So I placed an online uber order unfortunately a driver stole my food and I contacted Uber support all they were able to do is give back a refund. Uber allowed me to reorder the order which I did so I can get my food to eat for lunch after 12 hours of work I am pissed off because the people at this restaurant were being rude as hell and giving the Uber drivers a difficult time for no reason claiming they don't "remake food for free" I placed a new order that means you make a whole new order of food because I paid for it again so I don't understand what the hell you think any of this is free from what I know you can't place orders without any money. Next time be a good human and leave the greed to the side because this cost you nothing it came out of my pocket and do your job right provide proper service and proper food delivery. Yesterday was the day I discovered two menu items I am not fond of. I ordered veggie chow mein and veggie fried rice. Both dishes lacked in the main ingredients and were heavy on the veggie part. I can see how some people would have that preference, but it just isn't mine. When I left work yesterday, I remembered I had leftover chicken at home, but no side dish to go with it. I swung by this place to get a couple sides. I've been here before for their rice bowls, so I figured I'd give their noodles & fried rice a shot. Both dishes ended up being HEAVY on the veggie (broccoli, zucchini, bell pepper, tofu, onion, cabbage) and really light on the item I thought I ordered (chow mein and fried rice). If I pulled out the actual rice and noodles, it ended up being about a 60/40 ratio of veggie to rice/noodle. If I wanted a side of stir fry veggies, then that is what I would've ordered. Also, the tofu in both dishes had a strong flavor of lap cheong, which I'm not sure if that makes it qualify as a veggie dish anymore. They must've cooked it in the same oil as they did the lap cheong. I always get my food to go because the smell in here is a strong musky tang, if that makes sense. It smells like equipment with caked on grease and the place doesn't feel well ventilated. The food is decent but the atmosphere is less than desirable. read more

I've always passed by FiGaMi Asian Fresh on my way to school and finally decided to check it out and was not disappointed at all! They have sushi, ramen, rice bowls, and appetizers such as spring rolls (Check in on Yelp for a free order of spring rolls, btw!) and edamame. I got a teriyaki chicken bowl which came with, well, teriyaki chicken... rice, and broccoli. It came out fast and delicious along with the fried spring rolls! Ordered here through food delivery for my wife and I. I got the chow Mein with beef, jalepeno poppers. She got the pad thai, pot stickers and avocado sushi roll. Everything was very subpar.. it was OK. not terrible. Not great. However - the pad thai? Literally flavorless. We both considered taking covid tests... for real. I let it go the first couple times because i enjoy the food. but the last time i went i ordered spicy pork miso and the guy taking my order said "again?" in a rude tone. i replied with "what?" he said "nothing". Ordered take out on a Monday morning 11am. Super disappointed in the 2 spicy California rolls I ordered. The only thing that made them spicy was all the sriracha sauce they put on top of them. No spicy Mayo. And I would have liked a little consistency as far as the size of the pieces. One of them was cut into 10 pieces and the other was cut into 8 pieces. If I would have known the only difference between the spicy and regular CA roll was sriracha. I would have paid less just for the regular. Other than that, the cream cheese rangoons were really good, along with the sauce it comes with. All in all, this place is okay. Tbh for how far it is from my house I was a bit concerned if my food would be cold or just warm since I ordered from UberEats. About 30 minutes passes by (understandable) and you can instantly tell these are made fresh by how hot they still were, as if it JUST came off the pan! What a little gem hidden in Phoenix! I cannot believe there's Burmese food out here. I ordered the Burmese style fish noodle soup, a delectable combination of flavors with crispy toppings and soft-boiled eggs. It was absolutely delicious. The egg rolls were ok but free with check-in! I ordered the tea leaf salad and that's a MUST order!! If you've never had tea leaf salad, now's the time to try it. The texture and taste of the crispy peanuts and tea leaves complemented each other perfectly. The ramen looks good too so I look forward to trying that in the future! Came to try out this new place because they served some ramen, and I always want to rate the ramens that are coming out of restaurants these days in the Phoenix area. We are at that point in time where ramen is not a new craze anymore, and everyone should get it right. Or you should not be serving it. The place reminds me of a Subway (it's literally next to a Subway separated by a wall) because it has a Subway layout. From the menu, I had a little hesitation because it served one dish or two dishes from various different backgrounds. The menu had Japanese, Chinese, Burmese, etc. in a fast food style. I always believe if you do a little of everything, you will do nothing well. The only exception might be a high end restaurant, but this is a fast food place. We ordered the ramen, and it came out in a few minutes. The Good: It looked like legit ramen with the toppings, the half soft boiled egg and the overall presentation. The Bad: It didn't taste like anything. Literally, the broth had no flavor/depth and tasted almost like water. I could tell right away from the consistency of the liquid that it either had a hint of seasoning or it was just colored water. I'm leaning toward colored water. I can't even call it broth because we ordered two different ramen, and they pretty much tasted the same flavor wise. No difference. Good job on the presentation, terrible job on everything else (even the pork belly meat was dry). It gets a no pass from me because you can get better ramen for the same price elsewhere. I'm giving this place 3 stars mainly because their protein portions are small, and they don't have options for feeding a family. It's really good food, but you pay almost $11 for their plates and they come with enough rice to feed a school, but enough protein to tease the bottom of your belly.
