We called a month ago to schedule pet sitting and were told there were plenty of sitters available. A week before our trip they still hadn't found anyone so we went to Rover and found someone in a day. read more

I hoped Fetch was going to be my cat sitter solution. Maybe they are great with dogs. My first sitter didn't know how to care for cats. We came home and the cat hadn't been brushed, the litter boxes were a mess, and there was dried food and worse we had to clean up. The second person was a previous vet tech and she was great. However, when we scheduled her for a second time and right before the trip we were advised she was moving and couldn't complete the agreed upon dates. The 3rd person we tried was new, and she couldn't figure out how to use the alarm, lost our key, and in general wasn't up to the job. We thought we would give Fetch one last chance, but they are having a hard time finding someone with cat experience for the job. After 6 weeks of waiting, we finally found a new service to try. I'm sorry Fetch didn't turn out to be the solution for us. They sounded like they were going to be really good. read more

We had Karen caring for our 2 kitties for about a week through Thanksgiving (Nov 2021), and she did an amazing job with them! They seemed to really like her and were happy and healthy when we returned. :) They both take some medication and special diet, so we appreciated the attention to detail Karen showed for our babies. We also found it really easy to work with them, and they were so accommodating and helpful when we had questions about the services we needed. Will definitely be using them again in the future, and prefer them way more over Rover! Thanks Fetch! and Karen! :D read more

I am fairly new to Seattle but had an emergency and needed a dog walker at the last minute. Cameron and Karen were so helpful and I am very grateful for their business. They had an immediate response to my call for help. A dog walker was found within a day, whom I was able to talk to and set up a plan of care for my senior dog. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, my dog has literally latched on to me more than I knew and often did not want me out of her sight. It was pretty tough getting her to leave with the walker. However the walker remained patient and truly did her best. I do not know what I would've done without Cameron and Karen. Thank you both again! read more

I completely trust and respect Fetch, in particular Joan Friedrich who comes to take care of my 22 year old parrot Reggiano. It's not something anyone can do because my dear bird is rather particular about who comes by. Thanks for saving the day, Fetch, so we can take vacations without worrying about Reggiano. read more

Jessica has been walking Amica several years now. She's always been reliable and trustworthy. She leaves us a little note everyday letting us know a bit about her visit. My husband just loves coming home to read about her adventure ;) read more

We have used Fetch for about 6 years. They have always been very quick and responsive to our needs. We love our current walker Candi. She spends about 30 minutes twice a week with our dog and provides us with good feedback. We will continue to use Fetch for years to come. read more

Horrible! We tried to book them to watch our dogs at our home. We had the meet and greet which was fine, but it seemed the sitter had little experience with dogs the way she was handling them. When it came time for us to meet her and give her our keys, we called her three days in a row with no response. No response from text, or email either. We decided to cancel. If I can't trust a dog sitter to get the keys from me the day we leave town, I certainly can't trust them while out of town! The communication with this company is not good! Not just the sitter,it seems that the owners/managers are very unorganized as there was not a clear communication of total fees or how to pay until I asked and was laughed at when I asked if they were insured or bonded. My dogs are my kids, and anyone in the petcare industry should know that people willing to pay several hundred dollars to have a pet sitter should know that the utmost attention and care should be paid to the entire service; especially to new customers that don't have a strong trust established yet. read more

We have a passionate but bossy cat and a graceful but squeamish cat. They don't get along and it's usually a hassle for us to tell pet care-takers all the nuances about feeding and playing with the cats. So when we came back from a long vacation, we were surprised to find that Misha from Fetch! took such good care of our cats that the squeamish one got bigger and more self-assured! She even told us habits of our cats that we didn't know about so that we could take better care of them. Now our family is even merrier than before we left. Thanks Misha! read more

The service I received here was absolutely wonderful. The owner went above and beyond to find the perfect cat sitter for my situation and it saved me for the holiday travelling I had committed to. Compared to some of the other services like Wag I was very pleased with this experience. Having more contact with the company and the person coming to take care of my animals was very convenient and comforting. She did a really great job with my cats and some of the best pictures I have of them were taken by her! read more

Fetch rocks my world. My walker, Jessi, is great with my shih tzu. She sees him on a daily basis during the work week and they get along great. She treats her doggie clients as if they were her own and she gives some helpful suggestions if they're sick (and they work!) She has done one overnight pet sitting with my dog where he stayed with her, and he came back to me happy as a clam. From a logistics stand point, the monthly bill is clear and straight forward - if you think there are any discrepancies in it, Joan will fix it immediately. Also, if a sitter is out for a day (or week), they're very prompt in finding a back up so that your furry little family member isn't left high and dry. read more

This review is a little unusual i'm sure... but I just spoke with Joan the General Manager for Fetch about an unusual circumstance that occurred today... and I was so taken back by her complete ownership and compassion for resolving my questions. Not many business care about providing good customer service these days, but I am very pleased by the care and attention given to my needs by Joan during our conversation today. I was 100% completely satisfied and my questions were resolved with one quick phone call. I think customers should rest assured that this is a great indication of how Fetch cares about their clients! Thank you Joan and Fetch! read more

Fetch! Pet care always goes above and beyond with their care. I have used their services multiple times for my cat, Moshu. The standard pet visit twice a day for my cat while I am away are the services I utilize from the company. Amy goes above and beyond with the care provided to Moshu and provides detailed communication of the status of Moshu and the services she provides with each visit! Thank you to Amy and Fetch Pet care as they have allowed peace of mind when I travel knowing that Moshu is in good hands with Amy. If you're looking for a company that cares for your animals while you're away with the confidence of competent pet care, choose Fetch Pet Care. Also, their app is easy to use and the pet sitter reports into the app each visit with pictures of your animal which is a great touch. You can also communicate directly to the pet sitter via the app and via your scheduled visits. Love this company! Thanks, Alexandra S. read more

Marcia Gay who works with Fetch! is phenomenal. She is part of my cats' family. She is the most empathetic and caring person. My cats dislike it when I am out of town, but Marcia works with them and understands their personalities and likes and dislikes. I have never had a professional pet minder as conscientious and self accountable as Marcia. Amazing. I always feel good on the road knowing that Marcia has my back. When I return home ... there's no cold shoulder. The cats are cool. Joan read more

I am thrilled to have finally found a great petsitter in the area, having just moved here! Highly responsive, top-notch customer service, and my senior dog and I love our new sitter, Kimberly. I'm very picky when it comes to my pets and I appreciate that Kimberly sends me photos and lets me know the details of the visit right afterwards. Thank you Fetch! read more

I just want to update my 5 starts to add to the other 5 starts..... Fetch continues to exceed all of my expectations for dog walkers/sitters. Our sitter, is kind, intelligent and cares and loves all of the dogs she walks and sits for. This is their passion, and it shows. This is about your dog getting the best care. I live in Newcastle, but they cover Renton, Bellevue, eastside and Seattle. You won't be disappointed. I don't trust easily when it comes to my boy Dexter (who just turned 1) but I trust Fetch 100%. My doggie is a better boy because of Fetch. Thank you Fetch. The cost is more than reasonable....and fair read more

I just moved to Renton -- and the Fetch Pet Care site says it covers my area. I have tried using the website to schedule, calling the phone number (twice) and have received absolutely no response. I am going to look elsewhere and would not recommend this service. read more

I had heard about the owner of this Fetch territory through a co worker who had an incredible experience that other services would not do. My experience with Joan is quite simple as she is kind and friendly to both my dog and me. I appreciate people who are real and do what they say their going to do. My story is that I LOST my dog and when Joan found out she and several of her walkers came to the last known whereabouts and after several hours we were giving up for the night Joan and Jessi one of her workers had coaxed camper out of a strangers garage. Top it off no charge. Awesome Bo Setterquist read more

We are very pleased with Fetch Pet services. Kali is amazing with our huge pack of dogs (five!) and it is NOT easy. We find her completely reliable, flexible, willing to pick up a last-minute request and is just great all-around with our dogs. They love her and that is obviously the most important thing to us. read more

I have been using Fetch Pet Care for several years to take care of my cats. They have been wonderful to work with - very reliable and provide plenty of updates about the visits. The pet sitters are true pet lovers that are committed to ensuring my pets are safe and sound. Most recently one of the sitters noticed a swollen cheek on my cat, shared the details with me and pics, and, after consulting with me, was able to take my cat to a nearby vet to diagnose a serious infection. I don't think a friend or neighbor who doesn't work with pets for a living would have noticed the infection. I am so glad I used Fetch! read more

During Christmas this year, Jesse from Fetch! agreed to take care of our 2 year old Labrador retriever mix, Danny. Danny stayed at Jesse's home for 5 days and had a great time with Jesse's dog Cede. They played together and Cede even let Danny sleep in her bed. We have boarded Danny before during vacations and he has never looked so happy and relaxed, after returning from boarding before. read more

I was very nervous about finding a quality pet sitter when I moved to Seattle in July of 2013. My dog is a rescue with severe trauma history, so he needs special care and can't be "warehoused" at a large boarding facility when I need to go out of town. Fetch seemed like my best option because they do in-home, overnight sitting and I must say that I've been very pleased with their service. I feel like my pets are safe and well cared for while I'm away, and that's the most important thing to me. Though no pet care service is perfect, Fetch has been responsive and flexible, and made my life a lot easier. I'd recommend them. read more

I contacted them for my trip away during Thanksgiving. Marcia was very nice and gentle to my cat. She texted me several pictures of my cat while she was eating and playing. This was the first time I had to have a pet sitter come for checking, but Marcia did a great job to ease my nerves. I won't hesitate contacting her again if I need more help in the future. read more

Fetch! is an exceptional service. I contacted them ahead of my one week vacation and they got back in touch with me right away. The survey was complete, but not overly complicated. We got to meet our sitter, Marcia, before all of the paperwork was finalized, which I really appreciated. Our cat seemed happy and well taken care of, the mail was waiting for us on the table, and a daily diary of the sitter's interaction was also included. Their care and professionalism was made all the more impressive because two other services refused to contact us in a timely manner (one took weeks, the other did not deign a return at all). We definitely would use Fetch! on our next trip. read more

Whether just walks or going to "Sleepaway Camp" at Joan's, our dogs love Joan and her staff. We think they're terrific!

We have used other pet sitting businesses in the past but will not in the future. We heard about Fetch and the person who runs it "Joan". She and the walkers are very profeshional and compassionate. This isn't a side business for them you can tell this is what they love to do. It helps that they are probably the most friendly people I have met since oving here. Amanda Danieal read more

Fetch! Has been great to work with. Moose loves his walks and park time with Kali and Joan. My unusual schedule causes changes and both of them have always replied promptly and worked out compromises/ solutions. read more

My regular dog walker was unexpectedly unavailable for the Christmas holidays when I was going to be out of town, and I spent several hours calling around trying to find a pet care service that wasn't completely booked. I'm so thankful I got a hold of Fetch. Kali was able to fit me in, and my dog took right to her. My dog has some special medical needs, but Kali made me feel confident that she would be in good hands. Now every time I'm out of town, I know I can count on Kali to fill in, and I can spend my time away worry free. read more

We have 3 very challenging JRTs (all rescues) and had been using the same caregiver for years while on vacations. Unfortunately, she moved away and we had to look for someone new to walk the dogs daily while I recovered from surgery. Fetch was immediately responsive to my situation and hooked me up with a walking companion for my team of dogs who was able to handle them so well that they began to look forward to her arrival each day! In comparison with other service providers, their prices were very reasonable also. I am a fan! read more

We have used Fetch for 6 years. We started with a 10 year old border collie mix then 3 years later we added a Shih Tzu. Both dogs were well taken care of. When our dear older dog became frail and difficult to walk, our walker Kimberly would walk them separately. When we needed to go on vacation, we could count on Joan to take them into her home. She would send us photos of them when we checked in from London. Our dogs have been like family to Fetch. We will miss them as we move to the east coast. read more

We just moved to the area and our 2 cats had just arrived the week prior after a 10hr flight from London. So we were hesitant to get a sitter we had never used. But Fetch was fantastic! They are so professional and responsive and didn't mind us checking on the cats when we were gone to make sure they were adjusting well. The sitter was very professional and engaged so you felt like it was someone who you knew coming in vs just a warm body to change litter. I would HIGHLY recommend them and we plan to use again and again. read more

Fetch! Pet care is a great place. Jessi Jag took wonderful care of my bunny. She gave him cuddles and playtime and everything he could wish for, which is above and beyond the service I was expecting. My bunny is as happy and healthy, if not more, than when I left him for 10 days. Thanks for being great, Fetch! read more

I needed a last minute sitter for my pup, and Fetch came to the rescue. I hired a dog walker to come in while nobody was home, take my pup on walk and feed him dinner. You can tell my doggy had a great time when I got home. He was in a great mood. My walker, Marcia, was very sweet and wrote a note about what a star student my doggy was! I'm definitely keeping her number on my fridge the next time I need a dog sitter. read more

Very pleased with their service - we found a detailed written log that the sitter left for us. We also got a picture via text message - which was really great. We are dealing with a family emergency that left the dogs without their usual outings. I can't speak highly enough of Sara at Fetch. My dogs absolutely LOVE her and she is wonderful with them. Fetch is great! They are very quick and responsive when putting in a request for service. I am always very sad to leave my cat but I know she's in good hands. I would definitely recommend Fetch. read more

These folks did a fine job taking care of our pets while we were out of the country for two weeks. However, upon our return, they had a strange attitude about returning my wife's house key, which we had given them for the duration of our vacation. After a strange, protracted runaround from the owner and the person who actually sat the pets, the owner showed up at our house, curtly handed back the house key, and without explanation or farewell walked off. It was as though we, the clients had somehow been at fault by requesting the return of our house key. Until that weird experience, we would have gladly hired them again for their services. Instead, we will look elsewhere for help in this regard. read more

Joan and Kate from Fetch have been walking our dog for about two years. Joan, the owner, runs a very professional business, has always been very reliable, and extremely trustworthy. You can tell that she truly loves her job, and really cares about our dog. Often times, she takes him for well over the time that is required. She is also very flexible- there are often weeks that we call and need to change or add additional days. It's never a problem. I would HIGHLY recommend Fetch. read more
