Food quality is good. Service is not so great. When you walk in the door you may or may not be greeted. If you are greeted and the phone rings, you will be ignored immediately while they finish the call before getting back to you. They always say "10 minutes" for a pick up and then it's not ready when you get there. While I was sitting and writing this review, a woman walked to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. She was dismissed and talked about when she walked off. The server said "the margaritas made her feisty". Service has gone downhill. Maybe it will get better. Don't go here, there are many more Mexican places to eat in town with better service. read more

Order entirely WRONG and 1/2 of it missing. I ordered a chicken chalupa but apparently this "Mexicana" restaurant did not get the memo letting them know what a chalupa is. I assume it may have been a tostada because I found a wet, soggy yellow corn tortilla under the chicken and lettuce. The other item I ordered was a chile relleno with the sauce on the side and double refried beans. Well, the chile relleno was in the bag, but that was it. No sauce on the side and no beans in this order. This was an online order placed through their website and it states, after placing the order, you will get a text letting you know when it will be ready. NEVER happened. Decided to call them after 40 min. and found out it had been ready for a good 20 min. or more. Now, you would think this would be adequate time for the restaurant to verify everything was included in the bag for this order, but NO. I guess they assume the tip you leave for a pick-up order is just a requirement for customers and nothing is expected from them to earn this tip. SAD. Nope, you just get attitude for that tip. It's all good for me though, because this TX girl knows enough never to return. Quality of the food? I'd prefer Taco Bell over this place. Per the cashier, they do not give any updates on the time the order will be ready for any pick-up order and apparently they do not call the customer and let them know their order has been sitting around waiting to be picked up for over 20 minutes. Overcharged us for a large cheese dip to go and only gave one bag of chips. Ten dollars even because it was to go? Keep it Carlos. I used to love your place. Maybe if you quit adding to that monstrous house, shut down a couple of locations, you could concentrate on making your restaurants good again. The food is consistently delish. They don't skimp on ingredients or flavor. Definitely our go-to. Those nachos supremos are the BEST!

I called my order in and went and picked it up. I got home and the order was wrong. I had to drive another 15 minutes back to get my cheese dip they didn't give me. When I returned home yet again my food was cold and soggy. I poured cheese dip over my taco salad to help the flavor and proceed to eat it and looked down and it had hair in the dip. All in all it was three trips to Fiesta in 7 points. I will never eat there again. When we took it back we were accused of lying about the hairy cheese dip and refused to give me all my money back. We used to frequent this restaurant weekly, but the quality of the food has declined so much that we have to go elsewhere. Since there are about 5,000 Fiesta restaurants, we have plenty of options. I just wish this one would get their act together since it is closest to my house. I decided to give them another chance last night with a take out order. I guess that's it--stale cold chips and an enchilada that was so salty that it was inedible. If you are craving Mexican go to the 7 points location or better yet, Rosie's. This was once our go to Mexican Restaurant. We will now drive past it to go to the Fiesta on Wood Ave. The service here is terrible. We seem to get stuck with the same waitress, regardless of where we sit. She will not write our order down and it is ALWAYS wrong. I am not talking about, pico missing wrong. At a table for 3, everyone's order is incorrect. When you tell her it is wrong, she blames the cook. We only go here if it is late and we want something quick. read more

The restaurant I've dealt with on several occasions. Today I had my last straw, had to write a review, the owner does not understand the difference between grilled and shredded chicken. When I specifically in a clear voice told the gentlemen that I ordered grilled chicken quesadilla, I even had told him before getting my food in hand, (Take Out Order) He still tried to give me shredded chicken (probably because it's cheap thigh chicken meat) Anyhow don't recommended the place, food is mediocre/poor Latino cuisine at best. read more

The food is good, but the portions are very skimpy sometimes, especially if you order to go. They give one small salsa and a less than half full bag of chips when you order two dinners, that's not even enough for my husband alone, much less the two of us. I have pointed this out to them on occasion, and they seem very annoyed when you mention it. They also charge you extra if they increase the salsa/chips from that small amount. read more

Service was lacking the last time we went. The waiter never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. The next time we decided to just get it to go. The price on the register was higher on every item than the menu and when we pointed it out they still charged us the higher price. Casa Mexicana on mall drive may be further from us but better service and they charge what is posted. read more
