Tho it is a tad bit too sour, if they can reduce the vinegar by a little it would have been perfect. And their rolls are not drenched with sauce yet each ingredient is so flavorful. I really enjoy the caterpillar roll, it has grilled eel inside it was so good. I think overall it is a very reasonable price and the Maki quality is good.
