Anthony first came as a service to repair damages from delivery on my new leather sofa. He did an amazing job, could say he made it look better than new. Very professional and very clean. I had him return to repair an old leather sofa that had 2 holes and needed to be re-patina'd and to also repair the arms of my vintage leather executive office chair and again, just wowed me. Some of these reviews make me sad because I loved Anthony! I had FibreNew come and clean a white couch that previous cleaners had yellowed. I was panicked that the yellowing was permanent and the couch is relatively new, so Anthony came and took at a look at it and spent 2.5 hours meticulously cleaning the sofa. It looks brand new and not ALL of the previous damage is repaired but he went above and beyond and it's the best we can get without replacing the couch. I'd give them 6 stars if I could, they were well worth the cost! read more

Don't you hate writing bad reviews?! My couch had a burn mark from flat irons. Just terrible :(. I reached out to Anthony, and sent pictures and explained everything. He confirmed that he could REMOVE the burn. He did not. My couch is of velvet material. He placed cotton over it that is coming off in clumps and is everywhere. The day he came, it was very bright in my apartment and the material seemed to blend in. That night we saw a huge contrast of the color. Within days the material began to shed, and it will not stop. I contacted Anthony to see if he could come and repair it and or give a partial refund. He's refused a refund saying he doesn't do refunds. However, you can go to his previous reviews and see he refunded another customer due to them not being satisfied. I am not satisfied. He offered to come on a future date to put more of the SAME material on; which would fix nothing. At this time, he has stopped responding. What a waste of time, money, and even more damage to my beautiful couch. Beware if you are seeking mark removal. His process is like putting a bandaid over a bullet wound. read more

I contacted Anthony in the summer to clean and repair some water stains on a yellow ottoman. The ottoman came back without water stains but looks like a completely different piece. The color was way off and the finish now looks very cheap. I should never have accepted the ottoman. Anthony agreed to return his fee and repeatedly said a check was in the mail.
