    Eggplant Delight Slice
    Theresa S.

Stopped in for a quick slice during lunch while in the area .This was my first time here after reading the positive reviews they received. All the staff were pleasant and greeted us with a smile. The restaurant is neat and clean with plenty of seating . Everything displayed looked inviting . They were just bringing out an eggplant rollatini pie which looked amazing! One of my favorites! So that's what I ordered ! It was so delicious with a delicate marinade sauce and perfectly baked with an abundance of cheese ! Yum! Will definitely be back !

Found Filetto's while shopping in the area. I was greeting by friendly staff, a clean restaurant and a large dining room. After browsing the selections, I asked if they had an eggplant slice. To my delight, there was a fresh eggplant rollatini pie finishing up in the oven. One slice, please! It was delicious, flavorful, and perfectly made. The eggplant did not have breadcrumbs, which is how my family makes it and it was a pleasant surprise! I look forward to coming back and trying their other menu items

3rd time here and always a delight! We've had the same server every time and she never disappoints! Her name is Liz and she is very informed of the menu, accommodating and attentive! Today she came with a refill without me having to ask and also hooked us up with the regular marinara in case we weren't satisfied with the Fra Diavolo sauce we picked (which we LOVED!) Liz always has a smile on her face and takes good care of us! Ambiance- still enjoy the ambiance. Also everyone there is so friendly and acknowledging. Everytime I walk out of here the front staff always go out of their way to say thank you for coming. Here's what we had: Appetizers: -Bread and butter- FRESH bread and so tasty! -Fried Calamari- with Fra Diavolo sauce (spicy Marinara) so AMAZING! The calamari was perfectly cooked and the breading is not overly thick and heavy which I particularly enjoyed! The Fra Diavolo sauce and Marinara sauce are both sooooo FRESH and TASTY!! This coming from someone who doesn't normally enjoy marinara with calamari. Today I have been made a believer if this combination!! The Fra Diavolo sauce isn't overly spicy by the way- definitely doable and spice may even be so subtle you forget it's there. It doesn't take too much away from the taste of the sauce itself. The Fra Diavolo sauce was our personal favorite because it adds another layer to your marinara sauce, although both were delectable!! Entrees: -Farfalle Leonardo: (Bow tie-shaped pasta tossed with shrimp, portabella mushrooms and garden peas sauteed in a flame-roasted pepper creamy pink sauce.) soooo DELICIOUS from first bite to finish! I thoroughly enjoyed the sauce and accompanied with the mushrooms and red pepper it had really nice flavor. The pasta was cooked perfectly. Only comment is shrimp was a bit tougher than I'd like but other than that: PERFECT! -Aragosta Ravioli: (Lobster filled homemade jumbo ravioli topped with shrimp and bits of lobster meat in a light seafood pink sauce.) so AMAZING! The sauce is unique in that it has a certain layer to it that adds depth to the dish. Also the ravioli was definitely homemade and stuffed with a tender mix of lobster meat and also topped with beautiful pieces of lobster meat. Such an awesome experience as always and will definitely be back to try all of the above again and hopefully more! YUM.

Came here with some coworkers who always order pizza for staff meetings and rave about it so I had higher expectations. I was a bit disappointed but I guess it's a basic pizza place restaurant quality rather than an Italian restaurant quality. The seating area was very nice and clean and the server was friendly but the food was subpar. I ordered the artichokes franchese and prosciutto panini. The artichokes lacked any flavor at all, not even a hint of lemon. The bread for the panini was not toasted and the flavors just didn't hit. I'm not even sure what the dipping sauce was because it had no taste at all. I would give this place another shot tho and try maybe a pasta or shrimp dish. Prices seemed pretty reasonable and it's on the foodie card.

Food was delicious, the prices were very good. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was very respectful and helpful. It smelled and tasted amazing.

Would like to update to say the pizza here is truly amazing. The crust is soft, the sauce , delicious, and the pizza reheats well! Also, they have some of the best garlic knots on Long Island!

Vinny my love! If you want good food, you need to come here! The food is ALWAYS consistent-call ALWAYS!! Beat food around!

This restaurant is better than the first Filleto's in Northport! Vinny has outdone himself here! The service is fantastic and the food and drinks were fabulous! Our first visit was just the family, a small party of 8 and our last visit was a party of 25. The staff was not only very accommodating but attentive and NICE! The food was fresh and perfectly prepared! If you have not had the Ala Vodka from Filetto's- you must try it!!! It is better than ANY other- anywhere! I have been telling him to draw it and sell it for years! Order it for your side dish- you won't regret it! Thanks Vin for another great meal

The manager and worker stayed calm, made smoothies, and still smiled throughout the chaos. Pricing was reasonable. Yes, I will be visiting again for my wheatgrass shots, among other other items. Getting to the food - I got bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls - I am Vietnamese and I've gotten takeout from places countless times. You are ALWAYS supposed to separate the bean sprouts and mint and lime from the dish. Those are supposed to be optional for the customer. THIS PLACE COMBINED THE NOODLES WITH THE BEAN SPROUTS AND LIME!!! You are not supposed to do that! You are always supposed to package them separately. On top of that, the pho broth lacked a lot of depth of flavor. Also, pho is supposed to come with tripe, eye of round, beef ball, which this pho had none of. Bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy and have pig blood, which this one didn't. It was also not flavorful and was just lacking. The egg rolls also did not taste right and the fish sauce was off. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. This is not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Long Island.

I usually eat inside the restaurant, but today I placed a to-go "You Pick Two" order, and the quality was completely different. The salad portion was much smaller than it should be, several ingredients were missing, and the few ingredients included were not fresh at all. The half sandwich was also incomplete. For the amount of money I pay sometimes twice a week this is not worth it. When I eat inside the restaurant, the salad portions are larger and the sandwiches are complete, so this inconsistency is very frustrating. I also want to add that I drive 15 minutes to get to this location, and after discovering the issues with my order, I did not want to drive back just to make a claim. Customers should not have to spend extra time and gas to correct mistakes. Additionally, the tables are often dirty, and they allow non-customers to use the bathroom. There are frequently homeless individuals using the restroom, and because of what goes on in there, I did not feel safe taking my children to use it. This situation needs to be taken seriously by management. A supervisor should address the food quality, cleanliness, and safety concerns immediately. As a loyal customer, I expect much better from Panera.
