BARBER Honestly, it does take awhile to find your "go-to" barber, had to trial and error a few places once I moved to Concord (used to reside around Union City to San Jose Area and Vallejo). Jaydakris has a fine eye to detail, and always makes sure that you leave looking nice and fresh! Additionally, he would also give his opinions and suggestions for your cuts just in case you want to change it up, if you decide to go with it, he will not disappoint! CUSTOMER SERVICE There are some barbershops I have been to where you sit down, and no one else greets or asks if you have an appointment. When I come here, I did get acknowledged that I was here for a hair cut, so I do give points for that! BARBERSHOP Location is in the corner of a plaza within Concord, can't miss it, lots of parking. The store it self is well kept, has hanging art work and posters. The color scheme is Red and Black. If you're looking for a cut, try Breds barbershop out, Jaydakris is amazing! My son had an appointment earlier today at another shop and the lady ruined his hair. School starts…read morein 2 days so imagine my panic! Erick was very courteous. He assisted me over the phone. When he heard what happened, he informed me that he would do his best to get back to me within 40 minutes. Shortly after, he called back to let us know they were able to squeeze us in for an appointment (which we are grateful for!) Alex was so kind and patient with my 5 year old. Throughout the process, she took her time and gave him tiny breaks when needed while also making sure I liked how it was turning out. She was able to keep the hair that he had left, so he's not bald. The end result exceeded my expectations & my son is happy with his new haircut. I mean, the barber at the time did his job, but nothing that made us want to go back. Here we are years later. He was in the area, so he gave this place another try. He walked in with no appointment and I believe he said he waited maybe 15 minutes and Alex was able to help him out. It wasn't until the follow up haircut that we found his barber. Alex has been such a great barber and she always tries her best to make sure he cut is exactly what he ask for. She even suggest that it might not look exactly like the photos because they hair thickness and style of the person in the photo is not the same. No matter what my boyfriend ask for, Alex always tries her best to make it happen. I also love that, if I don't go with him to his appointments, Alex always ask where I am. The shop is clean and upon entering, you are greeted quickly. I'd say that the shop is family friendly and inviting. *The shop has barbers that can cut toddler's hair! I was impressed seeing one barber cutting a 3 year old who was still during the cut and kept entertained watching Moana on the big screen TV in front of him. Applause for that guy! *Great location!
