However, the move we made was necessary and Nate made it go so smoothly, was so knowledgeable of the area we ended up purchasing as well as knowing the value of our home in Oak Run. I found many real estate agents won't even deal with Oak Run. Nate was excited along with me and was so informative! Gave me many things to think about that I didn't think about. I'd love to use him again, but we are so very happy where we are and thanks to Nate, we made the right decisions!! Many thanks Nate. We're too old to move again so all we can hope for is telling others how much you mean to us in finding our perfect home.

The following thoughts about a recent listing and sale should help understand why I think so highly of Skip. I found him to be exceptionally skillful and professional throughout a long, drawn-out (multi-month) negotiation that could have and probably would have failed if he hadn't been involved. There were many instances where the buyers were making unreasonable demands and we were prepared to end the negotiations. Fortunately, Skip convinced us that it would be better to counter their demands and stand our ground; a strategy that eventually paid-off in a sale. I also appreciated the advice he gave me on dealing with significant repairs. Of particular note, his proposal that we ask the buyers to adjust their offer price to offset the total cost of a repair saved us thousands of dollars and allowed the buyers to integrate the cost to them into their loan. I'm also certain he made the overall process much less stressful for us by setting clear guidelines about how we communicated with him and by maintaining a calming and positive demeanor throughout the process. I have also worked with Skip when looking for and buying a property and had an equally outstanding experience. I found Skip to be incredibly patient as we searched long and hard for a property that met some very specific criteria. During our search he provided excellent insights on many properties including their features and potential advantages and problems. He also helped us assess their value. Most important to me, he never tried to push or direct us toward a property. He simply pointed out properties that he thought might be of interest and discussed them with us in a very unbiased way, allowing us to make our own judgements based on what we valued. Because of these experiences, I have been telling everyone I can how lucky we were to have Skip as our realtor and what a great job you he does. He is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with.

First, let me say that Josh is truly a market expert bringing insight about the general market conditions, the specifics of your neighborhood real estate activity, and how best to price your home considering your time line to sale. Once you have a price and marketing strategy, which considers your goals and objectives, his fabulous team engages. Your first encounter when either calling or visiting the office is with Kaitlyn. She is very welcoming and makes you feel like you are their most important client. She connects you with the appropriate person in the office aligning with your respective point in the selling price. McKenna manages the listing process. She helps you get the details of your property properly displayed in the marketing materials. As the home is marketed, she keeps you abreast of the number of showings and the general feedback on the home's condition, appealing attributes, and the feedback on pricing. Then, when you receive an offer or prepare a contract for sale, she is assisting in accurately completing the many forms and ensuring accuracy in how they are completed. Once the home is in contract, McKenna hands it off to Jenn. Jenn manages the closing process. Now you are in contract so the next steps include inspections, appraisals, more forms to manage, and tracking of any mortgage approval. Jenn will keep you abreast of the schedules for all of these things plus provide regular reports as to the outcomes of these items. In parallel, Jenn is working with the Title Company to ensure that all of the items needed for closing are moving as planned. Once the home closes, you will get a call from both the title company and Jenn to reassure you that the transaction is complete. You will also get a friendly reminder about switching utilities are other things that you might overlook. At various times during the selling process, Josh will check in with you just to make sure that things are moving along to your expectations and that you fully understand where you are in the process. It is all very reassuring. If things arise that are out of the ordinary the team can always call on Josh to help move things forward. Overall, you are in good hands with Josh and his team.
