Since we were in town 1 day, we requested to see it, per our buying need. My messages went ignored for days. I submitted another message only to get an angry David Endicott calling me to acknowledge he was ignoring me. He further expressed he would not help because "he doesn't work for free." He then began attacking me with "Do you work for free? ". Of course, I do much in life for free, helping humans. I work in affordable housing. Unlike Mr. Endicott, I believe in progress of humans, not just a paycheck. Some things cannot be taught. I then called Drew Wahlund who is the listing agent. His line was busy. In the 11th hour, a new program came out which could save us some of the closing costs. Even though the program was available when we started escrow, Tyler fought to get it retroactively applied before close--and he did so still managing to close several days EARLY. Our realtor said he's one of the best she's ever worked with on a sale. I couldn't recommend Tyler more.

I have worked with Skip Murphy on a purchase and a sale during the last few years have been…read moreconsistently impressed by his honesty and integrity, his knowledge and skill as a real estate broker, his professionalism, and his ability to work with people and make things happen. The following thoughts about a recent listing and sale should help understand why I think so highly of Skip. I found him to be exceptionally skillful and professional throughout a long, drawn-out (multi-month) negotiation that could have and probably would have failed if he hadn't been involved. There were many instances where the buyers were making unreasonable demands and we were prepared to end the negotiations. Fortunately, Skip convinced us that it would be better to counter their demands and stand our ground; a strategy that eventually paid-off in a sale. I also appreciated the advice he gave me on dealing with significant repairs. Of particular note, his proposal that we ask the buyers to adjust their offer price to offset the total cost of a repair saved us thousands of dollars and allowed the buyers to integrate the cost to them into their loan. I'm also certain he made the overall process much less stressful for us by setting clear guidelines about how we communicated with him and by maintaining a calming and positive demeanor throughout the process. I have also worked with Skip when looking for and buying a property and had an equally outstanding experience. I found Skip to be incredibly patient as we searched long and hard for a property that met some very specific criteria. During our search he provided excellent insights on many properties including their features and potential advantages and problems. He also helped us assess their value. Most important to me, he never tried to push or direct us toward a property. He simply pointed out properties that he thought might be of interest and discussed them with us in a very unbiased way, allowing us to make our own judgements based on what we valued. Because of these experiences, I have been telling everyone I can how lucky we were to have Skip as our realtor and what a great job you he does. He is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.

I will never sell or buy a home that is listed by EXP Realty. I've been interested in a couple of…read morehomes and the listing agents from EXP always seem lethargic about selling the home. In one case, I viewed a home and asked the listing agent to see it. We went to see it and I was interested in making an offer. I never heard back from the agent. In fact I saw a few houses listed by the same agent that fit what I was looking for and was surprised that they never let me now about the homes. They never asked if I had a pre-approval or if I was serious in purchasing. I make a lot of money and have outstanding credit so I was serious about the purchase, Most recently, I put in an offer on a home that was listed by Dustin McCracken, EXP Realty. We left messages but never heard back from him until 6 days later. At that point, they sent us a multiple counter offer and told us how much the seller wanted. There was only one other buyer. Dustin told us that the seller just wanted $600k for the home even though it was listed for 629k. We were surprised that he didnt ask for us to put in our best offer and instead gave us a cap below the sellers asking price. We had 3 days to respond. We immediately told them that we would be willing to pay 5k over any other bid. He said that he wasnt intetested in doing that. We replied less than 12 hours after receiving the multiple counter offer accepting their offer at 600k and sweetened the package a bit. At this pointbit was 2 days before the offer deadline but wanted to get our bid in as soon as we could. Unfortunately, it turns out that the seller accepted an offer from the other bidder just 20 minutes before they received ours. Apparently, Dustin did not tell the seller that they could have made an additional $5,000. This is bad business. Dustin proved that he did not care about his client or he would have given them the opportunity to make extra cash. He also didnt care to stand by the deadline in the offer. If it was first come, first serve, he should have said so in the offer. That is dishonest business. Ive been dealing in Real Estate for 35 years. I have never seen such unprofessional.and disrespectful behavior. Do not buy or sell from this real estate group, especially Dustin McCracken.
