We had an absolute incredible positive experience with Stacey Baxter and her whole group. From start to finish, everything felt streamlined, polished, and easily executed. Our home was sold within three days of hitting the market and closed within 27 days. Stacey Baxter and the entire team was easily reachable and answered all questions. If you are looking for a realtor and want the highest level of professionalism, communication, staging and ease with the process, I highly recommend Stacey Baxter. She kept us updated every step of the way! Thank you, Mary Ann read more

Stacy is the best real estate agent we could have asked for! Incredibly prompt with her responses to us and to the sellers! She helped us get into our beautiful new home in Redding and we could not have asked for a better experience! We always felt valued and important to her as a client! And we are grateful to now call her a friend! read more

We had our home listed with another agent with no success and then we hired Stacy to sell it. She staged it so nicely , helped us spruce up the landscaping and took beautiful photos and video to market it. Stacy sold our house quickly and negotiated good terms for us. Glad we hired her and her team! read more

Stacy and her crew were AWESOME! The day after she posted our house for sale in Trinity county (with great pictures, I may add), we had a buyer, and for MORE than we were asking! All our papers were done electronically (Docusign) and went very smoothly. I definitely would recommend her with 5 stars! You will not be disappointed! Bill R. read more

Stacy and her staff were professional, and very proficient at getting us the best deal possible when we recently sold to buy. She handled both and made what is often one of the most stressful times in a person's life bearable and landed that plane in the midst of what felt like a typhoon. She expertly staged our home and communicated effectively what needed to be done from first showing to close. All of this and she brought an intentional, thoughtful energy to our experience. read more

I've been on the sidelines watching my best friend navigate the sale of her home with Stacy. Through each challenge and complication, Stacy has seamlessly guided things into place and been extremely strategic about the counters and marketing of the house. And she executed the plan and the staging so quickly - it was amazing to watch. It's been intriguing to follow the process because I thought a home sale would be a fairly straightforward affair but it's always a lot more complicated than you can imagine. But as I follow along through the process I love how supportive and charming Stacy is, sending in updates, photos, texts and keeping my bestie apprised of each update; she's incredibly communicative. Today Stacy won our hearts - she caught a bird that flew into the open house with her bare hands and guided it out safely all while hosting several potential buyers at the same time. This woman is grace under pressure but you'd never know it because she's smiling and laughing the whole time. She staged the house as well - made it look great! She knows what she is doing - best realtor I've ever been able to watch from the sidelines. She knows how to get it done! Such a pro. read more

If you are serious about selling your house, hire Stacy and her team. Stacy was "on it" starting from our first meeting until our FAST close of escrow. She was thorough, understanding of our needs, and she got us more money than we thought we could get. She answered every call. She always made herself available when we needed her. It was nice doing business with her because she is so passionate, diligent about her work and our satisfaction was "job one" with Stacy. We will hire Stacy again, if we buy or sell another property. We would recommend her to you, as well. read more

Stacy Baxter and her colleague Lis Peery are top notch realtors. They have both really gone above and beyond for us - willing to move quickly in a fast-paced market and answer our countless questions. They have been extremely patient with us over the years as we've tried to decide what to do with our home and are encouraging but without pressuring. They have great taste if you need a home staged or flipped. They should also teach a master class in gratitude; they are always over the top in their generosity and kindness both to us as well as area nonprofits and causes (I love Stacey's feature of pets looking for homes at Haven Humane). We trust them and know they are just good people. If you are looking for a realtor, these are your folk. read more

Wow!!! Stacy and her team's communication and professionalism were absolutely flawless. Our property CLOSED within 30 days of listing. I trusted Magnolia Homes and their process and was rewarded with a fantastic experience. The staging was excellent and well worth the investment. She listened well and provided great guidance. Her team also worked well with the other parties involved. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! read more

I wish it would've allowed me to give zero stars but it's not an option. We were so excited to buy our first home unfortunately due to using this Relator, the entire process was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. We felt talked down to constantly and made to feel lower and less than. She talked to us at all times like she was better than us. We were belittled and degraded. we actually caught her in several flat out lies that she was telling us. She was very arrogant and obnoxious and I was in hysterical tears several times after speaking on the phone with her. We would not recommend Stacy Baxter due to the fact that it's all about the money to her. And what financial class your in or that your able to live up to. A once in a lifetime experience that should've been a very enjoyable one filled with excitement, was absolutely awful and it still makes me sad thinking about it almost a month after escrow closed. I was told by others that we are not the first clients to feel this way after using Stacey Baxter. I wish more people would follow through and do reviews such as these. So that it can help others in the future to get a better Realtor and to hopefully have a better and much more positive experience. read more

I first learned of Stacy when she sold a house on our street. The house had been on the market for 9 months without any action. Stacy took over and had the house sold within 2 weeks for full asking price!! We were amazed and wrote down her name. When we went to sell our rental Stacy staged the house beautifully. Within 2 weeks we had 4 offers and the home was in escrow with the offer above the asking price! Stacy is intelligent, passionate, a hard worker and fun to work with. She is a great communicator. We could not have asked for an easier selling experience. Thank you so much Stacy! read more

I had never owned a house in my 68 years, but my wife insisted we needed to buy one as security for our 10 year old daughter. So I called Stacy because I knew her from Oak Run School and her amazing energy and enthusiasm as a volunteer there. Guiding us through the process step by step, she connected us with a lender and once we were pre-approved for a loan amount, she started showing us houses. And suddenly, we were home owners. She made it seem easy and definitely fun. If you are in the market for a buying a home, I definitely recommend Stacy and her team at Magnolia Homes. And if we ever decide to sell ours, Stacy will be the realtor we call. Thank you Stacy! And special thanks to your assistant Jen for helping me get my new deck boards delivered. What a great team. P.S. I still wish there was someone else I could call to fix stuff... read more

I wish I could give 10 stars. To see even the 1 bad review on here hurts my heart. Stacy and Lis were so amazing to us as a large family looking for a home that would fit our needs. They searched and searched with us for months trying to find the perfect home. Lost a few we were really excited about and they really helped ease our frustrations and reminding us that it only meant the perfect place was still out there somewhere. As first time home buyers, I could not have asked for better representation. Even now a year after buying, they continually check in, bring gifts, and answer our calls with grace and patience. read more

Terrible communicator, super busy (in a bad way) & has gotten house information wrong. I would definitely not recommend.

Thank you Stacy and your amazing team for bringing us multiple offers on the weekend our home was listed. Stacy is the BEST Realtor in Redding! She has represented me on both buying and selling my home, so I have seen her work both sides of the process. She is proactive and extremely hard working. She brings a high level of professionalism, yet makes you feel like family. When I went to sell my home we had several challenges that arose. Stacy helped to calm our nerves and was upfront about what was a big deal and what was a simple fix. She demonstrated her vast network and decades of experiences and relationships she has formed in the community by having a go to contact for every step of the way. Stacy helped us creatively problem solve each issue and always went above and beyond to deliver. With each problem that arose Stacy masterfully negotiated a win win scenario for both parties involved in the transaction. I admire and appreciate this about Stacy because not only did she demonstrate integrity and loyalty to her client but also respect for upholding her profession. If you are looking to buy or sell your primary home or find an investment property in Redding, Stacy will help you navigate the process with ease. read more

Stacy is the BEST realtor I know! I have had the pleasure of purchasing a home from her and I must say...she is the most hard working person that I know that bends over backwards for you and gets you what you want and is VERY responsive to your inquiries and she does an excellent job!!! I cannot say enough about this person! She is thorough and HANDS DOWN I would recommend her to anyone selling their home because her turn around that I have seen has been within a month! Most impressive! And being a purchaser, she made the impossible be possible for me. She never gave up hope when I did! This person KNOWS HER STUFF! She knows her possibilities to help others and she makes things happen! She is very honest, trustworthy and I have a high respect for her. Stacy is your person for buying or selling!!! It made me sad to read the review by Jade J.  Our experience with Stacy Baxter and her assistant, Savannah, was the polar opposite.  If any part of a service can be called "the extra mile," Stacy & Savannah went there, and more.  We were in a bad situation, living in a home that had quickly deteriorated to the point of being unsafe.  She helped us begin a short sale process.   As the house was clearly beyond normal marketing potential and in need of repairs amounting to half its value, we were underwater for the entire mortgage balance.  Central Loan Administration, representing the financial corporation, proved resistant to the point of obstructive.  Stacy saw us through ten grueling months - finding additional offers, submitting and resubmitting paperwork, and treating us with concern and respect throughout.  We are now out from under that horrid property, and we have Stacy, Savannah, and Venture Properties to thank. read more

Stacy was great through our whole process of buying our new home. From meeting her, all the way to closing and getting handed our keys to our new house two and a half months later, Stacy was there helping. We are so happy that we chose Stacy Baxter as our realtor and we have and will continue to recommend her to anyone and everyone that has a need for her service. An absolute wonderful experience the entire time. read more

Stacy has worked on multiple deals for me and I can say she is one of the hardest working agents for her clients. She goes above and beyond time and time again. I don't know how she does it all but anyone working with her would be truly lucky. read more

We just sold our home with Stacy and she was amazing! She worked so hard for us, and we ended up selling our house at above our original listing price. She did beautiful staging, and our listing pictures were incredible, with drone shots of the entire property. We were out of state throughout much of the process and she made selling our house really smooth and easy. She is super professional, really dedicated and passionate about real estate. She also had some really clever ideas about how to help sell old homes, allowing prospective buyers to really get the full picture when it comes to the house. All-in-all, we were very pleased, and are so glad we made the decision to work with Stacy. read more
