The Representative was professional, considerate, and respectful about our needs and concerns for purchasing and installation. As we own various animals who are not stranger friendly, we do not usually allow people into our home so most of the initial meeting and window demonstrations were conducted outside despite the summer heat. The Erie Representative assigned to our house was top notch. We repeatedly contacted him in the weeks leading to the installation for any additional questions and concerns we had along the way. Not once were we made to feel misled or like our conversations were invalid. Finally, with the installation process itself, the Installer was diligent in assuring that our installation was not only completed on time but completed correctly. Our Installer took pride in his work and that showed in quality of our home when he left. The windows look great, and we've already noticed a temperature difference in the upper levels of our home.
