Good experience overall. They are better than most. I enjoy going in, except that I have to drive 20 minutes to get there : ) The process for getting results from labs, explaining what the lab is, how to interpret the results could be re-engineered. You basically have to set another appointment to understand the results and even what the labs were for. And drive 20 min there and take off work : ) A simple phone call with a doctor would be better. Other than its wonderful. : )

Dr. Geddes Bruce was kind upon entering the room, was thorough in her examination, provided clear and helpful information regarding my concerns and ultimately helped find solutions and I left feeling confident about my skincare and management! Highly highly highly recommend!…read more First thing I noticed when walking in was how natural everyone coming in and out looked. This was important to me when choosing an injector. Adriana made me feel super comfortable. She saw what I saw, and came up with a realistic plan that I was comfortable moving forward with. On the day of my first treatment, I was soooo nervous while the injections were happening, crossing my fingers that I would like my results, but I am so happy to say that they exceeded my expectations. Adriana did just enough to make a difference, but it's subtle enough that no one can tell I had anything done. I just had a follow up appointment to look at one area that needed a little adjustment after the swelling had gone down and she fixed me right up. It's exactly what I wanted! Definitely book a consult :)

Warning: Missing Shipment and Frustrating Customer Service…read more I've been a customer of The Medspa Austin since June of last year and have spent a total of $3,834 with them. Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.

Bri, the assistant manager, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she created a welcoming, professional, and genuinely positive atmosphere. You can tell she truly cares about both the clients and her team--everything felt organized, smooth, and thoughtfully handled. She went above and beyond to ensure my visit was seamless and comfortable. Chyna, my aesthetician, was equally amazing. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. My skin has never felt better, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Both Bri and Chyna exemplify outstanding service and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough--this was truly one of the best experiences I've had.

I was also always left incredibly bruised afterward, which honestly made me not want to have any more work done. After many hours of research and reading reviews, I finally decided to give SkinSpirit a try, and finding Crystal has been a godsend! Now that I'm nearing 40, I am SO glad I finally found someone I trust with my face! I've seen Crystal several times now and have only had two tiny bruises, which has been incredible compared to my past experiences. Her expertise is obvious, and she has truly made me feel years younger with her work. Most importantly, my results always look natural, which is an absolute MUST for me. I want to look refreshed and like myself, not like I've had work done, and Crystal completely understands that. I've seen her for both filler and Botox and have been so happy with my results. On top of this, I have found the prices to be VERY reasonable and way less than what I have paid in the past. On the rare occasion there was an area I felt needed a little improvement, Crystal never hesitated to help make it right. She's a perfectionist like me, so I always feel like I'm in good hands! She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and genuinely cares about making sure you're happy with your results. Beyond being incredibly talented, Crystal is gorgeous inside and out. She truly cares about her clients, not just about their treatments, but about what's going on in their lives, and I always enjoy seeing her! I seriously can't recommend Crystal enough. I'll definitely be sending my husband her way and spreading the word to anyone who needs a little refresh. I'm so grateful I found her!
