Their properties sit on the market for an average of several months, so if you hate money, rent your property through APM. Maisey was terrible to work with and genuinely, when working with places to live (you know, pretty big deal) maybe try working with a tad more sensitivity. I would use more choice words, but I don't want to give them an excuse to take my review down. So we will just leave it at this. Avoid at all costs.

Two items disclosed were not finished or correct and were discovered once living in the home. When contacted he refused to fix the disclosed items. He would tell my realtor one thing and then do another. I spoke to the manager Joyce and she said she would talk to them. I had to phone. Few times before action was taken. She did email my realtor for the list of disclosed items in question which we sent immediately. That was over 3 weeks ago and nothing. My new neighbors told me Matthew was rude and pushy with the neighbors when renovating. The city was called on him for a code violation. There were several cats on the property when he purchased it and he refused to take care of them and left that up to the neighbors. They also took several photos of him having workers saw lumber on the roof and no safety equipment in sight. He yelled at a neighbor for their car being parked in front of the house (public parking). This review will be edited once the disclosed items are fixed. I would avoid them at all costs. Luckily, I had a great realtor who is sticking it out with me and I have given him a 5 star review: Kevin Rhoderick of EXP Realty is fantastic. He is honest, has character, is polite, and will work diligently for you.
