She indicated who the appraiser would be, Ryan, and gave a brief description of what Ryan would be doing once he was at my home. Sarah stated the pricing clearly and the form of payments accepted. I was pleasantly surprised, that the appointment was only a few days out! Sarah explained, that once Ryan finished at the home, it would be about 48 -72 hours to receive the finished report. Ryan arrived at my home just a bit earlier than the stated time frame. (Okay by me) he was friendly, professional and ready to work! Ryan worked his way from the outside to the inside, measuring and snapping photos. When finished he briefly explained what to expect next. As promised, the appraisal report was delivered within the 48 to 72 hour time frame.
