    Stirling Road Classic Waffle

We were recommended this place and I had it bookmarked for a while. I finally got the opportunity to visit recently. Upon arriving, there was one table with customers and we were finally seated. The interior was sort of dark but a nice jazz/ blues setting. The musicians are performing on the weekends. We ordered the sterling classic and the king George waffles n chicken. The waffle was thick batter and the chicken was seasoned good. It was crispy and flavorful. I actually liked the boneless tender better than the leg n thigh that was served. We ordered the orange juice but it was that Minute Maid stuff and not freshly squeezed that I thought it would be. They don't honor the yelp check-in offer as the guy told me that it needs to be removed. Overall good, I do have other items in mind to try next next time.

Breakfast Date on a Saturday morning because my fiancé and I don't get out much, this will be our new go to.. service was top notch , food was great, ambience, company.. nothing negative say. We were greeted and attended the entire time, even small attention to detail. Thank you for a awesome experience can't wait to return.

I finally returned here after my first visit several years ago. The menu appeared to be a little bigger than I remembered, and the prices remained fairly low given the current landscape. This time I ordered the spicy Bayou shrimp and grits. I tried this my last visit, and it was still very good, but not as great as I wrote in my previous review. There were 5 shrimp present, and it came with 2 eggs as well as a biscuit. I opted for over easy eggs. The sauce had a slight kick, but nothing too spicy. The grits were creamy and perfectly cooked. I also tried the mountain boulevard classic which came with a sweet potato waffle and three crispy chicken wings. The waffle was solid as the sweet potato was easily noticeable. The chicken was the highlight here as it was extremely crispy with tons of flavor. It was perfectly fried.

First thing First, the food here was great! Chicken and shrimp fried to perfection. The sweet potato waffle was okay, personally I like my waffles a little softer with a bit of crunch around the edges but that's just me. The biscuit was out of this world, mine was warm and literally melted in my mouth. If you eat it with the scrambled eggs, it taste like heaven on earth. Noooowww the bad unfortunately, the service here is not that great. The greeter can use some customer service lessons with greeting and talking to people. They can definitely use more help and they need more help. There was one waiter for at least 6 tables and even though he tried he could not give everyone his undivided attention. The lighting is a bit much but again that's personal. FYI- there is nothing wrong with my camera the sitting area of the restaurant is the color in these pictures ‍. Not sure if I would revisit this establishment but definitely don't mind ordering for pickup.

Wonderful comfort food, good service, and owned by good people! We needed a breakfast spot for our family of 8 to kickoff the holiday weekend and 4 Brothers was recommended by friend. This place did not disappoint! We had fish and grits, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, eggs and biscuit and everyone left full and satisfied. One of the owners, Jason, was friendly and engaging. It's a family-owned business and they take pride in their food, service and hospitality. We will definitely be back!

The food was the best part of the experience. It was finger licking good lol. I felt the need to not provide 5 stars because of the very long wait time starting with seating, ordering and receiving the food. It took 45 minutes after ordering to get our food. It was about 15-20 minutes of wait time to order after sitting. I would recommend a hiring a host. It appeared the only workers were the 4 brothers like the name. I would also recommend better outdoor signage. It took entirely too long to find this restaurant. There was an Uber eats driver looking for it as well.

My husband and I really love soul food so we were super excited to try out this breakfast spot for a birthday treat. Here's what we thought... : ok, lets's start with the GOOD. - I ordered the spicy bayou shrimp & grits and it definitely had that punch of flavor that I love. You could taste the spices without it overwhelming your palate. - I minimize gluten in my diet so I didn't eat the biscuit but my husband says it was delicious. - Shrimp arrived hot (biscuits room temp) - Was not that long of a wait (but we also were the only people there ). & the NOT SO GOOD. - ambience was heavily lacking. as you walk in the door to your left you see a very messy office desk area. - the water glasses were spotty and edge had a chip. - the water pitcher had unidentified specks floating in it . - the service was lacking (but we expected this from other reviewers) - Room was very dark with blue lighting, not really a bad thing, but if you look carefully around, the dark hides a multitude of sins in regards to the cleanliness department. all in all.... the flavors were there! But it was so hard to eat with peace of mind when you see the serious lack of care they put into the simple things. I mean, mystery water? It makes me wonder if this is what I can see, what can't I see in the back? I'm all for a hole in a wall , but this wasn't that. It's a place that gives vibes of wanting to be a nice restaurant but seems to have given up along the way. : This place has so much potential to be great. APPEARANCE: When we walked in, it didn't look like a restaurant at all, more like a disheveled office. We were the only customers at the time. In the dine-in area we were seated next to window but the blue light in the room was a little disturbing, but I guess that's their vibe. I could overlook the appearance if the food was great but it left us a little disappointed. THE FOOD: We ordered the shrimp and grits, and while the shrimp was cooked, perfectly. The grits were a little cold. The biscuit was a little hard. The 2 eggs were undercooked. All of this led me to believe that only the shrimp and eggs were cooked that day. (My mind can only think, we were the first ones here, and this is the first day they opened that week since Sunday, was this biscuit and grits sitting there since Sunday? That messed up my mind a little.) SERVICE: The staff was friendly, but scarce. We did have to flag him down once or twice for service, but he was a nice guy. Again, I think this place has great potential

I have been meaning to get to this restaurant for a while and finally got the opportunity. I ordered my meal of chicken and waffles online for about $17. When I arrived at first I couldn't find exactly where the place was because I didn't see a sign. I parked and walked in the plaza and I found it. I walked up and they had the entrance blocked by a fan because they weren't having people come in. The man told me he would be right with me. He asked if I was picking up and I told him my name. He gave me my food and that was that. When I finay ate the food, I wasn't too fond of the meal. It was just ok, not bad not great, but ok. I would have to try something else next time.

Plugged in today at Four Brother's Breakfast in Warren, NJ. This was my 2nd time eating here and it definitely didn't disappoint. For a Saturday at 12:30 in the afternoon there was a nice flow of patrons. A really nice relaxing vibe to be honest. Don't let the restaurants location fool you. It is in the cut amongst other businesses and food spots, ample parking and accessible to the major highways. A nice day trip for sure!! Coffee served with real creme Shrimp and Grits the best I've ever had Whiting was fried perfectly Eggs were scrambled just right Service, Coffee, Food and even the water was good Even considering a private event here 5 plugs hands down...can't wait to return @moknowsinfo #seeshopnshare  #shoptillyoudrop #giftcards #treats #moknowsinfo #intheknowwithmo #informationstation #smallbusinessplug #bricknmorterthriveon #onlinesmallbizworks #directsalesareawesometoo #newcontent # supportnshare #njsoulfood #shrimpngrits #chickennwaffles #outstandingservice #greatfood #goodvibes #likesharefollow #crossreviewedonyelp

This band performed hits from the 80s, 90s, 2000s, and now. If I was to summarize this type of playlist the band was performing, I would say "Hot Adult Contemporary". As soon as the attendees rolled into the event tent, the band started rocking away. They played a mixture of rock and pop hits throughout the entire event duration. That gave everyone the chance to view, listen, and even sing a long to their performances. What a way to bring great people together, Ed Z! The band was rocking so loud that we could even hear them outside when my friends and I went to the pumpkin patch and house to snap some photos. The original plan was for them to perform outside. But because of the rain, they had to perform inside. This weather-related change didn't hurt their spirit at all. In fact, they performed without even caring about the rain. This band no doubt has an edge over some of the other bands whom I encountered on my previous 25th cruise, which is based on their performance qualities and professionalism. Based on how they performed, it was quite easy for me to see and hear why they are always booked and only have a very limited amount of time for public events. For this case, the General Yelp Event was a private one. Overall, this is an excellent cover band, and probably the best one that I have ever heard. If you can catch them at a public event, then I recommend doing so. I also recommend booking them if you can.

We hired this company for our wedding based on their advertised flexibility with music choices…read more Their song list and initial emails claimed, 'If there is music that you'd like, but isn't on the list, let us know!' We expected to pay a fee for them to learn some of our songs but the pricing was unclear on the contract. However, our experience was disappointing. After booking a duet and submitting our song list a few weeks later, we were informed that three of our favorite songs couldn't be performed at all, and six others required an additional fee. They suggested upgrading to a trio (with an additional fee) to accommodate these songs, citing the availability of sheet music only for piano and not for violin. Feeling upset, I contacted several other violin companies in the area, all of which confirmed they could perform the songs we wanted using piano sheet music. These songs were also widely performed by other violinists at weddings, as seen on social media. Every song we selected we found on tik tok or YouTube performed by a violin. Ultimately, we chose to forfeit our deposit and go with a different company that offered more flexibility. Other companies we contacted charged $25-50 to learn new songs and provided guidance on the music's role in the ceremony. Unlike Louis Pettinelli, they assured us they wouldn't charge for songs they might reuse in the future. We value the hard work of musicians and understand charging a fee for learning new songs. However this fee should be clear on the contract, the client should not be charged for songs that may be reused, and a talented musician should be able to use sheet music from piano and make it their own. We were told they could not play at all "Aint no Mountain High Enough" and quickly found free sheet music online for this song. Many of the other songs they charged large fees for were located free online with a quick Google search. If you consider this company, I recommend finalizing your song list before booking and ensuring they are truly willing to accommodate your music preferences without hefty additional fees. Louis's defensive responses to negative reviews, blaming the client instead of taking constructive criticism, also raised concerns for us.
