Deviled eggs, chicken bites, house white wine

Instagram worthy restaurant with great bar service and delicious light bites! My husband and I stayed at the Elwood for a weekend getaway and decided to pop down to the bar during happy hour! We were pleasantly surprised with the happy hour pricing and decided to indulge in a few drinks and light bites for $5 a piece! The chicken bites and fries were fresh and crispy and the deviled eggs were gourmet, perfectly smokey with an amazing bacon jam on top. Service was fast and friendly, the decor and overall vibes of this place are immaculate!!! This would be such a fun place for drinks and snacks with your girlfriends!! A one stop shop for drinks, food, and a new profile picture :)

Yummy Paper Plane The food and drinks here at the bar are surprisingly delicious. Happy that this hotel was recommended to me as it meets all of my needs.. especially on a snowy December evening.

Enjoyed Sunday brunch at Fiddletree in the Elmwood Hotel. They have recently renovated the outside area & it's really cozy and pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised by the brunch prices. $8 for the healthy menu. $12 for our choices & $16 for fancier things. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was very good and my husband went for the pancakes with eggs & bacon. Our server, Brooks was great and the ambiance was really nice. Excited to come back in cooler weather to sit on the outside couches with fire features.

Avocado toast!

My friend and I stopped in for a late breakfast at Fiddletree and had the best avocado toast, & amazing coffee (w/ our own small pot to refill). The greens on the toast had a very tasty vinaigrette, and the scrambled egg was perfectly done. We hope to make it back for evening cocktails - very stylish and fun decor. The staff was super friendly and just an attentive enough to allow for us to chat & catch up! So happy we gave them a try!

My favorite place we ate on our recent trip to Lexington! Located in a hotel, this place is amazing! The indoor decor is so cute and the outside seating is amazing. Especially on the night we visited as we were able to use the fire pit. The drinks are crafted beautifully and they have a couple nice local beers on draft as well. The food was incredible. The burgers were so juicy and the deviled eggs had so much flavor. Top all of that with incredible service and this is a must visit while in town!

Bacon , eggs, fried potatoes and toast.

The food was great, service was excellent and professional. The ambiance was very nice. Looking forward to a dinner meal.

Oh my goodness! Get yourself here!! My friends and I went to brunch yesterday and not only is the food absolutely phenomenal, Alaina our server was a pro who knew all the ins and outs of the menu! We had the deviled eggs with bacon jam, the fried green tomato sliders (the basil in there with the bacon is a stroke of genius!), chicken and waffles where the waffles had such a gorgeous sugar coating, the house salad with champagne dressing, and the best pancakes I have ever had. We had two in our group we normally don't go for a pancake - and we both would have had more. We ate our food too quickly for pictures, but I got some at the hotel itself - which is beautiful!!

Chicken and waffles, home fries

We did not have a reservation so we were happy the restaurant had availability for us since we were staying there. For dinner, there was a fella playing acoustic guitar singing that set up a great vibe. I got the Caesar salad with salmon and my boyfriend got the stir fry with salmon. Both of these were delish! Salmon was perfectly cooked. We took home some of the stir fry and it was so tasty even as a leftover. We went Sunday morning for brunch and got the chicken and waffles and breakfast burrito. Again, two amazing choices we devoured. The wait staff both morning and night were polite and tentative. Restaurant was clean and lively.

We came for brunch on a Saturday. It was surprisingly not that busy, however the staff was a bit slow overall still. In fact, the table next to us got seated and we're not served or checked on for about 15 minutes (even to get their drink order), so they decided to get up and leave. Luckily, we did not have this issue, but we did barely see our server the entire time. We came with a group, so we were very busy all chatting and catching up. However, we could have all used refills on our drink but the server was nowhere to be found. The food service was also quite slow, and the eggs Benedict was dry with almost no hollandaise sauce on the top. I have been here other times, and had a great experience so I don't want to take too many stars off, this was certainly one occasion, which was on like the others. Overall, they have a great menu, great, brunch, and a very great aesthetic.

Everything is amazing! This is my first time here for brunch and the food is hitting the spot. Breakfast sandwiches, burritos, burgers, drinks, chicken and waffles, so much food. The service is incredible and a great atmosphere. Not a good place for big parties though because the party of 8 next to us is unnecessarily loud. Definitely will come back! Also parking is easy peezy for those looking for a stress free morning.

Andouille Rolls --yes, more please!

Really nice vibe and atmosphere here. We went for brunch and we enjoyed it. I had seen the Andouille Rolls on the menu online and they weren't on the Brunch Menu so the the server said: Let me go and check with the kitchen. She came back and said that the chef would make some for me even though they weren't on the menu. I thought that was awesome and the food was excellent. I do think that it would be nice if they expanded their menu, it's pretty limited, but we really enjoyed our visit!

Started the weekend right with brunch! Located inside the vibrant Elwood Hotel, this beautiful little spot boasts wall-to-wall Instaworthy decor (peep the potty pic ) and delish dishes, plus $15 bottomless mimosas. MUST TRY: Deviled eggs, spinach artichoke & crab dip, chicken & waffle sandwich (that syrup is ) SKIP: The Caesar salad. While dubbed one of the tastiest Caesar dressings ever, it's a side salad size with an entree salad price. Also the shot-sized sides of mimosa juices for $1.50 each are no-go. Big thanks to our server Dre for a lovely first experience!

What a cute little spot! We found this place through Yelp when our brunch reservation cancelled. It's in a cute boutique style hotel. Actually when we went there was a bridal shower going on which I thought was a perfect spot with the adorable inside with pink couches, is the perfect set up. We sat outside, our waitress was great and attentive. What I loved is all the amazing mock tails! As a preggo lady craving a espressotini and they had it as a mocktail made my day! Food was amazing too, I've added pictures of what we had. We would order it all again. Not a huge brunch menu but has some staples that everyone could enjoy.

I walked in expecting…read morea solid pour, but I walked out feeling like I'd just left a family reunion--the kind where everyone actually likes each other. The selection is top-tier (easily one of the best I've seen in the Bluegrass State), but the hospitality is what sets this place apart. We ended up chatting with the owner, and he treated us like old friends who had been coming there for twenty years. It's rare to find a spot that has both a world-class whiskey list and zero pretension. It's the perfect atmosphere--historic building, great energy, and people who truly know their bourbon. Pro Tip: Pull up a stool, ask for a recommendation, and be prepared to stay a while. You're among friends here.

Will definitely be back here next time I'm in Lex.
