The only 2 drawbacks. for me was ... instead of pork belly, they use chicken, i think white meat cause the meat is very dry. The second is they don't offer a lot of fresh herbs with this dish. Just some cilantro and one small branch of Thai basil Next time i order this i will definitely ask for pork belly instead of chicken in my banh xeo. Definitely recommend you trying this restaurant. Pork ribs retained a lot of their taste even after being in the soup, but that's because the soup itself was really salty. My friend's soup for his order wasn't too spicy, and was about as salty as my order. We both agreed that we've had much better noodle soups in similar locations elsewhere, be it somewhere else in Bellevue or around the Bay Area.
