Grasshopper pie cone from fifis, first of the year!!! Mint chocolate is my favorite and this was just delicious The line was an hour long but SO worth it!! There are SOOOOO many different options for treats! I need to try the banana pudding cup next time Everyone was such high energy and having a great time because of the weather! It was a great place to be on a warm day. We waited outside, but the inside is so inviting with nice and clean bathrooms if you need them! Grasshopper pie: 10/10 read more

We booked Fifi's ice cream for our wedding reception and it was the highlight of ours and our guests night!! They had such a cute set up, full decorated ice cream freezer with 4 full tubs of different flavors, several toppings, we were offered cups or cones but opted for cups, most importantly to me, the dairy free bride, a generous variety of NON-SORBET dairy free and gluten free ice cream to choose from when we did the tasting!!! This is why we booked them! Rich was a great vendor to work with, it was their first big event with the set up, fair pricing, prompt and smooth set up. We took great pride in our dessert options for our wedding and Fifi's was the best decision we made. Thank you guys so much for the novelty of full sized scoops for our guests!!! (Will include a photos soon). 10/10 would recommend Fifi's for your company parties, weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, or whatever you may be hosting!! read more

I have had multiple good experiences with the location, serving Perry's hard ice cream as well as multiple soft serve options and plenty of outdoor picnic table seating. The parking lot can get busy, but even on summer evenings the turnover makes it a viable option even when busy. read more

Delicious dairy and nondairy ice cream! As a vegan, choices are often limited-at Fifi's they have hard and soft serve options-so inclusive!! Great service and comfy seats by a row of bright marigolds-they exceeded my expectations! read more

Fifi's isn't just about fantastic ice cream- it's about community. Not only do they have more varieties of flavors & combinations than I have ever seen at an ice cream spot- their staff cares. They respect that people are going there even for the tiniest scoop of ice cream, a group of people or family who are spending time together, & just anyone who walks up to their window. I am a Fifi's regular & haven't had something I haven't liked yet- from ice cream to sherbet to milkshakes to sometimes having different types of dessert. Wide variety of toppings. Just overall- you can't really go wrong at Fifi's. read more

The baby size is perfect and only $3.50 for soft, with toppings being extra. Service was pretty fast and the seating area has cute picnic tables to enjoy ice cream. Will go back to try specialty sundaes! read more

Found this place after eating at the wedge. It is cute but man there is such a thing as too many options. Like 40 hard ice cream flavors, all sorts of sundaes, shakes, and other specialties. Still full from dinner I just decided to get a pint to bring home for my husband and I. Went with caramel praline turtle since it is my favorite but $10 for a pint of ice cream! And it was not packed tight at all like 2 scoops of hard ice cream. read more

Wow! I love Perry's Ice cream and Fifi's has the largest selection of flavors I've seen!! They also "load" their decorated waffle cones full of toppings. The nice young man who helped me was friendly and patient while I decided. Graham Canyon and Coffee and Donuts! I'll definitely be back! read more

Good place for Perry ice cream. They have indoor and outdoor tables. Parking lot is small so definitely a challenge coming here during summer. Staffs are friendly. They offer many Perry ice cream flavors which is the best, as well as other ice cream and drink. I got baby blueberry cheesecake and small cannoli and it was good. Price is same as other places read more

Fido's in Syracuse open late till 10 pm on Sunday. Seating is outdoors. Purchase counter is outside. Ramp or stair access. Had cute Halloween names for ice creams to order. A heavy hand with the candies not so much ice cream. Whipped cream and cherry on top. Many flavors. A place to go. read more

This was my first time going to Fifi's, and I wasn't disappointed; huge serving sizes and reasonable prices, there was only one person prepping orders (or so it seemed) so hopefully during busy times there's more, otherwise I could see long lines. There's plenty of seating but the seating area could use some TLC (empty flowerbeds and chipping paint etc) but the ice cream and açaí bowl were delicious, will definitely be back. read more

Fifi's Ice Cream & Sweets - Açaí bowl - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Syracuse, New York

Stopped in for a cold treat. My family each got something they loved, a hard ice cream flavor of their choice. I opted for their vanilla soft serve and it didn't have the creaminess of ice cream that I was expecting. So sadly, I just threw it out as it wasn't hitting the spot. I would give them another try! read more

I'm just gonna say it - FiFi's is our favorite. I think my girlfriend and I would agree that ice cream is one of the biggest and most crucial components to true happiness. The amount we spend each year getting ice cream would probably get us out of debt. But I don't think there's any regrets there. Anyway, I say all this to clarify that our opinion is not made lightly. There's only a hand full of places in the area we haven't been to, but as it currently stands we drive across town to come here, passing many other places on the way. Most ice cream places choose like 12-24 flavors from their provider (in this case, Perry's). After the base of obvious flavors, you'll usually get a few unique picks that might be different from the other places. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure FiFi's just checked every single box. Anything I've ever heard of, read about online, or seen at other places is on this board, plus so, so many more. It takes a few minutes just to read all the flavors. This is why I went with the seasonal specials so many times, it's just easier than picking one yourself. I feel silly for ever prioritizing a place for any particular flavor they've opted into, now that I know there's a place that simply just has them all at once. I've tried all their seasonal specials, and they're all amazing. The cookie monster flurry was absolutely packed full of cookies and dough. I usually have to emphasize like three times for that kind of thickness, but this is just what they're handing out. I added peanut butter to the banana cream pie milkshake. It kind of derailed what they were trying to do, but I recommend you try it anyway. Best milkshake ever. The breakfast sundae using bacon, maple syrup, and blueberry pancake ice cream was also incredible. The crunchy waffle cone bits stayed preserved in an ooze of syrup. If they suggest it on the board, try it. They know what they're doing. If we want a guaranteed good milkshake, we come here. We can't pass up on the extra thick option, and you have an entire board of Perry's flavors to work with as a base. Graham Canyon has been a personal favorite all around. I tried a Frappe once. I just wasn't feeling like ice cream for whatever reason and ordered a rainbow cake frappe. While it was delicious, and I would have raved over it in any other setting, it just felt like such a waste going to FiFi's for watered down dairy. I see they also have a full on selection for Acai bowls, but I suspect I'd feel the same way ordering them here. We're actively trying new places whenever we can. You can't win if you don't play. Honestly, it was that logic that brought us here in the first place. The way it just sort of sits here on James St, it really didn't look that impressive. Now we come here when we're not up for the risk of mediocre ice cream from some place else. Every time we've been here has been a great experience. It's that consistency that makes it worth the higher pricing, and sometimes the long lines. Last time we were here was a few weeks ago and they were starting to power down. Their Perry's list was only about half as wide. I'm assuming this is it for the season, but we'll be there first thing next spring. read more

FiFi, you are ice cream, you are tasty, And I'll never ever leave because you have 48 FLAVORS OF PERRY'S! FiFi's is winning for the most ice cream options I have seen in the 'Cuse. It's not just the flavors but the many shakes and sundae combinations too. I kind of wish I had gone on a busier day so I could have looked less awkward when I was trying to decide what I wanted. Fun facts for you: -There is a private lot in the back though it is shared with other businesses -The best bike parking is at Kinney Drugs. -There is a walk up window. -They have a number of picnic tables for outside seating, and a handful of tables inside. -Among the varieties they carry lactose free, sorbets, and nut free, so very dietary friendly. read more

I've cream nachos with Carmel, soft vanilla and Oreo crumble. I think there was only one person working at the time we went there and it took a bit longer because someone ordered a smoothie bowl before us. But the treat was really nice. This is such a cute and affordable ice cream shop. I was overwhelmed by the extensive flavor options, but decided to go with the ice cream sandwich- vanilla with sprinkles, can't go wrong with a classic. When I saw the chocolate saucer style cookie I expected it to be soft, but the cookie was very crunchy-- not at all bad, just unexpected. It was a mess to eat, but that's part of the fun. Service was fast and friendly. There's a large parking lot and a few picnic tables set up. May have to make a return trip or two this summer. read more

Wow. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life. I ordered two milkshakes with ice cream and hot fudge. I order these all the time. When my order came there was no fudge in it, the cup was only 2/3 full, and it was the consistency of a glass of milk. I asked the girl if she put the fudge in and she glared at me and said no. i told her the shake wasn't really like a milkshake and she yelled at me! She said you can't make a shake with hard ice cream, and acted like I was at fault. She asked me if I wanted her to put hot fudge in it, like it would kill her to make the effort, and I told her no. I asked for a refund and she threw a 10 dollar bill at me, even though I paid with a credit card. I won't be buying from them again, I can tell you. read more

Great soft serve ice cream with as many sprinkles as you'd like! The dipped ice cream was good although it's presentation was disappointing and it was not a hard shell - it was soft and melted so fast that I had to pretty much scarf it down!
