I highly recommend Fidelity Estate Services. I live in Maryland and became the Personal Representative for my cousin's estate in Scottsdale. She had died unattended in her home and her body was not discovered for weeks. Also, even before her death the home itself was in a hoarder state. I asked my probate attorney to recommend a company that could assist with an inventory of the assets and he suggested I talk with Fidelity. I contacted Fidelity while still in Maryland and spoke with Bo Patrick. We arranged to meet on my first visit to Scottsdale and entered the house together. I explained to Bo that I planned to return in a month and requested that he be available on site at that time to identify items that would have value after remediation and shipping costs. When I returned to Scottsdale, my goal was to spend two weeks, one for complete cleanup of the home and identification of valued items and the other for open house and sale of the house and safe storage of inventory items. The cleaning crew arrived on Monday and Bo arrived per schedule on Tuesday when it was possible to navigate the spaces. As the crew worked, Bo identified items of value and we removed them to the garage. All of this was done with no impact on the work by the cleaning crew. By Thursday afternoon, the house had been cleaned out (9 dumpsters and 2 cleaning crews) and all potential items of value and significance to family members had been removed to the garage. Before the potential buyers arrived on the following Tuesday to view the house, Bo had removed those items to his storage facility freeing me to move forward with sale of the house. As a side note, Bo also agreed to act as my agent in evaluating the multiple offers that I received on the following day. I accepted one of the offers and closing date was set for 2 weeks later. In my remaining time in Scottsdale, I worked with the title company recommended by Bo to ensure the closing would go smoothly. In the end, the buyer delayed final closing (after I had returned to Maryland) but Bo was relentless in ensuring that the sale was just days later. Other than the delay, all proceedings went smoothly. Within a few weeks, Bo provided a complete inventory of the estate items. Per probate requirements, we sent a copy of that inventory to each of the beneficiaries to determine if there were items they wanted. Bo then ensured that all requested items were shipped to the appropriate beneficiaries and that remaining items were sold at auction. Working with Fidelity and Bo was a pleasure. He was available at all the key moments. His expert advice on home values and costs that would be incurred by the buyers helped me to determine reasonable offers. The offer finally accepted was fully consistent with the value listed by the independent appraiser. Having the luxury of removing items of value immediately from the house facilitated the prompt sale of the house in its best possible state. I could not have made a better choice than Fidelity. read more

The first time I found Fidelity Estate Services was probably about two or three years ago. I saw an auction of theirs that had some items that I was interested in. From the very first auction I attended I thought they were very well put together and not only professional but very personable. At the beginning of their auctions they Raise the American flag and say the Pledge of Allegiance. They also recognized people who have served in our Armed Forces which I think says a lot about their character. They're very upfront, honest and explain the process very clearly. They are very careful to ensure a good overall experience. I have continued to attend their Auctions ever since. I have purchased everything from Art to automobiles and Bo Patrick and Fidelity Estate Services have been great. Not only is it a great place for buyers to get good deals but I also have to say I think they do a really great job for their clients. Compared to other auctions I have been to (and I've been to a lot)I think they advertise, display, and overall take great care to do the best for their clients. They've been doing this a very long time and it shows. My nine-year-old son and I have hit almost every auction we can get to and I'd say on an auction level we've gotten to kind of be friends with Bo and the crew. All in all it's always a good time. There are some great deals to be had and they really have the best quality auction items. I definitely recommend Bo Patrick and the Fidelity Estate Services team not only as a buyer but if you are looking to sell an estate or get an appraisal don't hesitate to give them a call. They have my stamp of approval. Sincerely David Johnson read more

Bo and Kelsee made what could have been a very difficult process quick, easy and actually enjoyable. After calling several agencies that manage estate sales, it was obvious from the first phone conversation that they were the team for us. No nonsense, great communication and super efficient. They did an amazing job setting up the sale, and it was a wonder to see them working so hard on our behalf. It was comforting to see true professionals in action on the day of the sale, working the crowd and putting a ton of effort into what they do. Highly recommended. read more

Fidelity estate services and Bo were wonderful and very professional. I had to fly in from out of state for our initial meeting and to give them the items to be sold. They were on time, very professional, overall a pleasant experience. They kept me up to date regarding the progress and auction. The day after the auction, i received a preliminary total and was notified that the check had already been mailed. Bo takes a great deal of pride in what he does, I would definitely recommend if you need to sell multiple items. read more

In this business you deal with a lot of companies who promise big things but never seem to deliver. This is not the case with Fidelity Estate Services. Bo is an amazing auctioneer who really knows the business. I was truly blown away with his knowledge. And he also offers appraisal services. There is literally nothing he cant do or does not know. I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but service like this should be recognized! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks Fidelity Estate Services! read more

When looking for a professional, reliable, and competent company to help manage an estate long distance, I called 5 places. Bo was the first to call back, (of only 2), and patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and concerns. He scored on all my criteria. There was no pressure. He gave out his personal cell phone number and always responded quickly. He helped coordinate movers and shippers. He was polite and compassionate as well! I highly recommend Bo and his team. read more

Been going to Bo's auctions since he went out on his own and I had always attended his father's auctions for several years before that. Very honest auction company. I referred a friend of mine to them and they handled perfectly. They worked my friends stuff in over the next few weeks since they were booked pretty solid at that time. Highly recommend Bo Patrick and his group Fidelity Estate Services. Best way to spend a week-end. read more
