    We had a great experience. Jeremy was the Da Bella rep who worked with us. He is very…read moreknowledgeable, professional, and a great personality. If he didn't have a ready answer for a question, he'd make a quick phone call and get one. We had an unusual tub size to replace, so the project had an extended completion time. Jeremy communicated with us throughout the project and we never had any issues. When the tub arrived, we scheduled the install and the crew went to work. It did take three days to complete the project, but the time involved made perfect sense given the level of detail and precision given to the install. As a craftsman myself, I could understand and appreciate all the phases of the work. It was very obvious that Daniel and Albert have worked together for a very long time. There was no idle time, and I don't think they ever took a break. I can only say it was a very smooth operation. The term "well-oiled machine" applies here. These guys were also very professional and polite to a fault. The end result is magnificent. Our new tub/shower turned out to be more beautiful than we expected.

We met with a DaBella salesperson in September about replacing our roof. One of our main concerns was finding a company that could handle removing and reinstalling our solar panels, since other roofing companies required us to coordinate that separately at additional cost. Initially, DaBella said they couldn't handle the solar either, but after multiple visits and a lot of persistence, the salesperson offered a deal that included a discount, financing terms, and covering the solar removal and reinstallation. Based on that, we signed a contract. After that, communication became a major issue. Weeks turned into months with no installation date. Every time we called, we were told they were "looking into it" or waiting on permits. Eventually, we contacted the city ourselves and learned no permit had even been submitted--despite being told otherwise. Things only started moving after we pushed hard. Even then, there were more problems. We were suddenly told we'd need to handle the solar removal ourselves, which directly contradicted our agreement. After escalating the issue, a manager stepped in, apologized, and reassured us they would honor the original terms. The solar removal was eventually scheduled, but the first appointment was a no-show, causing my husband to miss work. The second attempt was successful. The roofing crew, however, was the one bright spot--they were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. We are very happy with the roof itself. After completion, we were asked to sign off before receiving final paperwork, which we declined. We were then promised reimbursement for two days of lost wages due to scheduling errors. We are still waiting to see if that promise is fulfilled. Overall, while the final product was good, the experience was frustrating and disorganized, with poor communication and multiple broken promises along the way. I'm not sure how this company has received a 4.8 stars. Maybe they were having a bad year, I'm not sure. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and proceeding with caution if you decide to choose them.
