LOL. This company is a total ripoff. They are all about putting money in their own pockets. I wonder if the techs get commissions on all the clients they ripoff. I had an annual AC tuneup scheduled a couple of weeks ago. I have been a loyal customer for a few years. Right before my appointment time they called to cancel. They canceled because they had to send techs to someone whose ac went out. Sure. $15,0000 is a much better offer than a $49 tuneup So they finally came out a couple days ago Did their annual inspection And told me I needed to replace my entire duct system That there were rips and holes and leaks in it But did not provide me a video showing me these issues -they wanted $15,000 for a complete duct replacement But wait, the tech called her "boss" and he sounded like a used car salesman The replacement would be $15,000 but wait they're having a special this week so it will bring it down to $12,500 if I let them know by Friday But wait again If I agreed to have them come the next day, they were gonna take an additional thousand dollars off!! Our friends also use this company And we're told the exact same thing word for word Hmmmmm Then they proceeded to quote us on replacing other parts and which added an additional part which was $900 Today I had a "second opinion". The owner of the company came out. I told him exactly what this other company told me. He went up into our attic, took videos, brought the video down to show me and asked me what I see wrong if anything I I said I'm obviously not at HVAC expert, but I don't see anything wrong with the ducts. He laughed and said you are 100% correct Your duct system is 100% intact and not causing any issues Today He did replace the other parts that were needed, and it was less than half the price that fetch a tech quoted us So if you like being ripped off, continue to use fetch a tech I have a saying--- better in my pocket than someone else's! read more

Our A/C went out on a Sunday. Fetch A Tech was at our house in less than two hours. Our Technician, Danny Salman, was very courteous, and seemed to be very skilled in his job. He diagnosed the compressor motor had burned out. A new motor was ordered and installed that Wednesday. Fortunately, we were still covered under our 10 & 10 warranty. All in all, dealing with Fetch A Tech was a breeze. The Company Office and Mr. Salman kept us up to date on the repairs and completely resolved our problem to our satisfaction. read more

One phone call. A clean cut professional showed up at my home named Lou and gave me advice and then followed through with action. The techs showed up next day and cleaned our air ducts. I watched them. Every single one. Swept and vacuumed. My snot filled nose ran away that night. I'd thought it was allergies for years. But but home's arteries.... Well they were clogged with pet hair and human skin flakes. Disgusting. He confirmed my aC unit and furnace were good. And insisted the most important thing to keep home air clean is to spend the money on hood air filters and change every 60days. He didn't try to sell me. He said go to Lowe's or Home Depot and get the best they have and call back in a few years to do the ducts again. Life changing. Seriously blew my mind how much better the air quality in my home is after Fetch a tech cleaned out vents and ducts. I've thought a lot about it. And my concluding thoughts were that the air in my home was the most polluted air i breathe. It's the worst air anyone breathes. Nothing fresh about it.... until my home's "nostrils, trachea, esophagus and lung's capillaries" were swept and decontaminated. Imagine using the same toothbrush for 20 years. Excellent service!! My rating is based on a service call that was performed on 7/29/24. I sent in a scheduling request the night before, and received a call the following morning to schedule the service. The techs showed up exactly on time, gave me a preliminary quote, checked in with me when they found an issue that required the quote to be increased, and completed the service. Very happy with them installing the air conditioner, full duct in the attic, UV attached to the airco, n lastly plumbing which including replacing the pumps n faucets in the bathroom. This company installed a a/c unit in my home 7/23 and the first day it sounded like a bomb going off when it started up. They came out around 15 times over the next year and said they couldn't figure out what was wrong with i. they came out in august and told me my ductwork needs replaced at 11k for my brand new system to work correctly and upon further inspection they didn't even hook the ductwork back up to the new system properly which is leaking and they will not fix the Problem I recommend getting a different company if you're getting a new install this one is subpar read more

Complete scammers. Had a system installed by a company which was purchased by Fetch a Tech. Compressor goes out after 3 years (10 year warranty) and they want to charge $3000 in 'labor' to replace the warrantied part. Then add a $300 'maintenance' plan just to get that reduced rate. I called Fetch a Tech because I had a leaking water softener in my garage. The tech said that the unit which was over 5 years old needed to be replace. I had no problem with his evaluation. However, he quoted me a replacement cost of over $6000.00 dollar. This was unbelievable. After he left, I went to Home Depot and bought a new unit for $450.00 and installed it in about 2 hours. I emptied the old unit and through it out in the bulk garbage pickup. Needless to say, Fetch a Tech will never come out to my house again. read more

Where do I begin , ok I have a service agreement which is 235.00 a year they come out spring and winter twice a year to check my system out today they came out to check my air conditioning side the technician was nice he shows me where my 2 capacitors are getting. Weak ok , The system is 5 years old the capacitors are under warranty 2 of them which retail for about 17.00 each he said the capacitors are covered but it 200.00 a piece to install them which he was already in the outside units checking things out , it's 3 wires on each capacitor and they wanted to charge me 400.00 to hook up each capacitor which takes about 5 minutes why do I even have a service agreement with them is beyond me maybe not to much longer. I could understand if they were called out for system failure but they were already here for my spring checkup . The Good and the Bad. I needed a bathroom faucet, and a little toilet bidet attachment put on. I was told on the phone $69. I thought that was really cheap and said yes. They came and quoted me $836 After a 10% discount and I nearly had a heart attack. That may be a normal price for a plumber I really don't know but... if it is, that is CRAZY. So, I told them I was told on the phone $69. They pulled the call and found I was correct, so they didn't charge me anything for coming out so all good and their plumber was a really good guy as well. They were all really nice and I don't have anything negative to say about my interactions (except the guy on the phone initially lol) So, I put in a faucet around 40 years ago and thought ok, I'll give it a shot. took me a VERY unexperienced person with not the best tools between 30-40 minutes and it works perfectly with no leaks. However much of the $836 was for the faucet, my guess at least $500 as it was the harder installation by far just seems crazy. Again, maybe that is a good price these days, I'm not really sure but what I am sure of, for a half hour of my time it sure seems high even if these days that is a good price. read more

This morning, technician Zachary Thompson arrived in the first hour of the scheduled two-hour window. We appreciated the early arrival. He respected our home without being asked to put on footwear protector. Zachary was professional and very kind. He assessed the plumbing valves in the various areas to include the bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, outdoors as well as drained the hot water heater. Photos were taken and findings shared with us regarding areas of concern. The promotion offered was $49 provided much insight and recommendations. Some of pricing shared by the supervisor was expensive, but we cannot negate the fact that it was through Fetch a Tech's promotion that alert us to items that need to be addressed. We had Fetch A Tech come out a few days ago for annual checkup. Our units were installed 2 years ago by Fetch A Tech and they are the only ones that have been in our attic. The tech said we had tears in the duct work and that we were basically cooling our attic. He did send us a couple pictures of the ductwork and there were tears. However, how did they get there if they were the only ones that had ever been in our attic? And last years inspection showed no signs of tears. Wanted $700 to fix. What a ripoff! Oh, it costs us $55,000 two years ago to replace our units. I'm still sick about paying that much as I do think we were ripped off. read more

I would give negative stars if possible. We had them come out on a Sunday to give us a diagnosis on our AC unit that wasn't being responsive. After running tests he told us a laundry list of issues with prices that were sky high than the parts worth. He then pressured us to replace the entire unit and kept pushing his sales team. When we had another company out none of the "issues" this "tech" found were mentioned. We even believe he showed us fake photos of the "issues" and "broken" parts. Predators!!! Predators!!! Predators!!! Fetch a Tech is the parent company that installed our 2 York AC units 7 1/2 years ago. Two days ago, one of the units stopped working. So, I naturally called them because they did the original install. A very nice young man came out the same day and he and I went up on the roof. I could tell immediately this guy was caught in the "middle" because he was photographing everything he did, and had to call the boss for every aspect of the inspection. Anyway, turns out the ECM re-circ motor was bad. Again, the boss was called and he explained to me on speaker that that motor is $2500.00 and $1500.00 to install. The motor would be covered by the manufactures warranty but NOT the labor. The tech said it would be about 1 hour to install. They went on to say it could also be my ducting, my insulation or my bla bla bla. They said they needed to check the attic etc, (upon reading other Yelp reviews on this ridiculous company, I found this was the normal script they used with a lot of other people trying to up sell ducting etc!) I declined, and called a second company, who indicated that both those prices were "INSANE".... ( I will leave a very positive review of that company next). The next day the second company came to the house with the OEM York motor he just picked up at the supply house for $800.00 (covered by York) and $89.00 to install it!!!!! 45 minutes later I had AC and all was good, with a total bill of $170.00. Additionally, thinking back, Fetch a Tech was the same company that charged me $450+ last summer to replace a capacitor, which I found online for $12.00. Again,,,they are PREDATORS...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! After being a customer since 2017, I will NEVER call or recommend this company ever again. read more

We have been with Fetch a Tech several years and since its beginning here in Las Vegas. Today "Andrew" came to inspect a toilet which had been filled with roots over time. After a through inspection, Andrew clearly explained his findings and the steps necessary to have pipes cleared of roots and any other debris, then to be reassembled with new piping. He detailed the steps of repairs from beginning to end with any/all questions addressed. You will find that working with him is a gift. Fetch A Tech - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Hello, A few weeks ago, I had a tech come out to perform a free system check up. He said my furnace checked out and everything looked good other than an air filter replacement, but found a tear in the insulation of one of my flex ducts. At first, he suggested a complete reduct job of my ENTIRE home at $16,000. I obviously said no, and he assured me I needed to replace the flex duct with the torn insulation around the duct as soon as possible, and after he quoted me $1400 to replace 18ft of flex duct, I politely declined. He then said it should be fine for a few months but the price would only be good while they were slow in the off season. After I said I might call them later, he said he was going back out to the garage to close up the furnace. I was already skeptical at this point but this is when things got weird. While he was in the van drawing up the quote for the flex duct replacement, I had gone to the garage to grab my flashlight and saw the furnace was already closed up. After I declined the quote, he went back out to the garage to "close up the furnace," and didn't think anything of it. From that day forward to today, we have had all of our AC/heat off in the house. Fast forward to today, we turned the heat on at thermostat and noticed that there was no heat being produced from the furnace. I have some basic experience in HVAC from my younger years, so I decided to take a look myself. I pop open the furnace and I immediately notice my pressure switch is just dangling on the inside of the unit, and the pressure switch tubing is wrapped around and kinked around the wires, which is preventing the furnace from moving forward with the heating process. This was not an accidental occurrence. The tubing was wrapped around the wires and crimped in a way that it just falling/laying over could ever result in. I then notice immediately that the screw that the furnace pressure switch is mounted from is HIDDEN behind a piece of PVC in my garage. I can supply photos of how I found my furnace in this morning. This is either tampering with my furnace after declined to pay for additional services, or absolutely reckless disregard for putting my furnace back together correctly after he function checked it. Either way I'm pissed. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will be sharing this review across various platforms as well as submitting a report to the BBB. read more
