. Definitley something to try. This location has a big parking area and a drive through, so really its just as convenient as it gets. Gregorys has always felt like one of those chains that doesn't actually feel like a chain. I went with 45 women from our development. When you walk into the restaurant, we were greeted warmly from the owner, Katie. Her mom does the cooking and she has a baker who gets there at 5:00 am to start making the breads. Many of their counter displayed - jarred items come directly from their home country. We started out with a savory, fresh salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and thinly sliced red onions. We were served, their classic cheese pie, Khink Ali, which is like a wonton, with 3 types of ground meat, eggplant, beef stew, chicken kabobs and a most delicious dessert. They make everything fresh for you. Nothing was prepared ahead of time. While we were there, Katie, had a video of her country and was explaining pieces of it. This was very intimate, since we took up the whole restaurant. While we were there, people did come in to purchase bread, which is what they are known for, along with other items to take out Well worth stopping in, look around and have a snack of something

The lavender matcha was top tier and freshly ground. A quiet enough atmosphere to chat for a few hours and the servers don't bother you if you're just sitting enjoying your coffee and watching a show on the nearby sofa. The caprese pesto mayo sandwich with grilled chicken was so yummy. The sour dough bread was crunchy and the chicken was juicy and the egg platter (egg style your choice) with its potatoes was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.
