I liked the service with the two employees serving being really kind. Not too much besides that to comment on for the service. The ambiance on how it felt was well, nice music but an overall quiet place. There was an issue with the cleanliness though. When we were inside the place, there was food on the floor and lots of crumbs still on a lot of the tables and eating areas. Also, there were ant(s) inside of the towel-thingy we got. Overall, would've been a 5 if it was cleaner.

We walked in on Sunday around 4:30 p.m. with our family of four, knowing the rest of our group…read morewould be meeting us shortly for a total party of 12. When we entered, the employee behind the counter appeared to be having a personal conversation with two young women who were seated at the counter. She looked over and immediately told us it would be at least 20 minutes before she could even take our order, but that we could seat ourselves. We began looking for a way to accommodate our larger group and initially combined two tables that seated four people each. Before rearranging any additional tables, I asked if it would be okay to move another table. She directed us to a different booth and suggested pulling over a single table, but even after explaining that we had a party of 12, the setup she suggested still wouldn't have provided enough seating. When I pointed that out, her demeanor became noticeably frustrated. She told us to go back to the original tables and said she would have to "pull something together herself." The interaction took place in front of other customers and felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and embarrassing. As more of our family arrived, we decided to leave. It wasn't the 20-minute wait that bothered us--we completely understand restaurants get busy. It was the lack of professionalism and the way we were treated. We felt like our group was an inconvenience rather than welcomed as customers. It was disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to eating there. Don't go there if you are a larger party.

It took awhile for our food, but wow..it was worth it. We started with the pickle fries. Spicy and crunchy with a fantastic dipping sauce. Then, I had the firecracker shrimp wrap with jalapeno slaw. Perfect Asian spice and the slaw addrd great crunch with just enough heat. The handcut chips were very good Hubby had the firecraker shrimp, too, and loved it. We're looking forward to trying their other menu items.

It's a small little bar type place, but they have a cook on so your bartender isn't trying to juggle both jobs and the food is fast and delicious. I had the western burger and it was 5 star. Easily one of the best burgers I've ever had. I had it with the homemade chips which were also delicious, but they offer many sides. The bbq sauce on my burger was insanely delicious and I'm picky about my sauce. My coworkers each had different burgers and they looked equally delicious and they raved about them.
