Their professionalism, quality craftsmanship, excellent communication, and guidance in educating me about the rebuilding process were truly exceptional. Being out of my home for over three months was incredibly difficult. It's hard to put into words how overwhelming and uncertain everything felt at the time, but Nubilt stepped in and gave me hope when I needed it most. They led the way with patience, kindness, and unwavering support, and for that, I will always be grateful. I want to especially thank Christian for overseeing the project so competently and for being there every step of the way. You were beyond helpful and a pleasure to work with. To Peter, thank you for your patience and for taking the time to explain the process at every juncture--it made an overwhelming situation feel manageable and even gave me confidence. And to Omar, I deeply appreciate your efforts in ensuring all my needs were met with care and attention. The technical rebuild and reconstruction team was absolutely incredible. Fausto, Miguel, Alfonso, Elias, Troy, Herman, Janet and the entire crew did amazing work. Their skill and attention to detail brought my home back to life, and I couldn't be more grateful. Great a value for the work as well. Walking back into my home for the first time after several months brought tears to my eyes--it felt like home again because of their hard work. I will forever be thankful to Nubilt and would strongly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration or construction services. After filing an insurance claim, the emergency service company they sent provided what we later realized was an inadequate response. We then hired our own expert to inspect for any potential "microbial intrusions"from the damage, which clarified what needed to be done. A friend recommended Advanced 24/7 Restoration for the restoration. Given the initial shortcomings, we decided to also have them handle the remaining remediation work. They responded quickly and professionally, promptly removing damaged materials and opening walls to inspect for hidden moisture and microbial intrusion. Advanced 24/7 set up comprehensive drying equipment and used proper remediation techniques to fully treat the affected areas. An independent inspection confirmed the home was free from microbial contamination. They then expertly replaced drywall, flooring, and baseboards with great attention to detail. Throughout the project, they communicated clearly, answered all questions, and showed care for our health and home. Their professionalism and thoroughness made a stressful situation easier to manage. We highly recommend Advanced 24/7 for restoration and remediation services.

They did demo work for us pulling out drywall and baseboards, and left the home as clean as possible when they were done. Effrem even went above and beyond with a small issue we had. I would recommend them to anyone that has a flood in their home. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I do have another flood, I would call Effrem again for sure. He was very fair and ethical in our interactions, and even suggested calling a third party if we wanted to do any further testing as they would have a conflict of interest. 10/10 recommend.
