The architecture and the decor is stunning and gives an elevated feeling. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends and catch up, read a book, or study. Theres a small selection of pastries and a vast selection of desserts. We didn't end up getting the desserts, but did get the blueberry cheese danish, and the chili cheese danish. Both were delicious, although I hadn't seen the chili cheese one anywhere else, making it unique. For my coffee I got the honeycomb hive with vanilla foam...and I liked it so much I got it twice. It was absolutely delicious and something I would totally go out of my way for. The honey isn't too overpowering and is balanced amazingly with the vanilla. The only thing to note is that if you are in a rush, then maybe order online or go somewhere else. Despite it not being super crowded, it did take some time for our drinks to come out. Overall I'd recommend! And don't miss the honeycomb hive!

This was my second visit, and once again, everyone was incredibly patient and nice. The atmosphere is bright yet cozy, they have plenty of books and a lot of room to catch up with friends or settle in for some work. This time around, we tried the Coco Cloud Matcha. If you enjoy fun and funky beverages, this is a must; it's a blend of coconut water and matcha that somehow tastes sweet and milky while remaining both rich and refreshing. I'm not sure how they pull it off, but I'm obsessed! If you prefer a more traditional option, the Strawberry Matcha is a decadent choice, I love that you can actually taste the fresh strawberry compote. We also had the Tres Leches Coffee, which featured a perfect balance of creaminess and bold espresso notes. We ordered it hot this time, and while I personally find it ideal iced, it's wonderful that it works so well both ways. For treats, we chose the Dulce de Leche cake. While the sponge wasn't quite as moist as I expected, the overall flavor was superb, especially with the addition of the meringue. To balance the sweetness with something salty, we added a savory spinach and feta pastry. Definitely ask for it to be heated for the best experience! Not pictured, but equally noteworthy, were the empanadas. They offer both beef and chicken, served with a delicious green cilantro sauce. Whether you need a quick caffeine stop or a productive place to get some work done, Jackie's Sweets is the place to be!

We tried both the original and the pineapple versions, and they were incredibly well done--perfectly moist, flavorful, and balanced without being overly sweet. The hospitality of the owner made the experience even better. The environment was warm, welcoming, and really pleasant. I went with a friend, and we ended up staying a bit longer because it's just a great space to relax. We also had coffee, and I highly recommend the mocha latte--smooth, rich, and the perfect complement to the cake. There are so many tempting choices, and overall it's just a great place to visit. Especially during the winter months, this is a cozy spot to hang out, enjoy great desserts, and feel welcomed. Highly recommend Jackie's Sweets.

After having my first peanut butter latte in Tucson that blew me away I was super excited to see a PB Banana latte here at Chapter 2. Unfortunately, the peanut butter was subtle and I think they forgot the ripe banana because I couldn't detect any. The espresso came through nicely though. We also got their almond crossiant. The cashier asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said yes. We waited and waited and by the time we were halfway done sipping our coffee, I had to go up to ask about it. The young girl actually gave me a straight face and acted like they didn't forget and when they served it to us it was not heated up. At that point I'm like why bother asking again. All-in-all it was okay. They do have a very exciting menu with interesting flavor combo lattes. Maybe I ordered the wrong drink? Probably won't return since I was not wowed on this first visit. Onto Chapter 3 of my coffee adventures...
