One favorite supermarket for fresh produce and quite the selection of meats and poultry, including fish, shrimp and shellfish. They have a good selection of backed goods that will make it hard for you to choose one thing to take home. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful with price differences and try their best to get you scanned bagged and out the door as quick as possible. Was rushed out of the store while I was shopping for Instacart. I arrived at 10:38, was told I couldn't get a cart to shop because they were closing in 5 minutes and they locked them up. As I tried to fill up a hand basket with all of the items for my customer I was given a very bad attitude by whom I could only assume as the manager at 10:50 when I asked if I could leave my basket at the front to fill up another one I was told again "we close is 5 minutes" well it was 10 minutes but you know customer service. Anyway, I missed out on making money to feed my family because they wanted to close early. Rude people and worse customer service. What can you expect these days. Nobody wants to work hard for their money or be helpful to other humans. If this place were to be on fire the employees would probably stand by and film it for their tik tok. Also watched 5 more people walk in after me allowed to shop. It's probably cuz I'm white. read more

If you're starving, go to the Feaster Mart instead. The supermarket was okay but the selection of produce was not very good. Service was okay and they had a few of the things I needed but definitely not one of the better International Grocery Stores I've been to. read more

I attempted to post the below statement on September 26, 2023 regarding an adverse experience at Fiesta but it didn't post. However, considering a subsequent adverse event that transpired today (October 2, 2023), I am reposting and will be adding additional comment in this post or a subsequent post. (Original Post) FIVE STARS FOR THE STORE MANAGER, BUT ZERO STARS FOR THE SECURITY GUARD! I was getting my car fixed at the Firestone (across the street from Fiesta) and I brought my bike with me to ride to Planet Finess to workout. I stopped at Fiesta to get a Gatorade to drink with clear backpack where the inside contents are clearly visible. As I walked in, I contacted security and stated that I wanted to get a Gatorade and asked if I can take my bag with me or can I leave it up front by the cashier. The security guard (who was a female) said "No" you can't bring backpacks in here,....but here's the kicker! Another customer walked in with a backpack along with a baby, but the security guard didn't say anything to her. I questioned the security guard and asked why is she allowed to come in with a backpack and I'm not. The security guard responded by saying "I don't speak English"; however, she had just stated that I could not come in with a back pack in English. Afterwards, she stated (in English), that the lady had a baby so she can come in with a backpack. (Note: But wait, I thought that she couldnt speak Engish !) I asked for manager and the store manager came and greeted me with outsanding professionalism! I instantly felt like a star! This gentleman is real deal and employed common sense rather than potential discriminatory practices. We talked for roughly 30 minutes about a variety of things, but to make long story short, I was able to purchase my drink and move on. I've shopped at this location for a long time and it has come a long ways. The new store manager is the real deal and a great addition to the store and the wider community. As a community activist, public official, retired veteran, etc..., It is nice to know that this store has such outstanding leadership at the helm! I'm not sure how they're gonna resolve the issue with the security guard, but I trust that something will be done considering the promises made by the manager. Update: (Fast forward to today October 1, 2023). I was on my way to Planet Fitness to workout. I stopped by Fiesta to purchase an energy drink and a PowerAide. As I walked through the door I saw the same female security guard talking to another employee. I ignored her and went to find an energy drink and a Power Aide drink. After locating the Power Aide drink, (in the back of the store), I noticed the security guard near my vicinity (by the coinstar). I ignored her and got in line (which was long) to pay for my items. As I looked to my left I noticed the same lady that the security guard was talking to originallt constantly staring at me. I ignored it, but as looked to my left, the security guard had moved about 10 feet from me and was staring in my direction too. At first, I ignored it, but after a while I became annoyed and frowned my face at her and stated "why are staring at me". A few minutes later, the outstanding store manager opened up another register (#4), so I darted to that register. As soon as I went to register #4, the security guard repositioned herself from where she was to a position (where I assume) she could see me. As I paid for my stuff and walked out, the security guard was having a discussion with the same lady that she was talking to initially. Both were starring at me and talking, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcolmed. To document the incident, I pulled out my phone and took a picture of them as I walked out the door. Comments: I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but this is the second time within a week that I feel that I've been unjustly targetted and profiled. Authentic Mexican supermarket, but not so much so that gringos will feel out-of-place. Bonus points for cleanliness. Awesome produce department! Store undergoing a remodel, with their re-grand opening coming up in a week or two. I hope that the "Fiesta" atmosphere is a little more evident than it is currently. read more

You can't go wrong here at all. The produce section is amazingly fresh and in high quantity. The pricing is very, very reasonable. Far lower than many of the chain grocery stores such as Krogers, Albertson's, Publix, etc. Parking can get a little dicey at times. From where you enter off of the road, the parking lot is on a slight slope, so don't be surprised if you see some runaway shopping carts heading down the slope. I would more than likely park further out in the parking lot to avoid that. Not certain if there is a program that awards you for purchases over a long period of time (i.e, comparable to Albertson's) yet I wouldn't be surprised if they do. Overall, a pretty large grocery store with good food to choose from. read more

Yeah, 5-Stars. I drive a long ways to shop here. With the prices of meat during these COVID times I don't mind the lack of USDA meats. The meat here is good. The butchers are awesome. They are willing to make any cuts I need. So, the prices and the great staff are a good reason I come here every week. read more

I prefer this location to the one on Camp Bowie. They have a meat counter unlike the other one. They've got decent prices when it comes to their marinated meats. They also have a better and bigger selection overall compared to the one on Camp Bowie. Sometimes better prices on their produce as well. Its clean, well stocked and I like how they make their tortillas fresh there. On the weekends its bustling with a lot of people and they have a couple of stands inside and out selling Mexican refreshments and sandwiches. read more

Very good prices but be careful with buying meat. Cooked some meat bought at this place and my wife and I got food poisoning.
