Terence Davis is the WORST real estate agent/broker I have ever come into contact with. He will NOT…read moreshow you a house twice, he will NOT answer your phone calls, he RARELY responds to text messages, if at all, and does NOT respond to emails in a timely manner. When you DO finally get him to take a call and make an offer on a house and he says he'll take the offer to his clients, he will AVOID you for over a week and sell the house to someone else without telling you. He is unprofessional, uncommunicative, he alienates people and refuses to sell homes to families (even when they make a cash offer) as he almost exclusively works with developers. If you need to sell a house, he does NOT have your best interest in mind and if he's selling a house, run for the hills... you will be shattered by the time he's sold your dream house to someone else while ghosting you throughout the process.

Since we were in town 1 day, we requested to see it, per our buying need. My messages went ignored for days. I submitted another message only to get an angry David Endicott calling me to acknowledge he was ignoring me. He further expressed he would not help because "he doesn't work for free." He then began attacking me with "Do you work for free? ". Of course, I do much in life for free, helping humans. I work in affordable housing. Unlike Mr. Endicott, I believe in progress of humans, not just a paycheck. Some things cannot be taught. I then called Drew Wahlund who is the listing agent. His line was busy. He hasn't called back yet. We wanted to see the home on North Street.

Our 87 year old step-mom was moving to assisted living and wanted us to sell her house. We live 575 miles away so we had to do this long-distance. Carol was a godsend. She is extremely thorough, detail-oriented, thoughtful, extremely kind and honest, knowledgeable, and helped us with every obstacle that came up. She sold the house for us the first day it was on the market and worked tirelessly so it would close in 10 days. Even though I know she was busy, she made us feel as if we were her only clients, giving generously of her time and showing up to patiently help my step-mom as she signed all the escrow papers.
