Then with some concerns, Lex sent out, Mark, Project Manager. There were several ideas as to the cause. With phone calls to the office, Adam, spoke with me when either Lex or Mark weren't available. Lex did her best to be flexible in scheduling for the Re-roof project as Jesus' team became available after the rains. Adam also showed great customer care when it came to transferring my phone calls to either Lex or Mark. - Negotiation was key - the price was right! Sending a great team such as Jesus and his consorts who worked diligently all day, Wed, May 20th. Cleanly dressed and courteous gentlemen. I did not mind having on my property. Kiel's bid was significantly less expensive than the other bid I got from the mainland. More important he kept in touch and showed up when he said he would (and it's not easy to get here). They hand-nailed everything - not looking to finish as fast as possible - they wanted to do it right. Cleaned up after they were finished - grounds are spotless. I need them to finish some other areas left half finished by the contractor as well. If a contractor who does your roof only interleaves new shingles over valleys in the roof but does not put a vapor barrier down underneath it with a metal cap or cap the edges of the roof with 3 inch layer of metal, you are being screwed over! I have seen many new homes built this way and they will all need to be serviced at some point because of it. These do not comply with best practices in roofing or the building codes for the county, most importantly of all these are improper means of building a roof in the PNW, one of the dampest and most snow laden areas of North America. I had to call in NSS because of contractor negligence.

I found out that the product that was installed was involved in Class Action Suits and a claim was warranted. Instead of assisting with the warranty claim they sent it to a another roofing company that had absolutely nothing to do with the issue. I received a call from the owner today who was rude and hung up on me like a child. Sadly Nolan Roofing is not the company they were and I would steer clear. Buyer beware

From the very beginning, Luke with Topside addressed all my concerns in a very timely and professional manner. I can tell you Topside was not the least expensive estimate, however after completing exhaustive research about their workmanship, warranty, and materials, they came out as the clear choice. The initial estimate was completed promptly and was explained in detail. Topside also addressed the immediate leak issue with a temporary repair until the replacement began. On multiple occasions during the time period before the replacement began, Luke stayed in touch not to mention Topside provide an on-line portal for me to view information pertaining to my project. When it can time for the replacement to begin, the work crew was prompt and professional and did amazing work. They show up the same time every morning like clockwork and got right to business.
