From the initial sit-down discussions, to the close of escrow, this team and company did a superb job for us. Telephone calls, test messages and all questions were answered and returned in a timely manner. This team is very low pressure but highly enthusiastic, wanting to do the best for their clients. A positive shout out goes to their behind assistance team in the office, especially to Kyla Roberts, who we never actually met but felt as if she were and did handle a lot of the major paperwork associated with a real estate transaction. We would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.

My home purchase was... let's just say... not your standard, smooth-sailing transaction. Think: family drama, funding mayhem, title company miscommunications, and a few "are we seriously still doing this?" moments. I was this close to throwing in the towel more than once. But Mandy and Jennifer? They never gave up. They fought hard, found a path forward when I couldn't see one, and kept strategizing until the deal was done. And you better believe they had a Plan A, B, C... and D ready to go. What makes them even more amazing is that they're not just insanely good at what they do--they're masters at preparing you for the process, communicating every step of the way, and somehow making you feel like you're texting with friends instead of trudging through a loan process. I'm honestly going to miss our silly chats and messages! Because of them, I'm holding the keys to my new home. Ben is a great Realtor who helped me buy my first house in Redding. He was very patient and understanding of my needs to find me the perfect house. Since I was a first-time homebuyer from out-of-town, he and his team were wonderful communicators all throughout the process and provided video walkthroughs of many homes over the course of a few months to help me find my dream home. Although it was a hot market (early/mid-2022), he guided me through the process and provided recommendations to help me ultimately buy an even better home than I anticipated at a very fair price (below asking!) Since then, Ben has been a great friend and resource in recommending people such as handymen, landscapers, and cleaners. I truly appreciate that he regularly calls every few months and asks if I need any help with anything, which goes to show how much he cares about his clients long beyond the sale.
