I will not waste much time explaining their extra poor service as it was originally posted on yelp, the first and only yelp review I have ever written. But suffice to say they DID NOT even begin to clean my pool as we had agreed that they would do for $150 per hour. They left at least 1/3 of my pool with green algae (my filter had broken and the pool say without filtration for almost a week in the heat). They didn't perform any of the standard procedures short of dumping my chemicals in the pool and then tried to charge me for my chemicals. They refused to return to clean the pool without additional charges. After posting a bad review on them, they are so inept that they didn't even purge me from the email list and therefore sent me another email requesting a review.
