This company was suggested to us by our contractor who did the siding and other work. The contractor has been great about taking care of our problems except this one. The window company has been out to look at the problem and always promises to return and fix the problems but here we are 6 months into the year. Update: will wonders never cease. Within hours of posting this review they finally called. A rep came out and did some adjustments to improve the operation of the windows. So they might be slow but they will back up their work.
