I was given options, reassured, and they found time to let me bring them in. Took my babies today, and I was super happy for them! The process was easy for me to drop them off, and they were instantly greeted with happy smiles and love. It took a lot less time than expected, we only did a full bath and blow dry. My babies have never been this soft!!!! Truthfully, the price is more expensive than I'm used to. After today, I really feel that it's worth it! Typically after a grooming session, they come home and are really anxious or sad. Today, my boys came home and were their usual selves, relaxing and playing! I have previously given her baths myself and groomed her nails, but I can't manage it by myself any more. I called Monday and they said I could schedule an appointment but they needed to check with the groomer first to make sure he would groom a senior cat. I spoke to a clerk today and they want us to come in at 8:00 am because they claim my cat will not be able to tolerate noisy dogs later in the day. This is nonsense! I don't schedule my own medical appointments that early! Getting my cat into her carrier and driving her 10 miles to the store at that hour in rush hour traffic would be much more stressful than a few dogs having baths. I have patronized this store for 15 years and will never set foot in it again.

I understand how frustrating it could be and even downright annoying it is for customers to come and you want to close up shop early. However, posted hours state you close at 9PM. The open sign was still on. The door was locked as I was running up to the door by what looked like two friends(?) who walked in right before me. When I checked the time(8:55), I knocked. Those friends looked at the woman as if to say "someone's at the door", walked away and the woman shook her head no at me. She was with a beautiful, off-leash German shepherd looking dog. She eventually came to unlock the door to tell me the registers/computers automatically turn off and there's nothing she could do at 8:56PM. They turn off before closing? I said I'm really sorry it's just my cats out of food and I just need to buy one bag. I know where it is. She of course said no, but I doubt Pet food express automatically turns off their ability to make sales before closing. I can honestly say I've never done this before (come so close to closing), but I have purchased from pet food express for years because of their excellent customer service, above and beyond hospitality, and pet first mentality. I really didn't expect an employee not to care to help sell one bag of cat food before official closing hours when other employees have almost treated me and my cat like family at my local pet food express. It's disappointing, it felt like a lie for "I just don't want to help you right now so I can leave as fast as possible".

I asked the person working for an update, she seemed annoyed that I was asking for an update. She said our groomer was in an uber and stuck in traffic and wasn't sure when she'd be there. We cancelled our appointment. After reading other reviews, I see this is quite common with this location and we will not be rescheduling.

He went above and beyond and told me about brands he likes, was patient as I tested out different harnesses and offered Sammy lots of samples to keep him calm during the whole shopping experience! I wanted to write a review for this location specifically because of the support and care my husband experienced earlier this week when he rescued a 4 week old kitten off the 880 freeway. The emergency vet told him that the kitty had a lot of fleas so my husband's next stop was to go get everything he needed give the kitty a bath. Since the kitty was only 1 pound, we couldn't use any chemicals like Capstar for the flea removal. We had to use a flea comb and take all the fleas out manually! We are super thankful for all the employees there that day that helped my husband pick out everything that he needed for the flea bath and also helping him with the bath when he was struggling! We've never owned a cat before, let alone a 1 lb 4 week old kitten, and it was his first time giving an animal a flea bath. Thank you to all the employees that day helping us rescue this kitty! We are thankful for your support and love during this journey!

I called to ensure our dog would not be groomed by a specific groomer (let's call them Y) because of a negative experience the prior time. I spoke for at least 10 minutes with the manager over the phone to ensure we booked groomer Z who has groomed our dog before and did a decent job. I turn up with our dog at the appointment time and it turns out groomer Y (who we were trying to avoid) was booked by accident by the manager!! It was not a pleasant experience at all to see the groomer with whom our dog had a bad experience with, especially after calling to specifically avoid them (both for the benefit of the groomer and dog). We did not go ahead with the appointment, which was a waste of time as well. Unfortunately this was not our first unpleasant experience with this PetSmart grooming, and as such, we won't be returning unless something substantially improves.

They breed their own chicks in house which is a huge plus as you get it straight from the source. You see the walk through of the roosters and hens as well, literally the parents of your birds and they're all extremely healthy. The hens are also labeled and you're given a zoo-like biography of each breed which is amazing for those starting out + for kids to learn. They have all sorts of breeds, literally breeds I've never even heard of. The hatched chicks here are given mareks vaccination in house + sexed at birth for most breeds except silkies and a few others. I love how the staffs make themselves known but just let you wander and live in the moment without breathing down your back. The prices for feed and items are overall pretty good, items are labeled for the most part. Selection is huge. Many of the items are not priced with a label so they are just ignored and not bought as you can tell by the dust. One biggest drawback here that made it 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of pricing on some items and the chicks/pullets. Nobody has time to ask for pricing for each individual chick and the staffs don't have a list, they have to check manually for each on their register which is insane. Maybe the store management is too lazy to put the pricing? Maybe they priced chicks differently per customers? Who knows. Luckily the pullets has a pricing sheet and the staffs were amazing about it. Overall, I'd take your family here to buy farm item, feeds and learn about the breeds. If you have time to spare, you can ask about pricing for each or just buy elsewhere.

It's not too crowded so it's nice to let my dog scroll through the isles. Staff is friendly and helpful too. During holidays, they have free for pawrents.
