Despite the door being under warranty, it took three weeks for a technician to initially come out. That visit lasted approximately five minutes, at which point I was told a replacement part was needed. It then took seven weeks for the part to arrive, followed by another week to schedule the installation. When the technician finally arrived to install the part, he was unable to remove the door from the track and left without completing the repair. After another week of repeated follow-ups on my part, I was told a return visit would be scheduled to address the issue. Unfortunately, the follow-up appointment resulted in a no-call, no-show. No one contacted me to explain the absence or to reschedule. What should have been a straightforward warranty repair has turned into a prolonged and frustrating experience due to poor communication, excessive delays, and missed appointments. This level of service is unacceptable.

I used Yelp's Request A Quote to find a roofer/contractor. And considering our leak happened on a Sunday night, that's when I reached out to several companies. Many got back to me within the hour, including River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing. And if it weren't for a rainstorm on Monday, he would have come out that day. But he was able to come and look at the problem and have it fixed within an hour or so on Tuesday. John was speedy yet not pushy. He brought with him one of his employees, who actually got on our very tall roof to look at the problem. He talked through what he found with me and sent me a formal quote before proceeding. Turns out the flashing had pulled away from the chimney, and the mortar between several of the bricks had worn away. He showed me some photos of the roof to help me understand. After he was done, I was able to pay him easily via PayPal. And now we're talking to him about tackling our rickety, falling apart gutters as well. Bought 12 windows and 4 doors in September 2025. HORRIBLE experience from start to finish with one…read morelie and disaster after the next. The salesman Scott Moore promised installation in October/November which never happened. Then Andre promised December. That didn't happen either. Allie promised January installation. They came and worked two days and finished half and promised to come back Monday. They never showed up and never called. Finally they came back a MONTH later and finished in February 2025, FIVE MONTHS after we purchased. Chris, the installer, told me I would get an invoice but instead, Aaron had me sued ten days later. Aaron is a piece of work. Aaron yelled at me and when I asked to speak to his Supervisor, he said he didn't have one, yelled some more and hung up on me. No one ever answers the phone in the office. You have to leave message after message to get anyone to respond to you. We contacted our lawyer to answer their lawsuit. Basically they did such a LOUSY job that Aaron wanted to give us $250 to sign a non-disclosure agreement to forbid us to give reviews. WHAT? No way. The installers left debris everywhere and one window sill needed to be replaced and was not. Hopefully they come and fix that but this has been the WORST experience ever with a vendor.
