I had looked at the menu on-line and went with the Dream Special. I love tomatoes and thought it was a different experience to have whole slices on top. I got the mini size. We got to the restaurant and appreciated that there was so much parking available. The inside is quirky. It was bright and open and inviting. It was pretty busy when we got there at 5:30. When I got my pizza, I ended up eating the tomato slices on their own (I sprinkled on a little salt). The toppings underneath were good - Italian Sausage, American Bacon, Mushroom, Black Olive, Fresh Tomato. The crust was so boring. If I'm going to eat carbs, I want them to be worthwhile. This crust would have been a waste of calories so I scraped off the toppings and left the crust. My pizza was a thinner crust, so I took a bite of my daughter's thick crust and I had to drink water to help get it down. Super disappointing because it looked so good! Maybe the intent is to dip it in a sauce? I don't know. Part of their claim to fame is that President Obama stopped in for a slice of pie several years ago. The picture is cool to see. I'm not in Oregon much, but I will definitely not be back to eat here again.
