It's typical bar food but the burgers at 1/3 pound and very reasonably priced. Sides are extra but this is still a low cost option for some better than average bar food. I am definitely coming ng back to try the lake perch in the future. Good beer prices , friendly staff and a welcoming crowd ( don't be scared off by the amount of motorcycles, it not a big biker bar).

So my buddy and I just sat at the bar. Then when the girl that was dancing finished up her dance she came over to the bar to ask for tips. Then she sat down next to us and started counting her tip money and traded it in with the bar tender to larger bills. We get her a drink and asked about the club, she said there should have been 4 dancers but 1 never showed up so it was just the three of them. While the blonde was cute none of them were smoking hot types you expect to see at a strip club. So we finished up our 5$ beer and hit the road. they are not open on Sunday or Monday

The curds were crispy and everything a good fried curd should be. The beef tenderloin was juicy, fork tender and delicious. Nicely served on a sizzling platter and perfectly cooked. Mentioned our difficulty in finding a campground that wasn't full, and were immediately introduced to a couple that was staying nearby in a local campground. Conversation led us to a website and we were booked into a very nice site. ( On an August weekend, an open site is hard to find anywhere.) We were aware of that but just wandering and hoping. Anyway Rene's was a stroke of luck. Excellent food, really nice folks, and a score on a campsite. If you are on 141 in Wisconsin, anywhere near Crevitz get off the road and follow county rd X to Rene's. You will be happy you did.

When she took a dinner order from a table seated fully 10-15 minutes AFTER us, my husband, who had the patience of a saint, decided it was time to leave. We have never been treated like that, and certainly have never left a restaurant after being seated. I'm still shocked. They really went out of their way to make the place look incredible with cigar memorabilia as well. The bartender was really helpful with drink and cigar pairings as well as just being a really great guy. This certainly adds to the place and I commend his service. You are welcome to play games there at the various tables they have available, including the space upstairs. I am definitely going to revisit this cigar bar.

We didn't sit out there because it was full. We'll happily stop here again when we return to town. We'll be back for a game someday.
