Imagine an auto service shop that doesn't have a jumper. I think he wouldn't give me one because I gave him feedback that they shouldn't book appointments that they don't intend to honor. Rude and unprofessional and unhelpful mechanic. I ended up having yo walk home (1.7 miles each way) to get my battery pack jumper.
