I agreed to have him do the service I requested, and about a week or so later, he was out and completed the work with care and quality. He made what was damaged look better than it did before it was wrecked. After chatting with Matthew for a bit, he seems well versed in all sorts of things "handyman" related. I don't know that I could recommend Pfancy Finish enough. In fact, I've already passed his name to my in-laws and he's heading out to their house this upcoming week to look at doing some work for them. I give him all the stars!

The windows are all double paned and double lock. They also fixed some wraps and those look great as well. My only complaints are that one of the windows was mis measured and they'll have to return another day to replace that one. They were also supposed to call before coming and they didn't. This meant we weren't ready for them because we hadn't moved things out of the way yet. Minor complaints but both are things that can be easily resolved.

As promised Project manager Larry came to my home measured and showed me the process of installation, giving me the comfort I made the right decision. Inst-I-Glass was able to come and fix the glass rather than replacing the window -- something it is one of the only companies to do in the area, I now know. I was able to easily schedule a time for them to come and look at the window and then for when they came back to fix it. The day of the fix, they showed up promptly when they said they would. And it took just a couple of hours. They were respectful and promptly sent over estimates and final bills. The fix came to just under $1,000. All in all, we were happy with the repair and service!
